Most of the low rated comments are from a long time ago, but my multiple experiences are very satisfactory. During Santamas time, I went to this salon to get my first time acrylics. I was scared, nervous, etc. The lady worked quick and did it without a single slip up. Absolutely no polish even got on my skin which was beyond impressive. She made an adorable snowflake as well on my fingers which she freehanded. They lasted about a month or two because i got anxious and spent 3 hours attempting to peel them off because they were so well put on. The next time I went, it was Spring time and I was very excited about getting a potential pastel pink (which, spoilers as in pictures, I did). The lady was gentle with my hands which were very short and brittle. She took care of them and worked speedily and efficiently. She also then freehanded a flower which took a lot of skill and she did it very well. This was a wonderful experience and I am excited to go back to them. I genuinely do recommend them. If you simply communicate to them, they will easily communicate back. They are very, very good.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Daughter and I went for manicures. They never once made eye contact or responsed when we spoke to them - only pointed or briefly prompted us when they wanted us to do something. Terrible job on our nails. Left polish on my daughter's hands. Used lots of rubbing alcohol and not enough lotion or any oils. My hands were actually dry and uncomfortable when leaving. The most bizarre part was when they massaged my daughters shoulders - the woman just stood there with her hands on my daughters shoulders and didn't massage or do anything. My teen became uncomfortable at that point. I spent 70.00 on two gels manicures and will never go back. Very disappointing.

Nice spa style pedicure and mani. Decent price for a mani/pedi with shellac and it's lasted 2 weeks without blemish which included a 9 hour deep sea fishing trip.

My sister's hand without it even being 1 week after getting them done by one of the most impolite people we've ever paid for service. We consider getting our nails done as a luxury so we were pretty excited. However, when we arrived, we already felt rushed. It was full but that's never an excuse to take away from a customer's experience. Both of the ladies doing our nails were just talking to each other and when the lady doing my sister's nails (she was an older woman) would talk to my sister, her tone was always rude and sounded like she was annoyed. Both of them cut off too much skin because they did it so fast and carelessly (I even got cut). I do not recommend this place to those looking for a experience and who want to avoid infection.

I have had chelsea do my nails for about 10 years. When she left ,where she was working and bought this business it took me sometime to find her. When I found chelsea I choice to go the extra miles and time to go to her. I never really had too much trouble with my nails. I would go in every couple weeks or three weeks and was very happy. These last 6 months I can't say the same. Both my daughter and I went from being very happy customers to unhappy customers. Sometimes the fills of the nails take over an hour if they are talking to each other which is another thing. to an average of 45 mins or if they get busy it's done in 20 to 25 mins. They all talk to each other in their language none stop, never talk to customers.You pay 10.00 extra for jel polish that is suppose to last up to 3 weeks but the last two times in has started to come off within a day. and this last time it was my second fill on my set of nails and the same day a nail lifted then broke, within 4 days 5 nails lifted and cracked. I don't work just normal day stuff. So sad the quality went down hills.

Terrible! My gel nails peeled off within a week. Went back and after a great deal of looking, shrugging shoulders, and speaking in language I didn't understand, they 're painted my nails. Great, right. Well, no...the gel peeled off after 2 days! Told I had oily skin, that was the problem. Hah! No I don't, and do oily nails even exist? Wow...just, Wow! Stay away!

These ladies were amazing. While traveling through the area on vacation my daughter and I stopped to get our fingers and toes done. Place is very clean, in fact one of the cleanest nail salons I've ever come across. Very well decorated and several people there spoke English well. My daughter is six and got both a pedicure and a manicure, they treated her like a princess and she very much enjoyed the experience. I was there to get a full set and was impressed at how gentle and quick they managed to take my last set off. I also was very excited to try the new cat Eye nails that they introduced to me. They are amazing possibly, one of the coolest sets of nails I've ever had and I constantly get compliments on them. If I lived in the area I would for sure make them my regular nail salon.

We did informed you that we will serve you within 5 to 10 minutes because one of my staff was almost finishing last step on another customer. Within that time frame, there were 2 customers walked in for pedicures, my staff "just"turned on water for them soaking their feet, that doesn't mean we will start working on them. "You" were still 1st ...inline being serve next on our schedule. I know you waited another 5 to 10 minutes when came back but we are sorry for unable to keep exactly time ( due to some customers asked nail designed at very last minute ), moreover, we don't want to rush our customers. And I think you are also don't want rush on you too, don't you?. Once again I am truly sorry. If you already liked us in the past, please give us another chance to continue serve you. To top it off...she tried to charge me for a "deluxe" pedi, which I declined 3 times. Stay far away. Not only did she RUSH through the job, but they constantly try to to sell you even after multiple declines.
To top it off...they don't disinfect. I watched how they "cleaned" after the lady next to me left. Disgusting. Stay far away....!!!

They are quite sweet people but seemed a little rushed when I went in for a fill. I called in ahead of time to make sure there would be room for me and when I went in they seemed to be confused as to who I talked to. They really do try to push you to do other things as well such as waxing, pedicure, massage, etc... which makes me uncomfortable. I got a very simple fill with plain polish and I asked for a red flower on my "party" finger (ring finger) but to my dismay I got something that looks vaguely like part of a flower and bubbles in my top coat...

