This is the nicest nail bar in Puyallup. I have been going here for 10+ years. They always have 10 or more technicians a day. I do try to make an appointment most of the time but if for some reason I didn’t make one, they always do their very best to get me in. I have another salon I have tried and every time I go in they say they are to busy and can’t take me. I want to give a big thank you to Tammy and Kim because they are truly the best in town. Place is nice and clean!!! Nails are done well. However, the lady I had was rude and didn't listen to how I wanted my nails. My sister & I went here yesterday to get to dip sets of nails. We were turned away & told to come back the next day. So we did & we were turned away today again! There is no sign on the door stating that they were short staffed or no walk in clients. Very unprofessional when we were just told ‘no I can’t do that’ & frustrating because we were really excited to get our nails done here! I am a frequent flyer here & I adore Tammy & enjoy Nancy very much. The manager there was very rude & short. Don’t know if I will be returning again. Read Less

My sister's & I brought my mom in to cheer her up after my dad passing away. We thought having a girls day out at the nail spa would be great. Let's say it wasn't the best experience. We booked a appointment for 1:30 for all 4 of us & we were walked back in at 2:20. The owner was mad at me for felling out the nail form wrong for my mom. Than the owner got mad at me because I wanted a extra service, which I already wrote on the form what I wanted. If the owner was more nicer we would of had a better time. The ladies who did our nails did great & the place was very clean. I have no issue with the workers or the building. I called and made an apt and the lady was very helpful with all my questions. I went in to my apt and the atmosphere was great. She did a great job or I thought, I got a fill with shellac paint. About 4 days later my nails look like crap. They are scratched, the shellac is chipping off, it looks like they are stained. I've never had this many problems in the past with other nail salons. I definitely will not be going back and it was more money than other nail salons so I thought it would be worth it. I was wrong. Read Less

The sign says they close at 7:30.  I showed up at 7 and they told me they were closed.  I have been a regular customer for years and they do great work. However, I will not be returning due to the lack of customer service they have shown me this evening.  My boyfriend and I come and always get pedicures and spend $70 plus $10 tips each. This place has a nice ambiance and is  very clean and the lighting is perfect and they offer complimentary drinks. But not only did they make everything very confusing with their menu they seemed like they just needed to rush through me and my friend and were very confused on the colors me and my friend had picked and they came off as very annoyed with us trying to make it clear exactly what we wanted. This place sets a new higher standard for what to expect.   FRIENDLY STAFF!  They pay attention to you.  GREAT COMMUNICATION!   You fill out an order form, so no there are no misunderstandings.  RELAXING!   The treatment areas are separated from the front so you don't feel like you're in a fishbowl.   CLEAN!  Everyone was making sure the place was presentable.   DETAILS!   Beautiful bowls on pedi chairs. Today my best friend and I went in and got mani pedis . We Both got the classics . There was a complimentary drink with it so we both chose white wine . It was so relaxing and just what we needed . We both really liked the ladies that worked on us . They were very nice and spoke English the majority of the time. And the best thing was , they seemed to care ! They were asking us if the water was too hot or if the towels on our legs we too hot . I never had a better experience at a salon. Now you might ask why I did four stars instead of five then.Well, the prices are a little hefty. Not what I was expecting and the manicure I got wasn't exceptional . The set up of this salon is super cute. They have a ton of pedicure chairs and a separate nail station, as well as a separate waiting area. You fill out a form prior to your services, which I think is neat! They write your polish color, your techs name and all prices on it so there are no surprise charges at the end. They even offer a complimentary beverage alcoholic and non alcoholic. The prices here are a little higher than your usual salon but I don't mind it because you definitely get what you pay for! I got a full set stiletto manicure and so far the nails are holding up okay.The tech did well shaping my nails even tho I wanted them really short! I loved their gel polish selection!The pedicures here are AMAZING. I love that there is a removable plastic liner in their pedi tubs! I went with the Royal Pedicure with the lavender and mint scent. The entire pedicure was great and exactly what my dry winter feet needed! The paraffin wax and hot stone massage was heaven! I had an appointment at noon I picked the middle level manicure with shilac the lady that was doing my nails ended up getting polish all over my hands, I asked if I could have someone else finish up I was then told it was the polish.
