My first time my daughter and I schedule an sppimtem a day prior just to make sure we get there and don't have to wait to long, our appointment was at six and They didn't get to start on pedicure till 6:50, my daughter continue to wait for her turn but after 7:30 she left because she had to get the kids from the babysitter that she pay to have time to get her mamicure done but end up paying a baby sitter for 2 hours and didn't get her manicure done. She would never go back again she said!! This day They got done with my fill and pedicure till 9 pm, the tech wasn't friendly at all and didn't do a good job. My second time I decided to give them another chance, I called ahead of time, scheduled an appointment, got there 10 minutes before just make sure they don't get a walk in and than I would have to wait longer, the tech that was going to do my pedi asked me to seat in the chair at 5:20, 30 minutes after I got there for the schedule appt, seatted for another 20 minutes before she started to work on my feet, then they didn't have a color that I like and they suggested to look at this palet of colors, I pick one and it was shellac but they didn't have that color either then I had to pick a different one that was also shellac, this is two hours later from the time I got there till the time I was done with the pedicure then now is 7 pm and the owner started to work on my fill she use the same color from my feet in my nails even tho I was trying to pick a different one because I really didn't like the one on my feet, she took the pallet box away from me and say the color I had on my feet was pretty, she rush my fill, complain about my prior fill and asked if the fill was done at a nail shop.. I wanted shorter nails and had one to the length I wanted my nails but she just added a tip without asking if that's what I want it, after that I asked to please shorten my nails and she did, in the ptocces she cut my skin by this time is 7:45 been there since 4:50 had a horrible experience and on top of all I was charge $$$$ 80.00 dollars plus tip. Needless to say I won't recommend this place to my worse enemy and will never be back again !!!! THE WORSE PLACE EVER ... I did call the owner because I was in shock that she charge me that much and she stated that in Bellevue they charge more! And shellac cost more.. in her website it doesn't say pedicure is 40 for shellac compare to 25.00 for a classic pedi. Also I didn't asked for shellac nails with my fill that was 18.00 also she charge for repair on a nail that I didn't wanted repair , she added a tip to make it as long as the nails that I wanted shorter, but I pay for her assumption..
