The lady doing my fill was work way to fast and kept burning my fingers, I asked her to slow down and take her time twice. I felt very rushed. Plus to make matters worst she left old nail polish on my fingers and tried to paint over it. I see why this place has horrible reviews. Read Less

It was okay. I loved the girl with the very short hair she was so good with my daughter. The older woman cut my finger and now I think it is infected not sure they clean their tools. I personally would not go back. I paid 25 bucks basically, to get an infection on my cuticle and didn't even get the design I wanted, cause they couldn't do it and looked at me like I was crazy. Excellent nail salon. The women working there are all very kind and caring. I got a mani-pedi and it was delightful. The massages that was included were sensational and I cannot wait to come back. Ask for Deedee! She puts her passion into her work as a nail technician. The cleanliness of the nail salon was also excellent. The tools were either new, or freshly sterilized. I have been looking for a nail place that I can go to and get consistent results.  DONE! all the ladies are talented, nice, engaging and the salon is CLEAN.  They use liners in the tubs, all tools are sanitized and they offer different levels of services.  The location, parking and hours are also a plus. I love going here because TEE does a awesome job!!! she always does them just the way I like them. I have natural nails, so I just have her do a thin coat of overlay on them to keep them from breaking. They are prefect!!! I've visited this nail salon several times with and without my daughter to get pedicures. The last three times my daughter has been with me and once with her dad getting a children's pedicure and they have been very rude and and have very little patience for her. I walked in this evening and they said they were booked for the night to come back tomorrow, with an hour and a half left until closing. It was apparent they did not want to serve us. We had plans to get pedicures tonight because we're leaving out of town tomorrow. Moral of the story, don't have children's pedicure chairs and offer children's pedicures if you don't want to service children. Please note: my daughter is very well behaved. Read Less

WARNING!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Went in had manicure and pedicure, toes we're fine, but they barely put on enough polish, 1 coat, then a slight touch up for the second coat. Left after my manicure and had lunch at 5 Guys, by the time I was finished eating polish slide off 2 nails and smudged. Went back they redid them while telling me I have to be careful!! Get home, 20 min away and undo my button and nail chips AGAIN. Called back ran out again fixed 2 nails.....back home for 2 hrs now....went to undo button again and nails STILL NOT DRY!!! I'm extremely disappointed in this establishment!  They won't stand behind their work and when they do a bad job they won't fix them for even a reduced price. I have had my nails done there 3 times now and today is my last time I will ever go there. I just paid full price yesterday for an acrylic full set and tipped generously and then one if the tips broke off so I came in today to get it fixed and didn't feel like they were very helpful to the situation. I waited 20 minutes before I was seen and then I asked for 1 request to add extra glue and add the powder nail acrylic prior to adding the nail tip and the nail technician started talking in her Asian language and told me not to worry about it that that it should be fine. I said No it won't be fine because my nail is short it needs extra length so the acrylic nail will stay on. She proceceseded to tell me that it will cause a fungal infection. I tell her that that has never happened to me but I thanked her for the concern. She barely puts any on powder and goes to a different customer. I wait 5 minutes and leave. BEWAREMy friend and I came in to get gel manicures. I got French done and she chose a mood changing color. On top of having a sour attitude my lady proceeded to make 4 of my fingers bleed because she was very aggressive when cutting my cuticles. When she was cutting one of my nails she cut my finger and it has been hurting for days now. She never apologized even as my fingers were bleeding. To make this experience even better, within 4 days my white French tips turned orange! I have no idea how this could have happened and I have never had this happen before. I wonder if it is because she did not put my nail under the uv light with each layer. I thought it was weird that she wanted to put multiple layers of white on my tips then put it under the light. Now I imagine you are wondering about my friend's nails. Well as you can imagine hers did not turn out much better. Hers chipped the next day and by 5 days in, all fingers were chipped. I just got a text from her that she easily peeled off her gel nail polish (she had the polish on for 9 days). I wonder if it's because the nail tech did not wait for my friend's nail to sit in the uv light for the full cycle. Instead the nail tech was in a hurry and just kept swapping the nails in and out of the uv light as she was done polishing each hand. I also agree with the other reviews that the ladies here are not friendly. I would even say that the ladies that worked on our nails were rude, impatient, and lazy. I meant to write this when I was in over the summer but I have never been so uncomfortable and nearly get in a verbal confrontation in a nail shop in my life!  