The lady did not listen to me after I already told her I had white powder on my nails not pink powder. She sanded my nails to the point where on the back of my black nails were coming through tried to patch them up did not did not do it good. I had to take my nails off the very next day she damaged my nails so bad that I almost lose one of my nails because of it. This was one of the most painful pedicure experiences I had when I recently visited this place on Sat Feb 10th. Despite how clean the establishment was, the lady didn't clip a loose hangnail on one of my big, she pulled it loosed and it started to bleed a little bit. My toe is still sore and hurts a little bit. Also she was in too much of a hurry to paint my toenails and a few hours later my polish started to chip off. When I got home, I noticed that she missed parts of my toenails with the polish. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure I wanted a stand out nail on my feet and the lady painted the wrong toe as the stand out nail after I told her twice which one I wanted . I have gotten shellac manicures before and they always last 3 weeks without the polish peeling off or cracking. After a week I felt like my polish was going to peel off any second. They also filed some of my nails square and some round when I asked for square and my nails were long enough to be shaped that way. I wouldn't recommend them. Read Less

Never in my life have I had such bad nail service. I went in to have a new set put on and she rushed through it so fast. All my nails came out crooked and too short. There was more acrylic on my skin than my nails. There were so many bumps when she put the color on and continued to go over it with a top coat trying to make them go away. I didn't mind since I had the time. And the owner was very apologetic and got right to work. This was my first time coming to this particular salon, and I came because my regular nail salon is closed Sunday's and I had a nail emergency! Boy am I glad I found this place! Lily, the owner took her time with my nails and made sure there were no imperfections and I love my nails! I always get compliments on them, and I'll definitely be going back! Probably on of the worst places I've been, all I needed was a fill and gel polish. not only did she cut me the whole time with the electric file she clearly didn't know how to apply acrylic, it's all over my fingers, looks like I have cracked cement all over me. This is the ONLY nail place I trust! I come here probably, once every two weeks for a manicure with Shellac. Lily is always welcoming and so is her staff. I almost don't want to give this place a good review because it's already so busy! Lily is the best manicurist I've ever seen. Gel manicure didn't even start to peel until 2 weeks, and I've gotten tons of compliments. In this nondescript little standalone strip across from the bowling alley, it is really easy to miss, but it's worth turning around for. There's a decent barber shop next door, so we go on a Saturday and my husband gets his fade done while Lily does my nails. Oh, and she is an artist with eyebrows. She had a large clientele where she was. Apprehensive at first to try a new salon, she did amazing. I was really happy with the end product. I did a full set with silver tips.
