Was recommended this place after I got turned down at another nail salon in Poulsbo because they were so busy. I thought, okay, if a professional nail technician recommends this place perhaps it truly is good. IT’S NOT! I should have looked at the reviews online first. I sat in the pedicure chair soaking in the water for probably 30 minutes before a male technician came over. He cut my nails crooked, didn’t file them so that the tips were smooth, left one nail half painted, and got paint all over my cuticles and the surrounding skin. The kicker is that they weren’t busy at all! I counted 5 technicians working and 3 customers in the salon. Like other people have said, I would rate this awful place 0 stars if that were an option. Can’t believe I paid $45 for a mess I had to go home and spend 20 minutes attempting to correct. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Worst experience ever!!! Doesn't speak English. Asked for clear they put on pink. No wax. Did not do anything about callous on hands when I asked them to do that she said pay now. Never again

Horrible! Hands down the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had.
I had to file my own nail as the lady was making it crooked.
Would give a zero if I could.
Will never return.
Waste of money.

This is the first time in my life I was happy NOT to leave a tip. My toes hurt from the gal being so hard on them, cutting them too close. My nails which I asked for clear polish were uneven and unpolished. Talk about being rushed... There was no one else in there, but I have never seen hands move so quickly. This young woman did NOT want to be giving me a pedicure or a manicure. Sorry, used to be good, but will not return. I would rather pay more and get good service.

Took my mom here for her birthday - what a beautiful job our hands and feet look and feel fabulous! The team was really meticulous with the application of our shellac making sure to quickly clean up any that got on our skin or cuticles. It was very busy and you could tell they were rushing thru customers to squeeze everyone in but at a cost for customer service. I made an appointment but when I got there the pedi chairs were full. So had to wait (15min) for an appointment. -1 star. Then, rough nail trim and file. -1 star. Finally, a very quick and jerky massage. -1 star.

I would rate this place a zero as well. We (my daughter and I) actually left 3 mins into manicure due to the fact they were using nail files that were used previously on other people and filthy!! None of their clippers or other tools appeared to have been cleaned either. This place is a health code violation!!

I've tried many places in Ottawa for nails (specifically shellac) and this place is the BEST! Honest to goodness, don't waist your money elsewhere, this place legit does it the best every time through and through. SO MUCH attention to detail and they don't rush. I drive from the south end to bells corners just to have my nails done here.

Disgusted with treatment. I asked for an acrylic overlay on my own long nails n then tips added to those that weren't the guy cut my nail while I was talking to my kid when I was very specific about what I wanted. Nails were done bulky n Frank didn't even take the time to remove all the nail polish before he started near cuticle (could've used Qtip) I tried to converse with him n was met with uh-huh n conversations held between him n co-workers in another language which with over 25yr of customer service I view as RUDE!! I was sat at a nail light n forgotten about while waiting I was looking on the wall where I saw Thier health department rating that should be posted for guests to read before service the things that were found were disgusting 1.used towels at work station 2. Used waxing application sticks still in wax. 3. Non labeled disinfectant liquids at pedicure stations. Not to mention when I went to wash my hands no soap n the nail brushes were just sitting in a container with no type of disinfectant along with a spoon, fork n plate. I refuse to use dirty infected brushes. My experience there was terrible I left very dissatisfied but would rather go somewhere else then endure another 30 min there. As for my 1star I'd have to say it's minus 5🌟. Sorry but I'm surprised Walmart would allow this to happen to Thier guests.😞

I'd put no stars if I could. I had to ask them to fix simple things and they acted like I insulted them. Even what was done wasn't done well at all. One lady bumped into my nails and left a mark then told me she couldn't fix it when she was the one who caused it. Super disappointed in my experience.

Finally found a place I really like. They always do an amazing job people compliment my nails all the time. I have been going there since Lena took over as the new owner about 2 years ago. I informed them that I have diabetes and they made sure I have my own box and tools for them to work on me with. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone. I just love it !!!!

I thought, okay, if a professional nail technician recommends this place perhaps it truly is good. IT’S NOT! I should have looked at the reviews online first. This is the first time in my life I was happy NOT to leave a tip. My toes hurt from the gal being so hard on them, cutting them too close. My nails which I asked for clear polish were uneven and unpolished. Talk about being rushed... There was no one else in there, but I have never seen hands move so quickly. This young woman did NOT want to be giving me a pedicure or a manicure. Sorry, used to be good, but will not return. I would rather pay more and get good service.

It was very busy and you could tell they were rushing thru customers to squeeze everyone in but at a cost for customer service. I made an appointment but when I got there the pedi chairs were full. So had to wait (15min) for an appointment. -1 star. Then, rough nail trim and file. -1 star. Finally, a very quick and jerky massage. -1 star.

Finally found a place I really like. They always do an amazing job people compliment my nails all the time. I have been going there since Lena took over as the new owner about 2 years ago. I informed them that I have diabetes and they made sure I have my own box and tools for them to work on me with. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone. I just love it !!!!