I brought my niece in the get a pedicure with me, my 8 year old son joined us also who is autistic he always sits in my lap when I get pedicures except here, these ladies would not let go of the fact that he was in my lap and they all kept repeating how j should not have a boy that big in my lap and he's too big. I mean over and over again I kindly tried to explain that my little guy is autistic and he simply won't be comfortable anywhere else and then they looked at him and started trying to tell him he was too big!! These ladies would not let it go to the point where I stopped the service for my niece and I and we went to a different place!! I will never support this business and I hope anyone with a special needs child would do the same in honor of Aidan or anyone who is even effected by a special needs child I go out of my way everyday to create a comfortable environment for him and its ignorant people like this that make it very difficult at times. The ladies in this salon are just plain RUDE. My friend and I have been coming here here for a good while, her longer than I and its gets worse every time. I had good experiences between the bad ones so that why I kept going. They spend too much time talking and less time focusing on doing a good job. My friend came in to get a fill and she had went to another place for her last fill. The lady pulled her hand up and said "this is not my color you didn't get these done here!" very rudely making my friend uncomfortable. Then the lady who did my nails kept aggressively pulling on my arms and throwing my arms around while she was filing them. She asked me if I wanted a cut down and I said yeah but just a real little bit, and of course she files them all the way down to the skin. Then when I said it's too short she goes "see that's why I asked if you wanted them filed down. Next time I ask let me know what you want" ....?? Umm. Wtf!? Next time you should listen. She then proceeded to do a crap job on my nails. They are all uneven in length and some are thicker than others and this is after I had her fix a few. By the time I was ready for polish she was SO RUDE and didn't even paint them that good. I came in today (got a fill yesterday) for a repair and unfortunately I got stuck with another rude lately. She rushed through it and didn't let the shellac dry enough between coats so now the polish has ripples in it and it looks horrible.There are 1 or 2 ladies here that do an EXCELLENT job, but they aren't there as often and it's not worth risking it with one of the other rude/less skilled ladies. Normally, I go to a salon in Tacoma. Who by the way does a amazing job! But I live in Puyallup and decided to try a nail salon closer to home because I didn't feel like driving to Tacoma. When I walked in, I was greeted graciously. The lady told me it would be a few minutes for her to finish up so I could get my shellac mani and toe polish color change. That's totally fine. Fast forward to getting my toes done. Before the polish dries, she tried to put my flip flop back on messing up two of my toes. She quickly fixes one of the mishaps, but leaves the other two. So I point them out and she sighs and fixes them. Well while getting my shellac, she is spending more time talking to her coworkers and less time making sure she does a good job. My nails look sloppy and rushed. And if I was not in a hurry, I would have made her redo them. Needless to say, driving to Tacoma would have been well worth it. Luckily, I didn't pay too much. I had to pick up my dry cleaners across the street and thought I'd check out this nail shop. I wanted to get my acrylics taken off because they were annoying me and I type all day at work.     When I walked in I was greated by an older lady, asking me how can she help me. I told her I wanted my  nails taken off. She asked me why, and am I sure I didn't want a fill. I told her no, I just want them taken off because they were annoying  me. She asked me to sit down. But I asked her if I can choose a nail color first.     She proceeded to buff my nails, then put oil on and asked me to wash my hands. When I came back she was ready to paint my nails. I told her I think there was a misunderstanding, and I want them removed completely then painted.      The employee then proceeded to tell me I never said that and I just asked for a nail color change. I told her no, I told her numerous times, I told her I wanted them removed. She then proceeded to remove them by a nail tip with out soaking my nails.       