Good pedicure for the price ($22) but way too long of a wait. Came in at 3pm on a Thursday. I had made an appointment for 2 people but the first person wasn't in the chair until 30 or 45 minites later. There were not anywhere near enough techs for how many customers they had. I also saw blue disinfectants on the shelf in the bathroom yet no tools in it..... But I'm not sure what that was for. So if you have time to wait, sure walk in. Received a Valpak coupon of theirs for a $20 spa pedicure so thought I'd give them a shot as I've been really wanting a pedi and $20 for a pedi that includes a scrub and paraffin dip for the feet is quite the deal. It felt good and the purple gel color I picked came out looking great on my toes but after I presented my coupon the lady looked at it for a moment and asked something to one of the other gals and then turned around and handed me back the coupons and said ok it's $35 for you. The coupon should have been good still as it said it doesn't expire until end of November and she didn't say they couldn't except my coupon so I thought well maybe they charge extra for gel color as it lasts longer but $15 extra for gel polish is pretty steep in pricing. I went in today for a full set and a pedicure, I asked for coffin shaped nails and they turned out very stubby and not at all how I wanted them. I also spent the next hour picking off extra acrylic off my skin. I will say that I liked my pedicure but my overall nail experience there was terrible and I won't be going back. Read Less

In all the years of going to a nail salon this has to be the best place I have been to. I go at slow times because at any place you go to for just about any type of service, if they are overwhelmed you will not get a through service.  They do a complete pedicure, no place have I been to that takes their time to massage, exfoliate and hot wax till my feet  legs arms and hands are extremely soft and looking beautiful. I wanted to bring some girlfriends here to treat them to a nice place that buffs nails to a shine instead of polish. Called and they said no extra charge to buff. Great! Mom came in town and I ended up taking her there first. She wanted the same color on her toes (whitish) as she had and they picked out a color that looked pink in the bottle. They insisted it was like her color n pulled out a color wheel to show her. She said she didn't want pink. They insisted it was white. She let them do it. Guess what? Pink. They said it was what she wanted and argued. We stopped arguing.They were nice other than that mostly. When they started buffing my nails though they burned hot using the buffer tool, and they weren't even shiny. Huh? They put everything away and said all done. I said politely, usually when I get nails buffed they are buffed to a shine. The mani lady got out a few other hand buffing tools/blocks grumpily and worked on those. They were a bit better. The pedi lady cane back and complained my natural nails were black (uh, no I haven't used polish in 3 years... these nails look pink and fine). And kept saying they were "shiny shiny" as if to convince me. Then they tried to up charge me for the buffing.Sad experience. Now I have to find another place that buffs and isn't too expensive . My mom and I went to get pedicures and my mom got a really nice women who looked happy and energetic to be there caring for my mom. I however got an older lady who was very fast and acted as if I was bothering her, she slap my feet to have me guess to put them back in the water and she slapped my leg to get me to lift them higher. It was very odd. The lady doing my mom massage, massaged her legs good. My lady applied no pressure and was done before my moms girl who started the massage process first. I won't be back.... While getting a new set of acrylic nails I got cut four times. No blood at least. The technician rushed and the nails were ok. Kinda crooked and kinda differing lengths. The gel paint work was alright. The price was reasonable. Overall a somewhat disappointing experience. Update: added a pic to show how close they got to grinding through my nail bed. This has been my main nail shop for months now! I have never had a broken nail, infection nothing. They do a great job. I have never had a wait and I don't make appointments with my schedule being so hectic. The ladies are very nice! They assist me when I ask for help. Great customer service. Awful! Not busy so I stopped in for a new set. I felt realived because the woman getting petties were chatting like they were regulars. Immediately I felt rushed and half -aased. Really rude telling me to wash my hands good. Noticed waiting for polish she didn't trim the underside. I go I pay and tip +20% hoping that at least the polish will look great. She thanks me...still half ass. Lady left me at the station to go chat with the ladies at the spas. Erg! 3 days later...nails lifting. Getting my fill done across the street. Read Less

