Ladies and Gentlemen, please give LiLi a try at this salon. I don't know about the history of this place because I only recently began going here, but LiLi does a fantastic job. I get gel manicures from her and have never had better. I plan to try a pedi next time. I can see where there might be some push back on the service by other operators in this salon, though. Today while LiLi was giving me my manicure, a woman came in for a pedi and was in and out in a flash. I would have been pretty disappointed if that were me. TBH they're kind of a joke but if I'm desperate I go to Kim. The customer service sucks. The last time I came I asked how much kid pedi is they said 15. So I told my kid ok. But Then they changed it to 18. And mines 20. 2$ difference. Her chair was broken which is her favorite part. So they out her under uh for 10 mins and then they took her flip flops off, idk why, my kids polish got messed up from her shoes. I told her to ask the lady to fix it. She dabbed polish in and then left the flower messed up. My kid was bummed, then the lady bitched about it in her language. Which I could tell by tone and expression. She's the old lady she's always rude when I come in and lazy. Then today I called like 1. They said they're busy. I said how about 2. They said no 4. I been here since 3:40 and since then 2 people have come in and been told 20-25 mins wait. I'm still waiting. Wtf. And when I came in they barely addressed me. I went to B Natural yesterday.  I made the mistake of telling the pedicurist that I had a $25. gift certificate.  She did the very minimum in the way of a pedicure.  She chastised me for having to cut my toenails and scrape off the previous gel polish.  When it came time to pay, she told me it would cost $25, even though a basic pedicure that was posted on their price sign was $20.  When I said that their posted price was $20., she shrilly said, "It for taking off old polish! We charge extra!".  In my experience, it's all in the price of a pedicure.  Needless to say, she didn't get a tip.  She already helped herself to my $5.  And on top of that, she didn't even do a good job putting on the polish.  Even my husband noticed it was sloppy. I normally only write reviews when I've had a good experience. Alot of times people only think to write the review because they are so pissed and there needs to be some positive reviews out there too. This one more than deserved it and I would hate for anyone else to waste their money for the service they'll receive here. I've never had such a terrible experience. My pedicure lasted about 20 min (I was the only customer in at the time so it's not like they were busy). She'd just tap my leg if she wanted my foot out of the water. When she was painting my toes (and my skin) she's digging her long finger nail in to my toe and when I say something there's a red nail imprint, she was pressing so hard. My toe nails are all jagged and uneven, not cut all the way to the edge so there's little nubs. I told her throughout about all of these items and she'd attempt to fix it and I still left with crappy painted toes. This lady has worked there for as long as I can remember (in passing by while I'm at the mall. I normally go to a different nail salon). I just gave up. It looked like a 5 year old did my pedicure. Not sanitary! They use the same tools (including scrubs ew) on everyone. I got a mani-pedi and they didn't file, shape, buff, clean up, or do anything with my nails except paint them. On top of that, they got nail polish all over my skin. Never left a nail salon so disappointed. Read Less

I used to go here all the time 10 years ago and was happy. I think the owner is the only one who knows kind of what she's doing. The other ladies just walk around with an attitude and eat or watch TV. Tried them again this last weekend because I was at the mall, big mistake. No cuticle oil, no lotion or massage with my $25 gel manicure. I walked out with hangnails, she did not trim my cuticles either. The manicurist also did not paint the sides of my nails. Rude! Watch out for short, old, grumpy lady that wears glasses on her head. She should not be dealing with the public. She is rough while doing gel nails and they chip. I love my nail ladies here! I've tried different shops here and there but I always come back here. I leave with awesome nails every time. They don't push too hard on ny cuticles and they don't smack me around (at least not yet). I always ask for designs on my nails and they amaze me every time. AND they have punch cards here. New to town and went here looking for a place to have a quick waxing done. The other places   that specialize in facial care would charge $50 for the basics and I've had good luck in the past with nail salons when I needed a clean up. The room was filthy. The lady who did the waxing left a huge amount of wax under eye brow and on my chin. I ended up using some hand sanitizer to try to clean it up. That didn't work so I had to scrub the area hard to get the wax off. The skin under my eyebrow is burned and I can't tell you if it's from the wax being left on too long or the sanitizer I had to use to break it up. Oh...did I forget to mention that I had to pluck a couple of pretty obvious whiskers off my chin that she'd missed?  Two words...STEER CLEAR!! Read Less

