I go in this place every couple of weeks for pedi/mani and full sets!! I hate when places have massage chairs that are useless but this nail shop is not that for occur! My tech is so lively and funny. On top of that, they did a really job shaping your nails evenly! It's always clean and I never have to wait. I definitely recommend trying this place out. Read Less

I was in over the weekend getting a pedicure and I had gel on my toes which needed to be removed. The lady who was assigned to do my pedi pulled out a DREMEL TOOL to file off the top coat of my gel to be soaked off. I am a licensed cosmetologist who is currently working as a nail tech. This is unacceptable and absolutely should not be used on nails, for any reason as it is completely unsafe to the client! I should have gotten up and refused to continue the service; but, I... was so dumb founded and let her finish service. My toes we red and swollen by the time I left this place. Not only did she hit the skin of my toes with the DREMEL TOOL, she continued to hit the skin with her file and buffer there on after because she was too busy looking at the door or at the lady next to her. I am not one to complain however I had one of the worst experiences two days ago at T Nails. I have gone to them a handful of times and it's never really been a great experience so I don't go often. When I go I get a gel full set and a gel pedicure I paid $80 the other day and my nails look like I did them myself. The manager was extremely rude when I first walked in. I called to set an appointment thinking I would receive better service that way and I still was extremely dis...satisfied. I get a simple ombre gold glitter on top of my full set they did not have not one but two of the colors that I requested. I did receive a complementary rhinestone on two of my nails however it is nothing like what I wanted. My pedicure was the worst I've ever had. I will not be returning to this nail shop under any circumstances after paying $80 and receiving very cheap quality service. I have no problem spending any amount of money but my nails should be correct especially considering I don't ask for a ton of designs and I'm not super picky. I'm very hard on my nails because of my job. I usually have to get a fill between 10 and 14 days. Since Danny started doing my nails, I'm able to go 3+ weeks and my nails still look great! Please read reviews on the place before going there. They are rude and rushes so they can get to other customers and don't even bother to take the time to fix the nail polish. My pedicure was so horrible never had such a bad pedicure, they lady doing it didn't even put lotion on my foot or even do a minute massage. My foot looks like I need another pedicure. Only had great experiences! Christina is awesome at eye brow waxes - not too thin like some and good pricing. They have dip nails, acrylic and shellac. I've done chrome nails with shellac and turned out great! Super helpfulWith color choice and decisions! Going back soon for a fill!Sooo...I went back nails all good, but had a different lady wax. And I'm so mad I trusted. First sign should have been that she had me lay down. How can you see how much you are waxing off? Well my eyebrows went backwards 2 decades. And now this thin things require way more filling in - on the skin. And I'm leaving for vacation where I plan to be in the water a ton. I went in for a gel polish change and some art work. I was told $15 for the polish change and $5 for 2 fingers with art work. The guy that did my nails was watching foot ball when I came in and acted like he would rather watch the game than work. He had no customer service skills and did a less than mediocre job of nail painting. The polish looks lumpy and blobby with shine on it. I asked what kind of designs or artwork he can do and he said any. He never did any art work and he did not even polish the ends of the nails. He did not even have me wash my hands after removing sanding the old polish away. This was my 1st and last visit. Read Less

i experiences such bad costumer service, not only my self but them doing it to two other costumers,as I questioned the price change the Asian guy comes back really ruth, takes my credit card and when he does the transaction he throws my card back at me landing on he counter, as the coroners seen the treatment they gave me two of their costumers walked out on them letting me know that it was a good thing I let him know that I was my just no one for him to this to me, that I was a costumer and he should learn to give costumer service, I will never go again. If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst pedicure/salon experience I've ever had. The woman rushed through my pedicure in 15 minutes and they weren't even busy. She used luke warm water for the foot soak, was clumsy with the nail clippers and sloppy with the polish. Every single nail was splotchy and uneven. She didn't even give me a second coat of paint before she made me move to the drying area instead of letting me relax in the massage chair. I had to ask her to repaint my nails which she seemed happy to do after over hearing me and another woman talk about how disappointed we were with our nails.For $25 this place is a major rip off.The icing on the cake for this horrible experience was the very un-relaxing screaming that was heard from the Jurassic Park movie playing on both TV's.This place is the worst. Did so bad. They kicked me and my friend out so fucken rude just because they wanted to go home. They did so bad on our nails. They forgot to paint spots on our nails. I wanted to like this place, because the location is so convenient for me, but this place ended up being a nightmare!I came in on a Saturday morning and upon entering was asked "What would you like done?"  I said I needed a nail fill and also a spa pedicure.  The nail fill went ok, but when it was time to paint my nails there was only 1 girl there, out of 5, who could do nail designs, so I had to wait over 30 minutes after my fill to get my nails painted.  Then, after the wait,  I was disappointed in how my nails turned out because they only use one coat of the gel color when everywhere else I go uses two.  I kept my mouth shut though since the amount of time I'd already been there was ridiculous.Then they wanted me to pay, but I mentioned how I had also asked for a spa pedicure upon entering the salon.  The woman told me "Well there will be a long wait because you never told me that and other people are here now for pedicures."  I told her I had told her right when I walked in when she asked what I needed done.  She then responded "Oh yeah...Ok, sit in the chair over there and it will be 5 minutes."  I then proceeded to sit in the chair for 45 minutes while they took other customers that had come in after me.  I would have walked out except I had to be somewhere in an hour and driving to another nail place and starting all over again would of taken ever more time.When I finally did get my pedicure it sucked.  The woman only used the cuticle pusher and didn't use the cuticle trimmers even though I needed it done.  She also did the leg/foot rub for seriously less than 30 seconds total while talking about how busy they were.  It's obvious when they get busy they rush the treatment.  The whole experience sucked and I was there for close to 3.5 hours just to get a fill and pedicure. They did a terrible job. For $40 I got a fill, French shellac and a nail art. The acrylic and shellac didn't even go to the ends of my nails and were completely uneven and rushed. The place isn't very clean either. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Don't waste your time or money. Read Less

