Nourish Nail Parlour is probably the best nail salon I've been to in the greater Seattle area.First of all, booking is super easy. I texted Liz for the date and time I'd like to come in, and she responded in between her clients. The studio is a hidden gem inside the Space Building in downtown Fremont. I walked pass the building many times and thought it was just a regular residential building. Little did I know that there were so many wonderful beauty salons inside!So I came in as scheduled and waited in the common area. Liz called my name and I followed her into her salon. The salon wasn't as big as your normal nail salon since Liz was the only one you'll be working with. The place was very cozy and comfortable. Liz offered me tea and snacks, and then the service started.Liz used mostly brand new filers and nail buffer on me. For a huge germaphob, I can't be happier with that! She's super gentle yet very thorough, and she's very observant. She noticed that I was slightly sweating (It was the hottest day in Seattle) and she offered to turn on the AC. She noticed that I wasn't drinking my tea and offered to pour in more water for me. Overall, she made my pedicure beyond perfection, and I couldn't be happier with my experience in her salon. Oh this place is fabulous. I had a quick pedicure, and was offered wonderful snacks- licorice, cashews, and M&Ms. And wine. I'm not going to forget the wine.The chair is a wonderful recliner and Liz does everything to make you feel comfortable. She is absolutely lovely. Intimate amazing experience!! You sit in the most comfortable recliner and Liz will offer you candies and magazines...or you can look out at the Lenin statue. It's a peaceful experience and she is so sweet. Definitely plan to return again! Read Less

Liz is amazing!! Me and a friend brought in some wine and snacks and made a lovely evening out of our pedicures. My pedicure lasted almost 2 months. She's so much more detailed and attentive to your feet than those quick service places. Book well ahead of time as she is a pretty busy lady! Read Less

I called Nourish for a last-minute reservation and within seconds of calling, Liz returned my call with a text (she was busy with a client). I was able to quickly make my appointment and made it in for my birthday pedicure the very next day. Liz was professional and sweet. It's nice to be in a private room rather than a large salon, too. Writing a review for another (underwhelming) salon reminded me of this place. I went about a year ago for a pedicure and it was FANTASTIC. So relaxing - I loved being the only client in the single chair place! The owner was so sweet & lovely. And there was an amazing tea selection plus candy and salty treats (such a decadent touch).Overall one of the best experiences I've had for a pedicure, ever! Sadly I have since left Seattle and never made it back as regular pedis weren't in my budget while living there... But I would recommend Nourish so highly and would definitely go back! Read Less

And then you have the best.  Soothing, warm, unfussy, good-humored, painless.  An exercise in simple good taste and extravagant comforts:  excellent coffee, hand massage, a lush reclining chair, soft music.I've only had manicures in two other places and I did feel well served in both places.  This was just better.  So much better.  I asked for "the works" so I may be comparing apples to oranges, but I don't think the other places could have done the works.  Here, I sat in the one chair, closed my eyes, and didn't have to try to distance myself from anything.  No chatter, no phones ringing, no small, sharp pains.  And the manicure is flawless.  I'll be going back. My only complaint is not booking an appointment sooner!! Liz is incredibly gentle and accommodating (for both two- and four-legged patrons) the atmosphere is personal, clean and cozy. Today was my first visit to Nourrish, and it was such an amazing experience; it was my birthday treat, and I am so glad I googled and yelped and found Nourrish!I was so excited to go, and guess what, the results are even better than I expected, how often does that happen...Making an appointment is so easy by text message. The location is easy to find using any map app, and I found free street parking right away.Now for the treat: the salon is private, very well maintained and carefully decorated. The recliner is very comfortable, I was in it for 90 minutes and didn't want to leave! The pedicure itself is the best I have had - so meticulous, painless and thorough, and I love the color selection. Oh, and having a lovely glass of wine along with it, what a nice touch.Most importantly, this was my first encounter with Liz and she is such a sweet warm person, who loves her job and does it perfectly, period. I came in with neglected feet and came out with a brand new pair of perfect baby soft feet, and the biggest grin :-)The whole pedi felt like the most relaxing spa experience, I zoned out and all my muscles were relaxed, just like in shavasana.I am going back for a French manicure next week and I am turning into a regular, I am so glad I found Liz...Also booked first mani for my hubby for his bday, the private salon is perfect for male clients! Up to date and trendy OPI colors, and you can bring your own polish if you want.Private room overlooking the famous Lenin Statue. I am not one to get my nails done, and when I do, I usually opt for the quick, cheap walk in types of places. I chose to go to Liz with my best friend right before her wedding for manis/pedis because, with the stress of the wedding, I thought it would be nice to schedule an appointment somewhere nice. Going to Liz was quite the treat!First, know that you need an appointment, but can get them on the same day. You can call or text to leave your preference for an appointment time; when I did this Liz was very prompt in replying via text. As far as the nails, she is very thorough and does a great job. My mani and pedi both look great. She is very personable, is very gentle on the fingers and toes, and my hands and feet came out looking great! She has a nice selection of nail polish too. Liz has a little office on the second floor of the Space building (across the street from the Lenin statue). The building isn't well labeled, but easy to find based on the address. The office she rents is very cozy, with a nice view, a comfy chair, is kept very clean, and she has an assortment of beverages to enjoy during your service. Overall, a great experience.
