I've been here a few times now. But that last time I went I had a lady, I believe her name is Jennie and she was amazing! So friendly, took her time to make every nail perfect. This place is poor customer service, I came here To do pedecure but the lady who do my nail she seems like in the rush! I feel like she just brush my nail and put some colorless and done! I don’t recommend this place to anybody. Read Less

I came in to get a shellac manicure and she proceeded to use a file made for acrylic nails and completely ruin the shape of my natural nail. She cut my cuticles and made me bleed . All she did was take off the Polish and ruin my nails so when I asked her to stop working on my nails because she was just making them worse she then she charged me $10. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I am going to make sure to tell people not to go here. I can't believe that I was charged to have my nails ruined. Read Less

My Mother and I were in town for the weekend visiting my cousin and decided to get pedicures. Not being familiar with the area salons I went to Google and randomly picked a place. What a pleasant surprise! Leah and the ladies who took care of us were fantastic to say the very least! They were all very personable and professional and treated us like long lost friends! I have gone here for years. It's always clean and manager/staff very friendly. Have tried other places, but have noticed that my nails really do last longer when they are done here at Lasting Nails . Only thing I have noticed recently is that they are getting busier and they will rarely turn people away. So your wait time may be a little longer during busier hours.Read Less

I have been going here off and on for close to 9 years now. I started when I was 12 when I first moved here to Puyallup and I didn't go for a few years, while trying out other places - which there is another salon I had liked as well - but I stopped going to that one after they messed up real bad one time that I just couldn't go back. However, even after 2 or 3 years, I came back one time and they recognized me! The ladies are always friendly, of course it depends on who does your nails if they make much conversation or not. Which is just fine with me, I find it peaceful and relaxing to just watch them do my nails. They are reasonably priced, in my opinion and they do a good job. If I've ever been unhappy with anything, it's the color I chose - they have so many options it's hard to pick sometimes! The only thing I do have to say, and it's not necessarily a bad thing, but the acrylic they use isn't as strong as the one other place I liked. To the eye, it looks the same, but in terms of how well it adheres to your natural nails, it doesn't last as long. I like being able to take them off on my own when I feel like so it's not an issue for me but it's also nice knowing that the acrylic isn't going to come off (scary at the same time though, you might think your real nails are going to come off with it if it ever does!). Overall, I've been pleased with this place and have been continously stopping in. I know good customer service when I see it, so it's been hard for me to find a place that I've actually been happy at.
