Incredibly disgusting customer service! Not only did these people do a poor job on my nails, but they also yelled at us, calling us profound names and called the cops on my friends and I when they refused to give a discount. We arrived at 4:55pm for our 5:00pm appointment. They told us that they thought we called to cancel our appointment, which obviously we had not as we showed up, and they would not be able to take us until 5:30pm. We asked if we could have a discount for h...aving to wait and they said yes. We waited around and they kept reassuring us that we would be next. They had three people working and one receptionist. One lady had started working on 1 of the 3 of us, meanwhile the other two working ladies, took people who seemed to be walk ins. After inquiring, they told us that they wouldn't stop serving the walk in people to serve us, but again we would be taken soon. We did not leave the salon until 7:45pm. The quality of service was very poor, the nail polish doesn't go to the cuticle and is streaky. My friends and I agreeed that all three ladies that we worked with were aggressive with the tools. Mine in particular, kept telling me not to move, when I clearly was not. To top it off, I watched the receptionist clean the foot baths with a loofa from a jug of soapy water that had been sitting on the floor since we had arrived. This is not up to cleaning standards. When we went to pay, the lady (Lee) told us that she would give us each five dollars off. We did not think that this was enough compensation for our experience. She immediately became defensive and told us that she would not speak to us any longer and that we could deal with the police. We told her that would be fine and we would love to talk to the police to have them sort this out. We did not actually believe that she would call the please given the silliness of this matter. However she did and was only on the phone for about 30 seconds before she hung up. She also told the police that we were refusing to pay, which was not true, we said that we were not paying that much. The price that she was telling us was much higher than the prices on their website, so obviously we were not paying that much. As she continued to yell at us, the receptionist agreeed to have us pay for only $10. At this point, we did not even want to pay at all since Lee had coninuted to call us inappropriate names. We attempted to explain to her that business owners should want to do anything to please their customers, not make them so angry that they feel the need to take time out of their day to write a terrible review. She should not be working in customer service if this is how she treats her costumers.
