I've enjoyed this nail salon a couple of times now and each time I've been so pleased with the cleanliness of the facilities, the friendliness of the owners, and the quality of the work.I first found this place when searching around for the right salon to do my bridal nails. When I first got in I showed them an inspiration picture from Pinterest and they said no problem. The pedicure was relaxing and I just love seeing the autoclave in the corner and the sterilization packets ensuring the instruments are spick n span. They not only did a lovely job on a version of my inspiration photo, on the day of the wedding my toe polish had scratched off from my rehearsal dinner shoes and they accommodated me as a stressed walk in bride without a problem. My sister and I have since went in for a pedicure together and have had the delight of working with the mother daughter duo together. I called and scheduled us an appointment and they were able to accommodate us no problem. We indulged in the exceptional massage chairs and the warm water on our footsies and then nearly fell asleep with the foot scrub and massage. My sister decided to get a gel manicure last minute and despite being busy they made time for her. They are both so friendly and easy to talk to. They remembered about my wedding and chatted with us about how the day went and then kept up conversation as my sister went over for her manicure and I took a nap in the massage chair!We've been so pleased with our experiences here and I definitely recommend them. I enjoy this salon so much! My only reservation and giving it a 5-star rating is not wanting her to get so busy that I can't get an appointment. LOL her Salon is clean and doesn't have that typical Salon smell, has wonderful relaxing music that plays, and has a big screen TV with beautiful art displayed on it. She is talented and enjoy to spend time with as she does your nails and toes. The thing I like the best is that she takes appointments and keeps those appointments. Went in with my mom for a mani pedi. Very nice ladies and clean, however quality was lacking for the price. My toe nail polish smudged as she put my shoe on right after polishing it. Then when I pointed it out, she painted a different color on the toenail.During the manicure, after filing all my nails and doing gel polish, my nails weren't cleaned out underneath and my skin was painted also. Halfway through the manicure, the technicians stood up and appeared to be in a hurry, so she was doing my nails standing. Wayyyy too much of my cuticles were cut, and she managed to cut my finger with a tool, no way near my nail. Again, very clean and nice, but not too happy with the quality for the price we paid, and because my skin had gel on it, my nail now is chipped two days later. I got my nails done here while stopping through OLY, and I had the pleasure of sitting with Tia, the mom part of the mother/daughter owner duo, and she's AMAZING! She's so unbelievably sweet, and does fantastic work. She takes her time to make sure that everything is perfect, and is just a total gem personality-wise. If I lived in Olympia, I'd definitely be coming here every two weeks to have my nails done! I totally recommend this place! Read Less