Back when I used to get acrylic nails they always did a great job (I don't wear them anymore because I'm a nurse) and I still go there and get my pedicures because they dip your feet in hot wax and it feels amazing lol they're always really sweet too. I came here on a busy Saturday afternoon a full set. I had to wait about 10 minutes before they started on me (which isn't bad at all, they are very well staffed!). The lady that did my nails did an excellent job - this is probably the best set of acrylics I have ever had. I will be returning here for a pedicure, fills, etc. Read Less

I have tried this place several times, each time giving it the benefit of the doubt because everyone I know says they are sooooo good, but I have yet to be impressed.  First off, if I am going to be made to wait in a chair with cold water on my feet while I wait for my turn for a pedi for 40 minutes, I expect to be informed that so I can decide for myself if I am going to stick it out.  I can't stand when nail techs pile you in when they don't have any openings so they won't lose your business.  Guess what, you just lost all my future business.  So irritated.  After 45 minutes of waiting I walked out without my pedi. I took a disabled woman that I work with to this nail salon today to get a manicure. She got a flower design on her nails and the end result was AWFUL. The flowers were smeared. I told them that I didn't feel she should have to pay for the design since we had to leave. They said she still needed to pay the full price but offered to fix it. Needless to say, they didn't do a damn thing to her nails, and when I said something, they told me that was how the flower designs are supposed to look!! Really?! Then I walked out and I could hear them talking about me and/or the situation with their other customers!! So unprofessional!! They were even laughing! Yes, really great. Mess up on a disabled elderly woman's nails and not even have the decency to make up for it. I will NEVER return here again. Terrible customer service. Read Less

I am a salon hopper. I'll admit it. But I am now cured. I will never get a pedicure anywhere else again. This is my second. Consistently above board sanitation, service and care. By far, hands down best pedicures EVER. I also returned for the great acrylic nails and designs. Again. Top notch work. I grab a design from Pinterest and they smile and provide. This is my first visit and a friend recommended the salon.  There are several stations for pedicure and manicures.  Their price list includes waxing too but I was here for the pedicure.  I received a warm welcome and went to pick a color from a wide selection.  They have massaging chairs and a flat screen TV for customers to enjoy.The technicians wore gloves and the foot baths had liners in it.  My technician was polite and didn't make much small talk (to my relief).  They used what looked like a mixer on my feet (don't know if that is good or not) but it made my feet feel amazing.My service included a scrub on my calves and feet...felt really nice!  A paraffin dip was also a part of the service. The massage was quite unique because at one point she was hitting me with the back of her fist.A couple of times, my toes had a slight tingle feel, which wasn't exactly comfortable but it was for the briefest of moments. I've stopped by here before for a brow wax. I didn't have to wait and the girl did a great job. So I returned here for a manicure, pedicure and another brow wax. It was convenient because I live close. I didn't have  an appointment and they were pretty busy, but I sat there for well over an hour with my feet in the water, waiting. The water eventually got to room temperature. They didn't warn me about the wait... Oh well, anyway. When it came to do my manicure in shellac, the girl didn't seem to care. Two coats were still not opaque enough and were streaky, there was no question about it so I'm not sure why she asked me if it was OK... Obviously I said no so she did another coat. A week later, it started chipping away. Nothing major, but still annoying. I've gone to places before where the shellac outlasted the nail growth and never chipped! Then when she waxed my brows, well... I've only had an eyebrow wax twice before but this was the worst of all! I had SO many stray hairs everywhere. I had to do quite a bit of touch up when I got home even though I asked her to pluck the strays away. On the plus side, their pedicures are good! They also use liners which is great! I'm on my feet a lot and they get easily callused, but most places don't care to take good care of it--just scrub and call it good. This place did a good job leaving me with super soft feet! Their prices are also very reasonable. I'll probably be back just because it is just down the street, but I probably wouldn't get a shellac manicure here and request someone else for the brow wax.
