Excellent service, friendly staff, clean and nicely designed space, easy parking -- what more can you ask for?! After many hiccups with dyes (green hair?!  burned scalp?!) and unsuitable cuts from places like GJ, I've finally found a place that really listens to your requests and ensures you leave happy and look your best. Oh my god, the girl that does eyelashes here is AMAZING! I got a partial set, they were so natural and beautiful! I wish I could remember her name but the employee(I think she's the only one that does eyelashes here) was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable! She took her time to make sure every lash was perfect and kept me talking for the entire hour! Booked online. Then they called 3 days later to cancel my appointment because they think I'll need more time for my lashes because I haven't been there in a while blah blah. If they have these guidelines they should have been stated when I booked the appt. something like if you haven't had your lashes done here in a while you will need to book an hour appt. Or light feel are only available if your previous full set for fill has been done here within the last few weeks.  Or maybe just don't have online booking!!!Now I have no time to get in anywhere else while my Lash lady is on vacation because they decided to wait days to tell me they are canceling my appt. The nice and business like thing to do would have been to say we will do it this time, since we didn't state the issues ahead but in the future we won't be able to accommodate you. I went in to get a hair cut and consultation for color. While I was there I was able to get my eyebrows waxed too! The price is absolutely reasonable, everyone is SO friendly and welcoming. Well I was really hoping this place would be great. Nicole cut my hair and bless her heart she is a sweetheart but.... the left side of my hair is longer than my right side. I had a long strand of hair uncut. I want a pixie bob and I want the back of my hair stacked but she put no layers in my hair. It pretty much was a bowl cut. With that said I won't be returning. Loan does an amazing job with my lashes! I'll come in for my fills with nearly 10 lashes barely hanging on, but Loan has the magic touch to make them look beautiful again! Love how shes gentle, quick, and efficient! Cherry is also amazing! When I came to her, i had no idea what i wanted done to my hair. Left unhappy, went to cheer myself up to be told basic hearts was a lot of work. Designs I was choosing was too much work. Took 35 mins 2 people to draw a basic heart and 3 dots. I went there because it was the place I went to for my 8th grade dance to get my nails. Unfortunately I was left even more upset. But it is what it is. My hair stylist, Jane, moved here from Brag. What a great change! Don't have to worry about parking or a ticket. Ample parking -- yay! Jane and I got to talking about lash extensions and said that she gets them done here...after a few months of wondering if I should, I finally bit the bullet and said, "Let's do this!!"So glad I did. Loan did a smashing job and I'm completely satisfied. She was gentle and I didn't freak out over anything so close to my eyes. Chatting with her was great and before I knew it the 2 hours flew by. Hair, to some, is just a fashion statement but for a few others it's a comfort blanket.  I am definitely one of those. I don't know what it was that truley compelled me to take the leap of faith to chop off my long locks but I'm so glade I did.  I for one am not very good at explaining myself but Cherry knows her craft and asked me all the right question. Nicole saved my hair! I tried to dye my hair red after bleaching it and it turned out pink! Not a pretty pink either! It was an uneven and horrible shade of raspberry. Nicole answered the phone when I called and got me in the same day! She worked over three hours on my hair. She listened to me and consulted with me the whole time. Holy cow! I love my eyelash extensions! I did a last minute booking for an extension through their online booking. Easy to navigate & it's efficient.The ladies at the front desk were very friendly & welcoming. The space is really cute & clean. It was my first time at L Beauty Bar but my third eyelash extension. This is definitely my favorite of the three places I've been. Neslie [sp?] was nice & gentle. But mostly, the lashes turned out amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted & I'm so happy. I was able to get in same day within a 10 minutes while in the area. I went with getting a full set of the faux mink. I've done lash extensions before with another place, but needed something closer to home. I decided to go somewhere that was nearby getting my hair cut the same day and remembered a girlfriend coming to L Beauty Bar. The stylist is great and friendly.