I decided to try this place out before looking at the reviews and that was a huge mistake. I got a pedicure here last week and it was horrible. The water was cold, the lady cut my toe nails way too short and the tub looked very dirty. I got my nails filled, my daughter's both got a pedicure. Not one of us has polish that looked great when we were finished. The woman who did my nails did an okay job but I kept having to tell her to go back and re-do or fix something. Not only this but if you look around, the place is not very clean. I just left this place and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. To start, their selection of polishes was bad, mostly very old drug store brands. Then the manicurist shaped my nails into lopsided daggers when I'd asked for round. I had to ask her to fix them. My cuticles are a mess and there's polish on my fingers. The worst part though was that there was a lady who was talking almost non-stop at a YELLING volume. I imagine it was Vietnamese, though I'm not sure. It doesn't matter though because talking that loudly in any language is not exactly soothing. Finally, there was a lady there getting a pedicure who asked if the "artist" who did my nails could do her shellac manicure because apparently no one else there could. She was refused...not because the artist was incapable, but because the woman had an appt. to get that service done the next day and they refused to cancel the appt. My friend and I went in and asked if we were able to see some sample work because we were planning for prom. One of the ladies looked at us like we were stupid, then the ladies talked to each other in a language we could not understand, then one of the ladies pointed to the door, said "go look somewhere else", and when as the door was closing as we were walking away, they were laughing their heads off. I should have checked the reviews. Shame on me. I went for a manicure. Asked how long and was told 5 mins.  Ended up being 15 mins before someone rude sat down to do my manicure. Never smiled once or tried to strike up a conversation. The whole time she seemed angry and as if she was forced to be there. She was in a hurry and did not take the time to cut & file my nails evenly. She applied the oil unevenly and yanked my hands back and forth. I asked for the buff to shine and they reply they are out of the buffer and the buff polish. She finished with slopping on the lotion with her hard latex gloves. I had my nails done on Saturday and I got really bad service and a horrible job. They had my nails in acetone for more then 25 minutes bc before I got shellac in the same place a few weeks before (usually a treatment of 10 minutes). I had to ask them to come to see me. The pain was coming out easily and they didn't take the whole thing out. I went to wash my hands and I told her my nails were not smooth and that I have paint and they just paint over it. So, in result I have horrible nails! I went today again to show them my nails and I was hoping they will fix it since any nails should look like mines and they just said they can put a coat over it. I told them that would not fix the problem. That it is bumpy and just look bad. Oh well... Won't be coming back. Read Less

This place has some serious issues. My experience was ok but everyone around me wasn't happy. A customer told the nail tech that she hadn't sanitized her nail tools prior to trying to do her nails, the tech said yes I did, customer said, no you didn't I watched you the whole time. Customer left, and nail tech proceeded to use those same dirty tools on the next persons feet. Place is just dirty, the nail tech ladies are rude and lazy. I think I got lucky I my nail were ok. Another lady came in furious about her nails saying they needed to be done again. I wish I knew of another place in the same area. This is the worse nail salon I have ever been too. I am embarrassed to even have this experience. I went with my two sisters, one who was visiting from out of town. We sat down in the chairs for pedis, the water was cold and the place seemed dirty. Then after waiting a while, they started working on our toes, the girl who did my toes didn't know how to remove my gel polish,u sister asked for her length to stay and he cut her toe nails so low they were not even. I  so frustrated it's hard to even go on... We ended up saying I'm sorry bt do not finish, this experience was not good and we would like to leave. They let us go, however asked for 15 dollars! We offered 7, bc all they did was cut her nails. He wouldn't take the money, so we left with out payment. He followed us out yelling in front of everyone, and called the cops. Blocking us in, he stood behind our car telling us to pay. Finally our mother arrived and have he 20 to leave he wouldn't take it at first then finally did. This place is great! I've had no issues and they do a quality job on my nails. The ladies have been nothing but nice. My only complaint is that they speak Vietnamese to each other around their customers. However, with that said, they also speak English to their customers and engage me in conversation. I took my boyfriend for his first manicure and I was totally dissapointed! His nails were hardly touched and still jagged.
