Was there yesterday with my sister it was a hot mess one credit n debit card machine down... We were both there for a full set and me for some waxing... I needed to use the bathroom before I sat down to get.my.nails.down lady made a joke only 5 dollar more to use bathroom.. Ummmm excuse me not funny... In the mean time my sister waits her turn to get her full set note people have walked in at this point... Peter asked my sister what she needed n the lady said I know what she ...wants just waiting for next person to b ready for her.... Peter comes back and was trying to call back next person in line waiting before my sister my sister says I'm next peter says oh well I thought the lady knows what you wanted my sister said yes she does n I'm next if that's a problem I'll go somewhere else....wow at this point...in the mean time I'm sitting down getting my nails done then lady was rough and kept pulling on my arms mind u I have arthritis and my shoulders and wrists have been aching with the cold weather....lady asked me 4 times if i needed anything Else I kept telling her yes waxing also kept asking if i wanted nail decals I said no everytime!!!!! My nails are UN even one is cricket and the nail polish looks bumpy like it was old or something.... When going in to the wax room the lady told me how trashy my eyebrows were and into her oh I'm sorry i have a life n just moved I haven't had time to keep up on myself my effin bad!!! I told her they needed to be thined out and trimmed I also get my whole face waxed she only did my lip chin n the sides of my face...and charged me 86 dollars will not ever be back she rushed through everything the nails the wax and did a very crappy job not happy at all!!!! On 10/23/17, my 13 year old daughter and friend went to Luxury Nails. I checked the balances of both gift cards on the internet. One was $25 and the other was $35. When they paid they rang her up for $42. She gave them both cards and the lady said there was only $20 on each card. They were confused but paid the difference with a tip..the lady refused to give them the cards back saying they were empty. Now, I know I have no way to prove this at all. But please take this warning. They are not the salon they used to be and will loose way more than the $27 they cheated my daughter out of. Read Less

first time I went here i had an ok experience. Second time, about 4 days later I went in with my sister in law, she got an acrylic full set, and i got a color change because my color turned extremely dull for some odd reason? I couldnt believe how badly we were treated and RUSHED to get in and out the door. the lady doing my nails got blue sparkles on my marroon nails and was too lazy to fix them until i had pointed it out?! As for my sister in law, they told her what she could and couldnt have on HER nails that SHE was paying for because they thought they looked "weird". we will NEVER be coming back here again. some of these ladies should NOT be working in any type of custumer service establishment AT ALL. Went to get acrylic nails done and my nails look like little jelly beans not one nail was the same as the other her name is Melissa and I didn't feel like she did a very good job at all. She didn't push back my cuticles and So within like 3 days it look like I had a regrowth already very poor work. I will notgo back. Read Less

I thought it would be nice to come here since ive moved and the women by my home was booked. Big mistake. My nails look horrible. There dirty underneath. I sat forever they wouldnt dry the man touched them said they were but to me they were sticky. And yep getting my credit card out they smired. He said she would fix it nope went over it with clear after hearing her say "didn't think they'd dry with the clearcoat" she put on.. so so disappointed..never going back.
