It's my first acrylic manicure. The staff was attentive and friendly and Tina did my nails. She patiently listened to what I wanted as I'm a stay at home mom with a toddler. They use clean tools and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Would definitely recommend it. Read Less

Staff is super friendly. Technicians are all pretty skilled in their duties and do a great job. Be careful if you go in closer to closing time though. They have a tendency to rush through the job and your nails don't look as nice or well done. Read Less

Don’t go there, I went with my girlfriend and her friend and they burnt my girlfriend and her friend. They did the nails and they were not straight and they were rude and talked about them when they went back and stared the whole time. I went to talk to them about getting money back and they denied it and said they will call the cops. Never go there Read Less

I work until 6:30, so I called to see if they would take an appointment at 6:40 when closing at 7:00, which they did. I came in and the owner happily sat me down and offered me water. She was so friendly throughout, never appearing to rush even though I came in so late. She did a fantastic job on my nails. I would recommend to anyone! Read Less

Most accommodating nail salon in town! Now that I have two babies under 3 years old, it's hard to get my nails done. Rarely does the shellac last more than a week before chipping. BUT this is my second visit to Vick's Nails and the Shellac has lasted OVER three weeks!! They also allowed me to bring my kiddos and were so amazing and even helped keep my little ones calm during the appointment! Love this place and highly recommend it! Read Less

This was my first time at ViVi's and I'm happy to say they did a very nice job!I got a pedicure first and then a manicure.  Nguyen was the nail artist and the first other woman doing the foot/leg scrub massage was also very courteous. I wanted to do a pink, teal-blue on my nails and purple toenail combo. Nguyen advised me to do the toes in normal polish, (but still with their strong top coat) not the gel/shellac so it could save me about $15, and I think I'm more impressed with her color substitute selections than I would be with just the one cnd purple sparkly shellac. She combined a bright Royal purple with a rainbow shimmer top coat for an even better effect!The pedicure included also a hot stone massage after the grapefruit scented scrub, and the hand+arm massage after the manicure was also very nice. My mom and I went for the first time yesterday to try out a new salon. I got ANC with tips and a pedicure, while she got a mani/pedi, and we could not have asked for a better job well done! Came here with a friend for a manicure. The salon is cute and looked very clean. The service could use some improvement though....I wasn't even acknowledged until I had been there about 15 minutes, and then I was seated and told "wait ten more minutes". After they seated me, I was asked 3 different times by different people what I wanted.The lady working on my friend cut her cuticle so bad she started bleeding. When she went to work on my nails, she was FaceTiming her husband and children?!She totally stopped working on my nails to wave at the camera and was speaking in another language, but it didn't sound urgent. After quite some time they said goodbye and she hung up then resumed doing my nails and apologized. She had me pay before she started painting so I wouldn't ruin the nails. She actually did a good polish job. As soon as the top coat was on she left without a word and started helping someone else. Once my nails dried I sat there for a bit and awkwardly got up and saw myself out, some other lady said bye to me. 1. Salon is well maintained but doesn't necessarily give off the feeling that everything is sterile.2. All of the ladies were very nice. There was one lady that snapped at me for being on my phone, but overall the staff is kind.3. Polish selection/quality isn't wonderful.4. My nails already look worn in within 24 hours.5. I felt something hurt during my pedicure but never saw blood - my toe is now swollen and extremely painful. This shop needs a better way to sterilize instruments obviously. Read Less

Really clean and relaxing environment! The ladies here are nice and professional, and they're willing to do designs if you bring a picture! I showed Hao a picture of some Pokemon nails and she was able to recreate it perfectly! I appreciate how she kept referencing the image I provided! Had nails done by Winnie and so unhappy with them, she cut into my own nail leaving a chuck cut out and cut my cuticle, had anc done and they are uneven and bumpy, she did not clean off the old stuff she left it on. I told her I did not want my nails shorter she asked me 3 times you want your nails shorter I said no and well they are now shorter then wanted. And she must been in a bad mood it certainly reflected in her work and her attitude. Will never return. Thought about going back but I'm afraid of what would happen to my nails. Read Less

Stopped in for a pedicure, clean friendly atmosphere, but I was unhappy with the service. The water was ice cold until I asked for the nail technician make it warmer, I was cut twice by the cuticle remover and did not find it to be relaxing one bit as I kept wincing in pain and now I just pray that I don't get an infection from the cuts!
