Messed up my eyebrows. I have to go home to fix them. Wax was too hot and now I have burns on my face. I will never come here again. Dirty. This is how the station looked like when I was seated. She proceeded to work on my one broken nail without even cleaning it. I don't want a bacterial or fungal infection after going to a nail salon because of unsanitary conditions. Also, this nail salon has a STRONG smell and the pedicure chair seats are torn. I go here for mani/pedi and wax. The girls are friendly and they do a great job. When they are super busy they try real hard to keep the line moving without doing a rush job on people. I don’t care if they take a call or speak their own language. As long as everything looks good when they’re done. Weekends are always busy so expect a wait and that’s normal anywhere. All I have to say is, it seems like these ladies hate their jobs and then get mad that you don't tip bc of the lack of effort.. my nails look terrible and my pedicure wasn't worth the money I paid. Do yourself a favor and find a different place Read Less

This place is so dirty.  Like very dirty.  The one positive is their shellac stays on for a very long time.  I've only gone here so many times as I had to large gift cards.  It's takes forever! You will sit in pedi chair for a good 30-60 min before your helped.  They are not that busy.  Once your pedi is down they will move you for your mani where you will wait another looong period of time.  They always cut your toe nails and make it hurt and bleed. Every time.Floors are nasty.  Towels looks disgusting.  It's just horrible.  Sitting here now wishing I didn't even bother with my gift card.  Haven't been in a long time cause it's that gross.  Decided to try again today and it's gotten worse. I took my cousin here for her birthday and prom. My cousin is autistic and does not speak, and had never gotten her nails done before. I made the appt for 1:30. When we arrived one of the staff asked that we pick our colors and told us to sit across from each other. I explained that we would need to sit next to each other as my cousin cannot talk and make her needs known. The staff seemed annoyed by accommodated my request. We waited for about 30 min, when we were finally seated. The nail tech starts on my fill, there was a desk lamp right in front of my face and I asked if it could be moved. She said no because she could not see, I then told her I could not see either because it was in my way. Needless to say she refused to move the lamp, as time goes on I notice no one has started on my cousins manicure. I ask my nail tech when someone would be starting and she says she's not sure but soon. About 10 min later someone sets a bowl of water in front of my cousin but doesn't say anything I tell my cousin to put her hands in the bowl. By this time I am almost ready for paint my cousin signs to me that she would like a nail design.  I tell the nail tech that she would like a design and the nail tech doing my nails rudely says. "If she wants something she'll let her know" I look at her and tell her "actually she can't but she would like a flower design". Then when it's time to paint my nails I get the shellac. By this time my cousins nails are done, they literally took ten min to do them. While painting my nails the tech wanted to rush and kept telling me to take my hands out of the lamp even though they had only been curing for a few seconds and when I told her I wanted the shellac to cure for 60 seconds she got mad and started clicking her tounge, finally she wanted to add a second top coat and got up and walked away when I said I only wanted one top coat. The final straw was when they told my cousin to go sit at the nail dryer. So they told her to go sit at the dryer of course she doesn't know what they are saying and the tech gets upset and turns to me and says "tell her to go over there" I tell her to sit at the dryer and put her hands on the dyer so her nails can dry. My cousin sits at the dryer but doesn't know we're to put her hands, her back is to me and I can't signal her. Before I could get up and do anything. One of the techs walks over grabs my cousins hands and puts them in the dryer, she then says something in her language to the tech doing my nails and they both start laughing. I was so angry, I didn't want to ruin my cousins day as she did not understand what was going on or being said. But I will not be going back her or recommending anyone to go here. Read Less

This is the second time going to miracle nails. They do a good job on my nails. It's best to go during the week and not the weekend. On the weekend it seems like they overbook on their appointments so they are rushing. But other than that I like it here. I pay 15 for a fill and fullsets are 25. Not bad at all. I've been getting my mani-pedis here routinely  since July of last year. I've been happy with the service and astonishingly reasonable prices.  Everyone has always been efficient and professional, making me feel pampered and relaxed.  The massage chairs are a real plus. Just a great place. The fact that there's a Starbucks in the same complex just adds to the overall experience when I need a "me" day.  Thank you ladies!! Read Less

Gave this place a 2nd chance even after my first experience was horrible... same thing happened again. Came in, they told us they had time to do nails and pedicure, they left me sitting half way done while they did every single person that walked thru the door. I was literally there for FOUR hours. They don't clean the pedicure chairs after each person, there was literally a toe nail floating in mine. Disgusting. Looks nice at first glance but they are gross. Read Less
