I went in yesterday to get a manicure and pedicure or they have a special if you're there before noon the pedicure is only $19 the man who did my pedicure a manicure was awful he did the very basic that he could do didn't even soak my feet before he did the pedicure it ended up costing me $75 when it should have been about 35I will never go there again I even have clumps and knicks from how bad of a job he did just painting by nails Read Less

This was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had! The gentleman doing my toes was rude and rough with me. They charge $25 and the whole thing lasted 15, 20 minutes tops. Virtually no massage and it hurt more than it felt good. So much for trying a new place! Read Less

Is there something less than one star? I have never in my life paid so much for a set of nails and been this unhappy. My nail tech did not even take the time to shape them properly. I will never step foot in this salon again. I asked for a simple coffin nail with colored acrylic. No designs. Just plain nails and my nails look like my 8 year old just attempted to do them for the first time. Their are nails missing acrylic, large bumps and unevenness. Worst experience I've had! Does not even deserve one stair. My maid of honor called several times to make sure they had the nail tips I wanted and made a 3:00 appointment and drove 4 1/2hrs to take me there. The owner was late so we didn't get to do ours together, they didn't have the tips they said they did so I had to chose something similar.  My maid of honor was supposed to have the same as  mine we said several times! At the end they were NOT the same so we asked to pay for all the toes and my nails but not the ones they did wrong! The owner got mad because he believed my purple was the same as her Christmas colored ones and didn't give us the wedding discount and called us thefts and called the cops on us. He started to take pictures of us with his phone. So we sat there and waited for them to show up. The owner then argued with the officer. The officers were not happy for the false report because we weren't shoplifters we were just clients that were very unsatisfied! And that's coming out of the officer's mouth. The officers were able to talk him down to 50/50 so we could just leave.  He asked to see my maid of honors ID before paying then tryed to take a picture of it!  We still over payed and he didn't fix or own up to HIS mistake like any good business man would. We were tired and frustrated with having him and the two girls working with him yelling at us i there language! The man that I was handed off to was rough and his paint job on my nails was so bad I had to come home and re do it myself. It's been a week and my nails are lifting, and they're all different lengths. Good luck coming in here and getting one person to do your nails, you'll probably get this guy at some point. He didn't even say hi to me, he just grabbed my hand and started painting my nails. The woman who I am assuming was the owner was nice and polite, but she made my nails all different lengths and I'm not happy. I hate confrontation so I didn't say anything but I am so disappointed. The Best Place for Nail Salon Services.I have been to several nail salons for so many times from San Jose, California to Tampa, Florida. I would say Star Nail in Port Orchard, WA with Helen, the owner, is the best ever I have experienced so far. My sister and I went in to get acrylic nails for my birthday and "HUNG" the lady who did my sisters nails, put them on crooked and didn't even paint her nails high enough to cover the glue on acrylics.  when I asked her to please fix them because they looked bad she told me no because it was too late and she had already put on the clear coat. I asked her to put a Silver Line on above the paint to cover the acrylic nail that was showing through. And she told me that it would cost extra. We are extremely unsatisfied with our service that we received and we will not be returning again. I was also handed off to two other workers while I was having my nails done.  I am only rating this as one star, because I have to rate this business as something.  Not all of the employees have business licenses posted on the wall.