Wish I could give zero stars. My nails hurt and I was told it was my fault. It was my first time doing gel I picked a pink sparkly color and I could not see it. I asked someone else and they couldn't tell anything was on my nails so I asked for another color... That color was put... Looked for another color and she told me to hurry... She put it one and put it under the light...it was splotchy not covering my nail at all and she said it didn't work so she buffed my nails again to get it off. She burned me bc she was buffing off too much. I asked to leave and said ok that's just 15$ ... For nothing I had nothing on my nails and I left in pain. The man working here went off on a customer, in a language other than english, because he was rushing and she called him on it. Her nails were obviously uneven and too short. On top of that he was super rough with her hands! If you're going to be a jerk, at least have the courage to speak in a language we all can understand. Wish I would have read the reviews first. Terrible quality gelish mani. Polish all over my cuticles and already peeling off less than an hour later. I don't know what they're doing to their polish, it was all gummy and thick. The lady literally slathered polish all over my finger then scraped the excess off with her nail before curing. My cuticles were cut and bleeding. All tools were obviously not sanitized between uses. Files and buffers were worn and still had nail dust on them from previous uses. Read Less

First off, this place is filthy. They obviously aren't held to a high standard of cleanliness. I got two services done, a regular manicure, and a brow wax. The colors for the regular manicure are all off brand, I did not see one OPI or ESSIE on the whole rack. Terrible quality, four hours after leaving, I went home took a shower and a full nail had NO paint left on it! Absolute garbage. My brows were left messy with leftover wax, and I still had to clean them up when I got home with tweezers. The room she put me to wax my brows was disgusting, it had towels laying on the chair that I know had been there for weeks- you could easily tell. I made an account just to post this review. I should have stayed in Lacey. I came to the mall to get a new pair of sunglasses and decided to get a manicure.  I should have ran as soon as I stepped inside. First thing you notice is that it is dirty. The walls, glass, chairs, floor, pedicure chair, everything is dirty. I told the woman that I wanted a manicure. She asked why I didn't want a gel.  Told her I didn't like the way they feel. She pushed it and I said, "I just want a manicure."  She huffed and walked away from me. The other employee came over and told me to pick a color and stood there while I chose. Then walked away when I picked one. The first lady pointed to a chair and I assumed she meant to sit. All of her tools were in a plastic box with dirty napkins.  I didn't see her use an autoclave to sanitize them before she started working on me. In fact, I didn't see an autoclave at all.  She used the electric buffer to file my cuticles, didn't soak them at all! Then starts snipping. Once she gets them to the shape she wants, she throws some rancid pink lotion on my hands and rubbed for about 10 seconds. I was too shocked to do anything. I kept waiting for her to do an actual manicure. Polish time! Ok... she can't mess this up, right? Oh, YES SHE CAN! My undercoat was a dot on each nail (I'm not kidding, she dotted once on each nail).  Then the color, which is now all over my skin.  I don't know if she was under the influence, but there was no continuity in the application. She even had to remove the color from my thumb nail and start again.  I went to sit with my hands under the light and before I knew it, 10 minutes had elapsed.  I gave her my wallet and asked if she would remove the card.  She huffed at me and ripped the wallet out of my hands. I didn't know this was offensive. My other place has always helped. I got to the car and looked again.  There are bubbles, streaks, and polish all over my cuticles. Maybe I should of saw this first about there reviews, but I agree that it's not very sanitary. when I got my nails done, the women that was doing it took the towel she used previous and didn't get a new one. It was still dusty and didn't clean up her mess and think I would be okay with it. I think she should of though. Told her I wanted full set acrylic French tips manicures and she took a lot of time filling. It took an hour for her to do my nail, but it wasn't that bad. After a month of wearing my acrylic nails, some is still in tacked. So I got my moneys worth it, but I do think they need to be more cleaner doing there job. Read Less

Yesterday I needed a simple fill. I had a fresh set of french tips put  on 2.5 weeks ago with gel coating. They were beautiful and absolutely perfect like every other time I have gotten my nails done. I asked to have the fill and black gel covering my nails. Nothing spectacular. I've had it done many times. The tech huffed and puffed and my nails ended up cloudy when she grounded them down andapplied the clear coat before the black gel. She looked confused. She then started to grind and buff my FINGERS and nails aggressively. I now have hangnails and sore fingers. I said whatever they are going to be covered. This was about 1 hour into my fill. My friend already had her smudged pedicure done and was still in process with my fill. She applied the 1st coat of black and started shouting. 2 other ladies came over and started jerking my hands around looking at my nails. I have no clue what they were saying. Im not sure if I want to knkw  to be  honest. She said 'black no good' since the gel was shrinking and not  covering my nail. My nails are always French tipped or black. I know it works and she couldn't figure it out. 45 mins later her and another woman are scraping all the gel off my nails and sloppily painting them again. I mentioned how sloppy it was and she ignored my issue an kept saying 'black no good' She was getting frustrated 3 hours into it and there was an older woman who kept pacing glaring at me. She was making comments and speaking to my tech and the other tech hovering over me.I finally gave up. I was so disappointed. I said I wanted Seahawks shellac. Even picked the green and blue. She just does blue tip and says all done. I ask, "what about the green?" She tells me she's out of green because so many people wanted Seahawks nails. She waits till she's done to tell me. Plus I didn't get hand massage and paint job was horrible. The lines were crooked, there were missing spots and the color was thin. I honestly didn't even want to pay. The lady that did my friend was great though.