It hurt a lot, and was flinching a lot and asked her to soak them first and was ignored. When time to pay I didn't tip her because of my experience. She then asked me for a tip in cash, I told her no. Then she asked if I wanted to write one in on my card. Once again, I told her no. The women who work in this salon are often rude, talk about you, and don't do a good job. I just went in to get Acrylics, and I asked for French tip. She goes on to tell me that she cannot do French tip because my nails are to short. I ask her to try and see what it looks like. She proceeded to do a French tip, very sloppy and had much attitude. I walked in at 1:23pm and I wanted a manicure and shellac polish change. They wrapped my nails in tin foil and acetone and left me just sitting there until 2:08pm. The lady who originally started with me was doing a pedicure now on someone who walked in after I did. And then another lady walked in to get a fill and the only available manicurist left sat down with her and helped her. After all that time sitting there the lady who started the fill came over and removed the tin foil off my fingers and removed the current shellac. After sitting there for about 40 minutes I told her I just wanted the shellac removed and I no longer wanted a manicure or shellac because I had somewhere to be and I have been waiting too long. This was my first experience at a nail salon in Washington as I just moved up here from Oregon and I will never go back to this place and I will never recommend it either! Read Less

I have my nails done at least a couple times a month. I love a simple manicure with clear polish. I've been here three time and they do an amazing job at that!The reason I give them 4 stars is because of the cleanliness. Upon walking in- you see sparkling clean... But they keep a cloth on each station and reuse it with every nail customer.The clippings and spots you see on the photo are not mine. I took this before they started mine.The finger marks and grime you see on the bowl are from when she set it down.These two factors alone gross me out and I doubt I will return based on these. I wouldn't say this place is anything out of the normal nail salon you would go to. The people are nice, they're open on Sundays & you typically don't have to wait too long. Only thing i would agree with from oher reviews is they do sometimes ask you to tip in cash instead of on your card, which can be pretty awkward. I hardly ever carry cash anymore so I just tell them I don't have any. But that's happened to me in more than one place so it doesn't discourage me from coming back. Read Less

LOVE LOVE LOVE this nail salon!!!!! I've been in 3 times in the last month and have always gotten fast and amazing service! My nails hold up extremely well and are still shiny weeks later. Some places where I've done gel polish on top of acrylics (I'm a nail biter so the acrylic is actually necessary) are not as shiny towards the end of two weeks, but not at La Belle!!! I am extremely mad. I brought my daughter here to get her eyebrows waxed. I specifically said "I ONLY WANT THEM CLEANED, DO NOT MAKE THEM THINNER". What does this dumb lady do? she made one super thin so she had to make the other one thinner. I told her they were very uneven and she got an attitude and said she wasn't done. She got a huge chunk of wax on her eyelid and hair. Not only did she mess up my daughters eyebrows, was very rude and sloppy, but she also had the  nerve to ask me for a tip. I have been going to La Belle for years; every few weeks I go and get my eyebrows waxed, it's only $10 and they do a great job and the place is very clean compared to other salons I've been in. The last time I went, as I was paying, the stylist had the nerve to demand that I pay her a tip in cash and not on my card because she didn't want to be taxed on her tip. I get not wanting to be taxed, but be thankful you're getting a tip at all. This is just extremely rude to me and very tacky.I tried again yesterday thinking maybe it was just a bad day and a new person, but the same thing happened again! Went down for my birthday for a pedi with my grandma. We got a deluxe package I beleive for $27, includes warm towel and leg massage but not the wax. I was very pleased with the outcome. The salon is super clean which i find very important and that some nail salons lack. The one down fall I had to ask for more sparkles on my toes since a few of my toes had only two sparkles on them. Well worth the trip back! Came in last week & they were super busy, and I didn't want to wait and decided to try another nail salon for a mani/pedi that was a horrible experience. This was 1000 times better. Had the basic pedicure for $22.The place is clean, the chairs/stations are newer and the staff seemed nice. Plus they have super cute pink pedicure stations for little girls that has wings attached to the back of the seats.I'm super excited to find a nail salon in Puyallup, I'll be back! Read Less