Horrible customer service. Went in and had a full set put on then had to go back within an hour to have them fixed due to top coat never drying and then 8 of my nails popped off 5 days later. I went in to have them fixed and/or receive a refund and the were extremely rude blaming me for their poor work. I will never come back here nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I got a basic pedicure, with a quick soak and scrub then cut and polish. They didn't cut my cuticles, excess skin or do callus removal, but again, I paid for the basic $15 package. I did get acrylic nails with gel which came out nicely. The ladies are very nice, speak primarily Vietnamese, and do try to upsell services, so be aware--that's how I got my gel nail upgrade. I did get a price reduction which was really nice of Lani, so 31 bucks for my gel acrylics. I may be a noob at being girly and getting my nails done, especially fake nails, but my experience has always been painful. The nail drill that goes around the cuticle around the skin, drew a little blood on two fingers, it made me wonder if that happens often and if they sanitize those tools. I'm paranoid I'm going to get a blood bourne illness/infection.I also noticed they don't use tub liners for their pedicure soaking tubs. Hmmm I guess they scrub them with bleach afterwards, I don't know. I should have asked. Just be aware.Overall good looking end results and price, just a few concerns noted above. Note: Cash tip preferred.

My manicurist was nice, but that's where my good experience ended. The lady that did my daughter's pedicure kept scolding her and chastising her for moving. She was too short to reach the foot rest on the Pedicure Chairs and was having to adjust so as not to fall off her seat. Then when we went to leave , I went to tip the ladies that did my daughters and my nails , and basically got attacked by all of the other ladies working there because I was only tipping the ladies that serviced myself and my daughter , not the ones that serviced my two friends that were there as well. Not only that but after walking out and being able to see my nails in good lighting, I noticed that they completely f'ed up my manicure and didn't bother to put top coat on on of my feet. I will never be coming here again, and neither will my friends!

I am really appreciated you came back even though we're busy. We did sit you down on the table and gave you time to pick your colors. We did informed you that we will serve you within 5 to 10 minutes because one of my staff was almost finishing last step on another customer. Within that time frame, there were 2 customers walked in for pedicures, my staff "just"turned on water for them soaking their feet, that doesn't mean we will start working on them. "You" were still 1st ...inline being serve next on our schedule. I know you waited another 5 to 10 minutes when came back but we are sorry for unable to keep exactly time ( due to some customers asked nail designed at very last minute ), moreover, we don't want to rush our customers. And I think you are also don't want rush on you too, don't you?. Once again I am truly sorry. If you already liked us in the past, please give us another chance to continue serve you. Worst pedi I've ever had. Literally...she started and finished my pedi in 20 minutes. Absolutely rushed through the whole thing. She didn't even use lotion or massage. I was shocked. To top it off...s...
Worst pedi I've ever had. Literally...she started and finished my pedi in 20 minutes. Absolutely rushed through the whole thing. She didn't even use lotion or massage. I was shocked. To top it off...she tried to charge me for a "deluxe" pedi, which I declined 3 times. Stay far away. Not only did she RUSH through the job, but they constantly try to to sell you even after multiple declines.
To top it off...they don't disinfect. I watched how they "cleaned" after the lady next to me left. Disgusting. Stay far away....!!!

They are quite sweet people but seemed a little rushed when I went in for a fill. I called in ahead of time to make sure there would be room for me and when I went in they seemed to be confused as to who I talked to. They really do try to push you to do other things as well such as waxing, pedicure, massage, etc... which makes me uncomfortable. I got a very simple fill with plain polish and I asked for a red flower on my "party" finger (ring finger) but to my dismay I got something that looks vaguely like part of a flower and bubbles in my top coat...

Had a pedi today and it was heaven. Thank you Lisa!!! Super friendly and efficient. I almost fell asleep in the chair. I highly recommend the $31 pedi. Worth every dime :-) Will be going back again so...

Horrible customer service. Went in and had a full set put on then had to go back within an hour to have them fixed due to top coat never drying and then 8 of my nails popped off 5 days later. I went in to have them fixed and/or receive a refund and the were extremely rude blaming me for their poor work. I will never come back here nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Got a gel set by the most unfriendly woman. Not only did she rush through it but she cut me. Two days later and I'm still in pain. She was very rough when pushing back and trimming my cuticles and it was the most lackluster massage I've ever had. Never again will I go back there.

I got a basic pedicure, with a quick soak and scrub then cut and polish. They didn't cut my cuticles, excess skin or do callus removal, but again, I paid for the basic $15 package. I did get acrylic nails with gel which came out nicely. The ladies are very nice, speak primarily Vietnamese, and do try to upsell services, so be aware--that's how I got my gel nail upgrade. I did get a price reduction which was really nice of Lani, so 31 bucks for my gel acrylics. I may be a noob at being girly and getting my nails done, especially fake nails, but my experience has always been painful. The nail drill that goes around the cuticle around the skin, drew a little blood on two fingers, it made me wonder if that happens often and if they sanitize those tools. I'm paranoid I'm going to get a blood bourne illness/infection.I also noticed they don't use tub liners for their pedicure soaking tubs. Hmmm I guess they scrub them with bleach afterwards, I don't know. I should have asked. Just be aware.Overall good looking end results and price, just a few concerns noted above. Note: Cash tip preferred.

My manicurist was nice, but that's where my good experience ended. The lady that did my daughter's pedicure kept scolding her and chastising her for moving. She was too short to reach the foot rest on the Pedicure Chairs and was having to adjust so as not to fall off her seat. Then when we went to leave , I went to tip the ladies that did my daughters and my nails , and basically got attacked by all of the other ladies working there because I was only tipping the ladies that serviced myself and my daughter , not the ones that serviced my two friends that were there as well. Not only that but after walking out and being able to see my nails in good lighting, I noticed that they completely f'ed up my manicure and didn't bother to put top coat on on of my feet. I will never be coming here again, and neither will my friends!
