Went on a Thursday and was seated right away and given colors to choose from! They have DOZENS of colors! Came in for acrylics, but the owner looked over my nails, my natural nails reach my finger tips, and told me to do Vitamin D nail dip instead. I took her advice, and it's so much better than acrylic! No smell and no chemical feeling after. My nail guy was Tran, and he was a perfectionist. He made sure everything was perfect, and took his time with it.Although I was seated right away, I did wait fifteen minutes for a nail technician. I'm never going to another person to get my nails and eyebrows done ever again. Since I've been living in Seattle I've been to over a dozen different salons for my nails and eyebrows. No one has ever done them as well as Alex (nails) and Anna (eyebrows). Not only are my eyebrows arched perfectly they somehow seem longer whereas they were always coming up short?! Anna has some crazy skills and she's so fast it's a little scary. The owners son (who was extremely nice and informative) suggested I have a vitamin dip manicure instead of a shellac gel manicure to help out my thinning nails. He was so right. Went here on a Sunday afternoon & my wait time was only 15 minutes. I was skeptical of coming here because of the rating, but I knew they had a huge variety so I thought I would give it a shot and I'm soooo glad I came here!!!! They have a huge banner advertising over 500 different colors of dip powder, and I got so overwhelmed with all the color options! I got a new set and dip powder with a few Rhine stones for ONLY 39$. The nail technician was funny, sweet, & not overbearing. He payed attention to detail, & took his time shaping my nails. Also, they give you a nice 5ish minute shoulder/back rub with your manicure! I always come here to get my nails done when I need a fill or a full set. Kelly is my favorite nail artists but I love everyone that has done my nails. I have only had it done badly once or twice. Other than that they've done an amazing job on my nails. I got a pedicure for the first time there and even though my crazy 9 month old daughter was with me they did their job in a professional manner and was kind to her. Not a relaxing place at all.  Nails and pedicure turned out nice but... place was filthy not just dust but 1) hamburger wrappers on floor?  2) old beverages from previous day all over the place? 3) saw what i think was a baby cockroach!!  As dirty as the place was i wouldn't doubt it... 4)  They don't wipe off the head rest of the pedicure chairs.  I'm sure the spot from my leave in conditioner will be there tomorrow.The staff is very friendly but you have to advocate for yourself because they are focused on speed not quality.  They definitely need to take "spa" out of the name of this place.  Really should be called the nail factory.  I will go back though... will be sure to shake out my clothes and will leave my purse in the car - don't want to kidnap their roaches. FIRST TIME HERE. My go-to nail salon in kent was super packed so I decided to go to renton to get a fill. This is the only place I could find nearby that's open until 5pm on a sunday. Biggest nail salon I've ever been to! Clean & relaxing atmosphere. I had to wait 45 minutes to get a fill though. I wasn't told how long it was going to take, I just waited. Not the most friendly staff either (except for 1 guy) The nail tech who worked on my nails is great! Love how my nails turned out! Perfect length, shape & color! First time here - coming to just clean up my nails and they managed to upsell me with "natural dip." Well I like it a lot! Better than shellac and an interesting and seemingly simple process.  They say to come back in 3 weeks and to continue to help my nails grow longer and healthier. Only time will tell... This is my first time here and my friend Himi brought me. He came in for a mani/pedi.I  came in for a acrylic fill and a pedicure. We both chose the first option for the spa pedicure and Kim did a fantastic job. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. Amina did Himi's hands and feet and she was really nice to him also. Duyen did my fill and I really enjoyed her. She listened to everything I wanted and was patient with me. This place has more regular colors than gel/shellac. They have tons of dip colors though and I saw many women getting the natural dip powder option. They also didn't have a lot of gem design options but that's okay because they're wide variety of glitter polishes made that up for me. They also offer chrome color options. Read Less

Today was my first day coming and I had a great experience. Everyone was nice and I got an awesome deal on my nails. The lady that did my nails was careful seeing as how they were real. I was recommended to use some type of acrylic powder that has vitamin e in it and last longer, I wanted a soak off and overlay, so I did and the finishing look was great. If I could give them a 0 star I would. First my friend told me about this place and then after my first set I got hurt and yanked my hand away, next time I come in they tell me I have fungi and asked where I got my set and I told them here. They charged me for fungi medication that they gave to me initially and told me it will heal..I overlooked that and waited 3 weeks to have my nails heal. Came back and got metallic nails which fell off chipping on the first day, came back 2 days later and had it fixed only to chip again!!! 2 nd time came back to get it fixed they charged me half price, but told me if it comes off they fix it...but didn't mention the charge. Then my last experience I bring my friend in for a pedi she gets the deluxe and the lady asked me to get the same I said no I'm ok. She mugged me hella hard with a nasty face and was talking shit in Vietnamese clearly as she's laughing and eyeing me. I over look that too! Now I go get a wax a small part of my lower back and this lady waxed my whole back up to my shoulders which I never asked for!!! Then had the audacity to charge me 100$$$ without even telling me how much it would cost me. I overlooked that too!!! Then couple days later my whole back is breaking out!!!! I been calling them for 2 weeks just to have the run around between both nail shops. I finally talk to the owner and she is just as bad interrupting me and being rude and not listening to a word of the problems I've been having I asked many times to talk to na the only person in that shop that has any sense. I'm so pissed that I tipped them 10 dollars for every service because I ended up having to pay 100$ win too to fix my nails 3 times in 1 week that shouldn't of even been charged for. So fucking pissed now I've given them hella opportunities to fix this and they did the most disrespectful way time and time again and I've called them at least a dozen time and will not take responsibility for their shitty employees. I went here last weekend for a shellac mani and regular spa pedicure/ free foot paraffin dip, left my feet feeling like silk. (Total Price: $45.00)It is a nice place, also very clean. The service is good, they don't offer a beverage like most places, but I guess thats not a big deal.My pedicure technician was nice, and very fast. My manicure nail technician was a little rough on my cuticles but I asked him to ease up and then it was fine.They have a nice variety of shellac colors which is great!I didnt get a foot/leg massage and the hand massage was very short.
