Absolutely excellent pedi today with Tammy.  Communication was a big plus.  She does a thorough job, wears gloves, follows my picky needs & communication is excellent.  Highly stress communication is excellent. I had a groupon gift voucher for 35$ and askd the owner about it because Groupon vouchers hold their value for 5 years. After agreeing to accept it, he had me get the services done and charged me $35 dollars on top of the groupon. I was upset and asked him for the paper back and he said he threw it away. He likely cashed that in and pocketed my money, as well. I will be contacting groupon. He told me the services i had would have cost me $70 dollars and that I got a great deal. I will not be returning to this salon!!!!Came here 3 times using their Groupon deal for the deluxe pedicure. Always was nice and quiet and relaxing EXCEPT on my third trip. I decided to try and see how well they did acrylics. When I first arrived I explained I wanted a pedicure and that I needed to take off my old set and wanted a new set of acrylics. They said okay, I got the pedicure, then they had me go to the chair for my nails. Immediately the guy started to try and lift off my nails, to which I explained the glue was still pretty solid since I tried to take them off myself earlier by soaking but they didn't budge. He ended up popping off one or two nails that were weaker so I figured he knew what he was doing. He tried my index finger and it wouldn't budge and started to hurt the more he tried, I told him it hurt and next thing I knew he took off half of the fake nail and my REAL nail with it. My finger started bleeding and he just held my finger looking around. He then tried to blame me by saying that he thought I didn't have any nails to take off or else he would have soaked my nails during my pedicure. I said I told you I needed them off when I walked in. He kept saying he could still do a full set, and by this time I was extremely pissed and taken aback that he would even still try to get me to put acrylics back on with a messed up and bleeding nail. I waited for my nails to soak and got them off and left with a bleeding finger to which they did not even offer a discount for the pedicure and still charged me to take off the nails. My husband & I have been here several times already. And we love it! They truly do an amazing job on my shellac mani & reg pedi... my husband gets the deluxe pedi... he absolutely loves it. This is our spot for our spa treatments. They also will match the amount for service on Groupon. So instead of me paying on Groupon... I just pay them. Read Less

Staff was so kind and accommodating, holding the door open, making sure I was comfortable, so friendly! Best pedicure I've ever had, the massage, scrub, clay mask and hot towels felt amazing! I asked them to be carful due to a broken toe that was healing, they very gently worked around my sad toe. Mani also turned out beautiful! Ive had my toes done here several times. And the paint chips off. The staff are often hard to understand due to english not being their first language. The last time i went to get my nails done. One of the workers (male) kept touching a little boy and spanking him. The mother didnt notice but the little boy felt very uncomfortable. Read Less

I got a Groupon for $35 shellac mani and a regular pedi. Usually with groupons I expect the minimum, but they did a great job. My nails and pretty short and usually nail salons give me grief, but here they didn't make me feel bad and they made my nails look amazing. The massage on my pedi was excellent and they did a great job on my cuticles for both my hands and feet. Also the environment was perfect for a quiet pamper. I'll definitely be back! Read Less

I found this place via a Groupon that my sister and I purchased. I've used Groupons other places but always felt rushed or as if I didn't get the full experience I had wanted, so I went into this with low expectations and an open mind. Our Groupon was for a shellac mani/pedi for $35. I was totally blown away by this place! We walked in and we're immediately greeted by the entire staff. It was quiet and peaceful, even when other customers came in. This is rare for most nail salons. The facility was very clean, organized, and all of their equipment looked new and well cared for. All of their nail tools were sterilized individually via autoclave. They had a great selection of shellac/gel colors and their matching regular colors as well! No struggling to match your hands and toes! There were 3 women working on the two of us and they were very efficient, helping each other, and also prioritizing other customers. The manager even came out to help them too. They were all very sweet, friendly and welcoming, and listened to us. I have a latex allergy and the girl helping me didn't even bat an eye at not being able to use her gloves. She just smiled and said, "that's okay!", and continued to start my pedicure. I also have never been to a salon that didn't tear up my cuticles and make me bleed before - but not this place! They were so gentle and took their time, I didn't even end up with any rogue cuticles splitting after I left! They took their time and their painting was perfect! The best part was that as I was tipping, the owner gave us a card for the same deal as the Groupon  next time! I would absolutely recommend this place! It's a hidden gem. I live over an hour away & I will continue to keep coming to this place because of the service here ! & they go in on ur pedicure & shellac mani . I am airline crew and in town for an overnight. Helen and Alina gave me a relaxing and beautiful mani/pedi with my limited availability. I recommend this Salon but suggest an advance appointment if you can make it. Great location for those of us staying at nearby airport hotels due to travel reasons near SeaTac!Would give them 5 Stars if they'd have just a few more nail technicians to ease availability. Came to this salon as a new place to try since I moved to the neighborhood 2 months ago. The woman who did my fill and gel polish was super kind, professional and fast! She did the best job! My nail shape and polish were flawless. Not only that but she massaged my hands for a bit which I found super sweet as typically this is something people get with a manicure not a fill. She also polished my 4 year olds nails and since being 4 her polish lasted about 10 min she didn't charge me! I told her to please accept payment for her but she refused. I ended up tipping her a few extra bucks which I would've paid for my daughters polish. Anyway, there's free retail parking around back on the first floor and it's a large, clean and darling salon. They also do lash extensions and waxing! Check them out. You won't regret it. Last thing, prices are comparable, if not better, than the usual nail salon.Read Less

Walked in here by chance while picking up a car from Wally park, after grabbing some lunch next door. Noticed there weren't any Yelp reviews, but also noticed there weren't any customers waiting.. and a 20% off all services grand opening sign. fate? maybe this could be luck. Was warmly greeted by two women, Kelly and Hannah. Got a no-chip (as we call it in the Midwest) shellac, manicure done by Kelly, quick and wonderfully. All white- which apparently is not a thing out here in the PNW/ I did have to explain it to her but she did a great job. Nice hand/arm massage after.Gellish Polish. Thumbs up. They have a good amount of shellac/no chip colors to choose from, and an array of normal colors as well.Got an eyebrow wax while I was there, quick and holy painless!
