This place is pricier than other lash places around but it is definitely a pampering experience.  You feel like you are coming here for something special done and let's face it, getting lash extensions is a treat.  You are paying for the professionalism, the quality of work, and the salon feel.  Yes there are nail places that do lash extensions but the places are usually noisy and you are usually stuck in some random broom closet with a bed.  If you want a bit more of a luxurious experience, try this place out for your next lash fill. They saved my eyes and my lashes. Had an emergency removal after going elsewhere and the lashes were improperly attached, scratching my eyes and drying them out. They were flexible enough to squeeze me in upon a walk-in for a removal. Clean, comfortable and highly trained professionals that only use best practices and the best products. Very reasonably priced: cheaper than Pink's (down the street) and comparable with Groupon deals when you include a full set with refills. But their quality and experience tops the rest. Each lash application feels like a gentle tap. I love that they have a lash integrity policy and will not put lashes on baby hairs or on the inner lids touching the skin, and will advise you when a certain lash thickness will be too heavy for your current lash follicles. I have been visiting this location for a decent amount of time ~2/3 months. I don't usually stay with a salon more than 1 visit with bad service and become finicky with overpriced salons. Appointments are easy to book, and the atmosphere is very cozy. The Lash & Wax Boutique offers a large amount of amazing, affordable beauty & esthetician services I recommend to all my friends and loved ones:-brows (Ask for Alena. Yelp describes the 2-star label as: "Meh. I've experienced better," so I'm going with it here, 'cause that was my experience with Noir. The other salon I've gone to for extensions is pricier, but those lashes lasted for so long! Almost two months until the last lashes fell out from there. Maybe it's because I had such a good experience with the other salon, and had something to compare to, but with the set I got from Noir, the lashes started falling out almost immediately, and within 2 weeks, I swear they were gone. They also didn't lift my natural lashes, so you could see the the extensions forking out from my natural ones like split ends--if that makes sense. Overall, friendly service and the lashes look fine when leaving the salon, so I'd suggest this as an affordable place to go to if you're only looking to have the extensions for a specific event. But if you're looking for something more everyday/long-term, I'd suggest checking out one of the other pricier places. Maybe the adhesive is more expensive at the pricier places and that's why it pays off? Who knows. Read Less

I have been to Noir lash lounge over these past few years and they are amazing! I have also checked out other lash places at salons, but they don't compare to Noir Lash Lounge because other salons aren't specialized in doing lashes. Everyone at Noir is trained to do lashes, they don't do random other services such as hair etc which shows that they are specialized in what they do. The lounge is nicely decorated and they play new music as well. My eyes are sensitive to the glue, but they are always accommodating by placing the lashes in a certain way so that my eyes don't react. They have a huge selection styles and the lash technicians are always helpful when deciding what to do. They are honest and will tell you what they recommend according to what is best for your natural lashes. The customer service here is great, they are always willing to fix any problems. Also, the prices at Noir are very reasonable in comparison to other salons. If your planning to get your lashes done, this is the place to go! Read Less

I've been getting my lashes done here since December. I've tried a two other places in between, and ran back to Noir. Everyone I've gone to at Noir has had the same goal of trying to keep my natural lashes strong by giving advice, suggesting different width and length, as well advising me to take breaks when needed. All things I greatly appreciate! The best part is they listen and make notes. I don't like the cat eye look, so they don't give me the cat I look. When I come, I explain what I want, how I want it and leave the place with just that! Surly they advise and give their opinion, but at the end of the day, they really really want you leaving with what you wanted and expected.Their customer service is amazing, too. I booked a last minute appointment for today, then had to push it back two times for different reasons. I felt horrible, but Carlos was so understanding and beyond accommodating! I cannot say just how horrible this small (very,very small-hiring frenzy because of incredible turnover due to unethical practices) business is-care more about $ than clients, charging a cancellation fee, maybe all your cancellations are because you suck at customer service. Tell me if your lashes fell off within a week, oh 47 of you...keep up the good work. I saw Alyse for a signature facial and the experience was awesome. She used the Cosmedix products on me. The best part was the face massage and optional foot massage. I was 15 minutes late as I got lost and kept circling in the cab for 15 minutes, but she didn't cut my appointment short, something which you can't expect in a busy city like Seattle. Highly appreciate that. The front desk girl is also really sweet, I forgot to ask her name.
