Zero stars. I had a terrible experience. The lady who did my nails was beyond rude! She reminded me of my 4th grade teacher that was horrible so it brought back rough memories! Checked out several nail salons in this area before finding Nancy's. They are affordable, not overpriced. Recommend appointment if you want to go on weekends/after work. I have walked in and they are honest, will ask you to come back later or if they can't get you in they do thier best to schedule you in for next day. They don't say yes to everyone who walks in and make you wait then rush you through. Everyone is gracious taking time & care to do a nice job. I appreciate this. I chose this place based on the reviews which are true in every sense! Nancy and her crew take lot of care to ensure that the experience is great. I got a Mani-pedi done and another time color change in both fingers and toes. Both times had good experience. I love their color collection. The protection coat really makes the color last longer. Probably will go for spa next time. It just feels nice being pampered. Appointments recommended strongly, specially on Fridays and weekend. Read Less

While visiting my daughter who in interning in Seattle for the summer, I wanted to treat her and my other daughter to a mani pedi. I reviewed places in Seattle on Yelp and decided on Nancy's. I am glad I did. While it is not a fancy salon, it is very clean and Nancy's staff are very friendly and nice. The massage chairs are the best I have ever experienced in a nail salon. I selected Nancy's because of the cleanliness factor on prior reviews. I liked that they use plastic liners in the foot spas. We were able to get matching colors of gel and non gel polish hands and feet. I read the polish lasts for three weeks so I am looking forward to that. My youngest daughter picked a color that she ended up not being happy with. I have always raised my daughter's to be low maintenance, but unbeknownst to me, her manicurist told her that she would redo her toe polish. Before I knew it her toes were redone to her satisfaction with no extra cost. A big bonus was the hot stone leg and foot massage. I would definitely return to Nancy's the next time I am in Seattle. When finding the location, the sign is a bit hidden by a tree, so be sure you don't drive by it. Parking is ample and easy on a Monday afternoon. I would suggest you call ahead for appointments. It was important that we all three get serviced at the same time and Nancy made sure this would happen when I messaged three days ahead. I was very impressed by how friendly Nancy and her staff were. This place is super clean, super friendly and they are detail oriented. The pedicure was amazing, they take their time with the massage and hot stones. I made an appointment right at opening and got my shellac mani and pedi done is 45 min with amazing results. I will come back for brow wax soon! I can trust them Read Less

The ladies here are super sweet and wonderful :) they'll give you a wonderful mani and pedi. Went in with my mother in law and accidentally chipped the polish they did and they fixed my mistake right before we left with kindness and consideration. I can see why this place has high reviews. I made an appointment at the time they closed but Nancy and her husband accommodated me despite being after closing hours without any fuss. I got a pedicure and Nancy took a lot of time and care throughout which surprised me since I was expecting to be rushed out. Every step was carefully done and the outcome exceeded my expectations. My toes have never felt and looked better. Prices are fair and due to the great and welcoming service that is lacked at my regular salon, I know I will be a returning customer. Plus their regular pedicure service comes with a nice hot stone massage so how can I resist?Appointments recommended. Read Less

I can't say nicer things about this salon. It's truly a gem.  The customer service is impeccable which can be hard to find when it comes to nail salons. The owner, Nancy,  really goes the extra mile to send reminders for appts and accommodate her clients every need. I especially love how her and her husband take the time to not only remember the names of their clients but information about their lives and families. I've been going here for a few months now and on every occasion she is following up with a client about a previous story they discussed weeks prior. It truly is these small things that count. The quality of work by the nail technicians  is superb! My go to technician Ti is the absolute BEST artist I have ever had the privilege of finding. She is meticulous and has a keen eye for detail. Totally worth a trip to relax and pamper yourself here. Make sure you get an appointment with them in advance. They are busy for walkins especially on weekends. They have lots of colors to choose from as well. But the best part was the warm cream message in the pedicure. Nails looks fab no doubt, but I felt my service was a bit cut short compared to others. People who came before me almost got done at the same time. Other than that no issues. They charge 35 for regular mani-pedi and 5 extra for French manicure. Read Less

I need to write a review of how amazing Nancy's was! I went in on Dec 15th after flying to Seattle for work and family time with 3 broken nails and chipping polish. I had no time to fix it before I left and was desperate. Fortunately I was able to be squeezed in for a fill, repairs and pedi.I loved how my nails turned out! We replaced all tips as some of my previous set was lifting and I had mostly grow out under, which was why they were breaking (I have longer pointy tips). I also got candy cane designs on two nails for the holidays.It's now 5.5 weeks later (I haven't had any time to go in for another fill) and I have zero breaks, zero chips to my polish, and am still getting compliments! Planning to get a fill sometime this week, but bummed I'm home in NY and can't go back to this great salon. Next time I'm in Seattle I will make a point to set up an appointment at Nancy's though!
