I think I found my new nail salon! I was on the hunt for a salon close to home and I'm so happy I came here. I called around 10:45am on a Friday and was able to make an appointment for 11:15am the same day for a shellac manicure. I arrived 10 minutes early and they got started right away. First off, they have an awesome selection of gel polish. I ended up going with a classic red at the suggestion of my manicurist and I absolutely love it. The gentleman who did my nails was great! He gave me awesome customer service and and really took his time on my nails. He did them exactly how I asked him to and he even applied a second layer of gel top coat at my request. No attention to detail and very poor service. I have been here twice and both times have not been satisfied. Nails were not files properly after pointing out that the nail is crooked. This was my first time ever getting a pedicure and also my first time in a nail salon on the East Side. I called ahead but while I was there the women had to turn away a few customers because they were too busy. The first older lady who attended to me was very gentle but I didn't interact with her much because she spoke very little English. A younger lady named Nina touched up the paint job and asked if I wanted my running toe calluses taken off further. I was pleased that a) she noticed that I still had calluses (and identified me as a runner!) and b) asked whether or not I wanted the calluses to stay. In the end she actually put on a whole new coat of color and top coat. Nina radiated sunshine and was very pleasant to talk to. I am not from Washington but if I go back I will probably request Nina (without being too picky) because she was so wonderful. I was also very impressed with the price -- $22 for a full pedicure. I much needed a pedi as I've neglected my feet for some time. When I walked in, the people were genuinely nice and welcoming. I would normally pick the general pedi, but decided to get the scrub, paraffin, & the hot stone. It was worth it! Mai really paid attention from clipping, scrubbing, to the massage. Went to this place for a gel manicure since it had great reviews. Each finger ended up being a different shape and severely over filed. The selection of colors was lacking and overall appearance of my nails when completed was sub-par. This is the BEST place for nail!! Visited many places for nail including in Sydney/ Hong Kong/ many places in. Seattle/ Eastside. U.S Nails by far give me the best experience. Have been there at least 6 times and never gets disappointed. I have thin skip and lot of cuticles alone my nails, but the technician here always treat my nails carefully and generally. Not only they are skillful, I also like their color collections. Either getting Shellac or regular, I always get impressed by the results. This is my only place to go to have my nail polish. My friends keep asking me where did I get my nail done because it looks really good and super long lasting!!! Great service, clean and updated color and tools. Oh they also just got new massage chairs, it's clean and comfortable! The price is great, in fact I think the price is below average! After moving here from Issaquah, I was looking for a place to get acrylic nails. The lady applied the nail primer which says "CORROSIVE- AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN" all around my nail, getting more on my skin than my nail. Then she did the same with the acrylic mix. At this point the skin around my nails was seriously burning, I had never experienced anything like it. Whenever I would say something she would ignore me. Even when I picked up the bottle and pointed at the warning. They were also in a rush since they were closing soon, my nails were all crooked...I just stopped them before they put the paint on, paid in full, and left. Read Less

Very happy that I finally gave this business a shot. Arrived shortly after opening on a Saturday morning for a classic pedicure with no appointment and was seated immediately. I was offered water and allowed to test the water temperature for the foot bath (which was nice since many businesses seem to not care about dipping your feet into boiling water!). I'm not sure what the guys name was, but he did a fabulous job. He was very gentle, and listened to what I wanted. The massage scrub smelled amazing and I got a wonderful massage, as well as with hot stones afterwards! The nail polish was applied with care, and turned out great. I really love US Nails in Redmond. This is definitely my new go-to place for pampering myself. The staff is super-friendly and kept bringing me hot tea, and they did a great job on a mani/pedi for men. And I love that they are running a Yelp check-in special -- free paraffin wax with your main/pedi combo.It made my feet feel amazing... esp. the hot stone massage for your feet as a finishing touch (which they do for all pedicures.) I have been going to this location for several years for manicure/pedicure service. Quality had been uneven, but a new owner, Nina, has taken over and the result is awesome. New cheery paint has improved the ambience and Nina and her staff provide quality service with great attention to detail. Nina as well as Ha have done my recent manicure/pedicures and I am very pleased with the result. If you're looking for a cheap mani pedi, this is the spot. The salon is inexpensive and the staff is friendly. I however DO NOT recommend getting an acrylic set done there. My friend and i went into the salon at around 6 pm ( they close at 7) and both asked for a new acrylic set. They said yes to us coming in but then once they got started working on our nails, turned out neither of them had experience with acrylic nails and completely messed up both of our nails! It was an extremely unpleasant experience, they had us switching seats for each one of them to do the part they knew how to do so we were moving around the salon every 5 minutes from one employee to the other. Wasn't satisfied and didn't get the service i paid for. Other than acrylics, I would say they give okay mani pedis. I also would not recommend getting your eyebrows waxed there. Both times ive gone there to get my eyebrows waxed, she ended up waxing them way too thin and unevenly shaped. Read Less

I have been going to US nails for 3 years now. I have in a pinch went to several different places and was very dissapointed with the service. I always feel welcomed here and they always do a great job!! I bring my daughter with me who is 9 sometimes, and they really make her feel special. There prices are good and the service is awesome. This place is one of my regular routines. Their mani/pedi's are inexpensive (~$30), all of the employees are super friendly, and they really try to take care of you. The skill level is varying - some days are better than others, but I'm always happy with the results for the price. They also have convenient evening hours (open til 7) and weekends (I think they are open Sundays in addition to Saturdays now). Granted, this is not your high-end salon, but for just giving yourself a little treat, US Nails in Redmond is a decent place to go. Read Less

I had been to a few nail salons in town before trying this one. Wow, Kim the owner was so nice and all the technicians are great and friendly. I have been going for over two years now and I have never left with a bad manicure or pedicure and it's only $32 for both and they spend some time on the pedicure! It's really relaxing. It can get busy in there so I recommend you make a reservation. They have the massaging chairs too!!! The atmoshpere isn't great but if you're not into that, I highly recommend this place. If you want the ""fluff"" go to an overpriced salon where you pay for the atmosphere and not the end result. Read Less
