First time coming here. I am so disappointed with my nails, seems like a child did them. The lady (vivi?) took way too long for this. Also she began by filling down my nail, which she thought were acrylic. On another note a different lady did my daughter's nails and they are awesome!! If i come back i will definitely go with her. What a great salon! First time in for a basic manicure and it was well done and quick. Queyn worked with me to fit into my lunch hour, but still did an excellent job!All the other patrons coming and going seemed to have great relationships with everyone working there, and you can tell they've been going there for a long time.I'll definitely be going back and referring my co-workers. This place does wonderful acrylics - see Son or Lee.  They are passionate about what they do.  Walk-ins are welcome, but would be best to set an appointment.  Their newest member is Quyen (or Queen - she goes by both).  She does it all - from mani/pedi (gel and acrylics), and all wax services.  She is very sweet and professional!Their pedi packages are AMAZING!  I've tried both regular ($20), and deluxe ($30).  Deluxe is definitely worth the bucks!  It includes a hot stone massage that will have you feeling refreshed.  They also have a Luxury deal ($40), but I have not tried that.Right now, their waxing room is very tiny.  If you are claustrophobic, maybe not a good thing for you - for now.  They are planning to reconstruct and expand their waxing room.  So stay tuned!Go on.. make that appointment and go give yourself the treat that you deserve! :) Read Less

I got turned away at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren't at all. There was literally one person getting a manicure and one person getting a pedicure... I wasn't welcomed with a nice greeting when I walked in either. I literally just stood there for about a minute in awkward silence until a guy told me they were all "booked up".. don't waste your time on this understaffed establishment. I went right down the street to a different salon with the same amount of staff and was treated much better. They told there'd be a small wait, which was understandable since this salon actually had customers lol. "Perfect" Nails is a joke. Deserves a half star. Read Less

I've been looking for a place to go a little closer to home when I don't have time to get to my fave shop. These guys are pretty good. They did a decent job on a full set. I asked for rounded tips and they are a little more pointy than I've had before, but the shape is starting to grow on me. The colors turned out great - really bright and vivid, just what I was looking for. All in all, a good place to go in a pinch, but my regular place still does a better job for less money. Read Less

I'm really disappointed. I have been coming to this salon for the past year or two, and have had great experiences for the most part, but today I left feeling upset. I went in for a shellac color change. I picked out the color; what I thought was the same color I had had a few weeks before- a peachy-pink, very light nude opaque shade. When she brought out the color, she showed me and it was Barbie pink (about 6 shades darker). I stopped her and told her it must not be the same color. She told me it got lighter under the lamp (the last polish I had at this location did not do this). I asked her if it was a color changing polish, she said yes (meaning it will only be that light color when the polish is warm, and it's fall in seattle, so that would be very infrequently). I declined the color changing shellac and went for another similar nude shade. As soon as she painted the first nail, I could tell it looked very see-through, and not opaque like I wanted. So, I asked her if it was going to be opaque or if it was going to be very sheer. She said "no no, once I put the third coat on, it won't be see through".Fast forward to my polish being finished and, surprise, it is still see-through and not at all what I wanted and made very clear I wanted several times. I could have just opted for another color after the first nail and it would've been pretty easy, had she just been truthful.She asked me what I thought, and I was honest and told her it was not at all what I asked for or was expecting, and that I wish she would have just been honest that it wasn't going to be what I wanted and we could've fixed it before she finished. Then, she shows my hands to other people paying and tries to get them to tell me it's a pretty color. Yes, maybe other people like it, but that is not the point. Despite having been a very loyal customer at this location and seeing this nail tech regularly for a decent amount of time, I was offered no re-do or discount for the outcome. This left a bad taste in my mouth and this location just lost a customer. Read Less

I have been coming to this salon since it was in it's previous location...around 20 years. That says a lot! Lee always does my nails and she has become a good friend over the years. She does a wonderful job on my fingernails; this salon uses the highest quality of product which means no chipping or lifting. Lee also does a great pedicure. Very relaxing! The salon is extremely clean, employees are friendly and professional and I've never felt rushed. Great selection of nail art and colors. Unfortunately I've had to try other area salons a few times over the years due to my schedule and I've ALWAYS had to have Perfect Nails fix or redo the work of these other salons. Read Less
