If you're looking for a pedicure that is more than a paint job you probably won't find it here. My polish was goopy and they felt dry until I drove away and were smudgy. It was really disappointing. I was charged extra for "Ombre" paint which they didn't successfully do. I won't be back, but my eyebrows were fine. Read Less

Very sad to say I have gone to this spa for a while now 2 years +...each time I go it's worse. I have returned for repair and the manager has been apologetic and a repair was done. This time I returned following a month rest because my nail beds had become so damaged from the ladies scraping and peeling my nail so thin. I have to admit my nails we not perfect but they were growing out and healing. No cracks or broken nails. I got a manicure and a pedicure. I really enjoy the service here. I've come several times over the course of a couple years and come back because no other spa is quite like them. They've decorated quite nicely so you don't feel like you're in a strip mall. The large working massaging chairs are in good shape and there generally is not a strong odor of chemicals. The paraffin dip is lovely and so is the calf massage. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and supportive of each other, which I find indicates a good working environment. The ladies that do nails here are very nice, friendly and professional but the quality of the acrylic nails and gel polish is not good. I'm not sure why but the last couple times I came there a day after I got my nails done the gel chipped and a week later the acrylic nail will chip off too. This happened multiple times. Their pedicures are amazing! They spend a lot of time massaging and even use paraffin wax for their most basic one. Prices are comparable. Excellent experience, I just wish they had a larger selection of nail colors to choose from. Read Less

Nine times out of 10, this place is amazing! They are usually busy, but if you call ahead, you can usually get a reservation within a few hours. It's clean & the polish is never goopy. The tools always come from a peel pack & go into a dirty drawer. My best friend & I come all the time & my girls from work drive from Bremerton that to get their nails done here. Amazing! Read Less

I left extreme disappointed in my overly thick nails. I paid 180.00 for two short pedi, a full set of nails, no gel, a fill with gel and cuticle cut , to have my 5 yrold nails painted, and kids pedi. I am not sure why it costed that much, nothing is itemized or shown. The work was horrible, my nails look like something is wrong with my health, due to oversized thickness. I will not be back. I came in here on a whim wanting to get a new set of acrylics to replace the ones I had done elsewhere in town. I walked in thinking I would have to get a whole new set but the nail tech ( male, didn't get his name) was able to fill and fix them without fully removing them and starting from scratch! I wish I had a before picture but when I walked in my nails looks SO bad. They were thin, narrow, pointy in the worst way and literally turned sideways. I also had leftover acrylic left underneath my nails from the previous mani I had gotten and he completely fixed them! I'm so happy with how my nails turned out. I always have a great experience when I go. I have acrylic nails so I get fills every 3 weeks as well as gel polish. Sometimes when it chips early I will go in. Never been charged to have it fixed, nor if I break a nail. Always friendly. I live not far away and when I call last minute, they always accommodate me. Mi (not sure of the spelling) is amazing. I have very wide nail beds, that need to be filed on either side to make my nails look decent. Even with gel or acrylic nails, they have to be filed away. I usually just keep my nails trimmed short, and don't even try getting manicures, because it's too painful and too much risk of infection. Most places cut me numerous times in each session of getting new nails or fills. After reading the great reviews for Landing Nails, I decided to give it a try, and left with nice nails and not a single cut! These ladies are fantastic! The salon was very nice and clean, and I received excellent treatment. I walked in thinking I wanted to get acrylics, but the lady at the front desk looked at my nails and advised me against it because I have long thick nails. She recommended Shellac instead and I'm so glad I went with it instead. My nails are shaped impeccably and my tech took a lot of care making them perfect! Couldn't be happier. I was pleased with the shellac manicure I received here today...they were closing in an hour or so, so I opted to just do the quickie polish-change option vs. the full manicure. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was happy with how they removed my existing polish..filed down the polish and applied the remover. I've had bad experiences at other places aggressively scraping it off, so I just wanted to note that they do it right! They have a great, wide selection of color options which is pretty uncommon so I was delighted that I had oodles of colors to choose from. I was happy that they have a cheaper option for a quick color change too..it's not too often a nail shop offers that service and sometimes you just want to get in and get out, you know?I do have a few complaints that I just can't ignore though...there are a couple areas that were a little rough on the tips of my nails and they keep snagging on everything. There is also a black streak on one nail..small, but definitely noticeable. One of my nails wasn't filed evenly and goes up at a bit of a slant which irks me as I can't stop rubbing my thumb across the unevenness. The polish was also layered on a little too thick and is uneven on some of the nails...in certain light some areas look more transparent than others which bothers me. These are all individually relatively minor bits, but collectively having them all happen bummed me out too much to give them more than 2 stars. I will consider giving them another try next time I'm home, but overall things could be improved. Read Less
