Was literally one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. The man who had massages my legs and pampered me in the beginning of my pedicure was amazing! Did a fantastic job with taking care of me. As for the lady who did my pedicure and manicure, was the absolute opposite.
I had informed her what I wanted and she did not do it at all. She informed me that she could not do what I asked after she applied something without my say. Also my toes had paint on the skin and looked sloppy.
As for my manicure, never have I had my nails look so disoriented. More than 5 nails were different sizes, length was longer than I asked, and the lady was very aggressive doing my nails. I personally have carpal tunnel so it is hard to hold my hands certain ways. I had said ow a time or two hoping she would realize how much it was hurting but same treatment the whole time.
I never from a nail appointment have cried in my car with such regret where I just spent my money. After my hand was in pain from the ways they were being forced.
As for my friend who came with me, her manicure and pedicure looked great. She obviously got a better person who cared about what she wanted and was focused on taking their time with the customer.
I was expecting to come out of that salon feeling better, but that was definitely not the case. Please if you are looking for a great experience, stay clear who you make an appointment with.

I seen Kelly here past few times and she does such an amazing job! My gel menicure lasted over 2 months (they grew out as you can imagine;)) but did not chip or come off. Very quaility job and she also gets it done in a timely manner. Salon is always clean, inviting and staff are polite. Been going here for 2years.

The woman who did my nails was quite rude, and it was definitely being done in a way where she was trying to get it done quickly and not doing it for the quality. I got acrylic nails and when I told her what length I wanted she said that was a bad length and decided to do them short even though I said I didn't want them short. She cut them uneven and just did a poor job overall. Very beautiful space though, but I will not be returning

I have come to this nail salon consistently since they opened some years back and no other place I've tried in Newcastle/Renton compares. My family and I come at least once a month for pedicures and I occasionally get manicures. This place is usually pretty busy so if you want to be seen make sure to call ahead and make an appointment! They do really great, quick work here and I love the smell of the scrub they use when you get a regular pedicure! Pretty sure I've had every employee do my nails at least once and I have no complaints. I always see how they clean out the baths after each guest and they use a plastic covering too, so everything is super hygienic. Parking is also super easy since it's right by Safeway and a bunch of other shops!

I have been coming here for over three years for waxing every other week and occasional manicures and pedicures. This time the manicure and pedicure were horrible. It’s been a few days and I am just now able to put a shoe and sock on my left foot because the man who did the pedi dug so hard on my toenails my toes got inflamed. My feet are still just as rough as they were before the procedure. My manicure was just as bad as I now have to go somewhere else and have it redone. The machine they use to trim cuticles has actually torn them. I called to let them know how bad a job the mani/pedi was and the man that answered the phone didn’t care. I will not go back!!!

Three times and never again. I liked the place and atmosphere. I didn’t like however that don’t let your nails soak in aceton before removing the gel. They just use these machines with buffers and put on these course settings and drill your nail down. Second time, it was the first time since I’ve been doing gel for 4 years that it chipped within an hour. I went back the next day to get it fixed and i got the impression they were pissed off at me. Third time the woman filed all my nails down so bad they have been burning since. My nails have never been so brutal and even though the lady didn’t deserve a 20 percent tip and they were all rude to me. They are never getting my business again.

I get my nails religiously done every two weeks. I liked this place because of the decor but the customer service is horrible,they made me feel horrible for going back after 2 hours when my nail was chipped and they don't take off the gel nail polish properly, they just grind your nails down so they can finish fast. They ruin your nails and make you feel like crap for asking them to fix a nail or cut your cuticles. Apparently 30 dollars for a gel manicure doesn't get your cuticles cut.

Being new to the area I needed to find my go to nail salon and spa. I decided to try Isabella and was so pleased! I was delighted to smell fresh air and greeted by friendly staff. I live very close and they are always willing to take a last minute appointment. The work they do is exceptional. My nails always look fantastic and the pedicures.... so relaxing! They are very detailed and efficient with their work. If you're trying to decide which nail salon to try in the area don't even bother with the others come here! Kelly is like a nail wizard. See her for your nails if possible, but if not, all the staff is wonderful.

I wanted to like this place, but after closer inspection, I would have rather painted my own toes and will redo it myself. I will not be returning. Thumbs up:- It's clean and the chairs are comfortable. - Ample parking. - Easy to get an appointment. - Friendly staff.- Decent prices. I paid $25 before tip. - Lengthy leg massage was one of the best I've had. Thumbs down :- I wasn't paying close attention as I was catching up with a girlfriend. Unfortunately, when I came home, I can see why the technician was using a brush and acetone to clean up my nails. There was paint all over my cuticles and what paint was on my toes was thick and gloppy. What's worse was when I got home a few hours later, I slipped my feet into sneakers and the paint smudged. I realize I should have touched my toes to check, but a few hours of air should have been fine. - No tips on credit card. If you're out of cash, you can stop into the Safeway next door to get cash back. - It was strangely empty on a Sunday. Understandably, the Seahawks game was on (and it was on the big screen TV there) but it's a bad sign when there is no one in the nail salon in a weekend afternoon.

I had a pedicure and nails done 9 days ago. My nails were done first using shellac which are cured with a UV light. While I was getting the pedicure I asked to cure my nails one more time before I left. The woman doing my pedicure informed me they were dry even after I informed her they felt sticky. Not even 24 hours later I already had a chip in one nail and smudges on others. I now have 3 chipped nails. This was my first and last experience with Issabella Nails. My nails normally will last up to 3 weeks if they are done right. I will go back to my original nail salon as they did a better job. The atmosphere may be nice but the product was disappointing and that is what counts.

I had lifting within a week after being there and I couldn't get it fixed b:c I went out pic town. I don't think I would have problems that fast. ALSO, my nails have a ton of small bubbles on them after she applied the top coat. My overall opinion is that they use cheap products there and I will NOT be returning. The only reason this place gets two stars is because of the decor. It's really nice inside and my pedi design was cool.

My husband wanted to take myself, our daughter and himself for an afternoon of manis and pedis. He called and asked for manis and pedis for three people that afternoon. We came in and they said "just pedis?" And he said "no mani and pedi for all three of us, I asked for that when I called" they sat the three of us down..did our pedis, did my daughters mani. When my husband asked for his mani, he was told "well, we're very busy" she did the mani anyway. I was told mine wouldn't be done. I went to sit up front with my daughter who told me she was scolded by the lady when she told her she'd forgotten the clear coat on her hand. The woman said "I'm trying to work here" needless to say I'll take my $122 elsewhere. It would have been more had they actually done my mani and we would have tipped.

The nicest nail salon I've been to. Kelly takes really good care of her customers. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing. They have the best massage chairs while you get a pedicure. The orange sugar scrub is my favorite part. Take cash to tip your nail tech.

Was literally one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. The man who had massages my legs and pampered me in the beginning of my pedicure was amazing! Did a fantastic job with taking care of me. As for the lady who did my pedicure and manicure, was the absolute opposite.
I had informed her what I wanted and she did not do it at all. She informed me that she could not do what I asked after she applied something without my say. Also my toes had paint on the skin and looked sloppy.
As for my manicure, never have I had my nails look so disoriented. More than 5 nails were different sizes, length was longer than I asked, and the lady was very aggressive doing my nails. My family and I come at least once a month for pedicures and I occasionally get manicures. This place is usually pretty busy so if you want to be seen make sure to call ahead and make an appointment! I have been coming here for over three years for waxing every other week and occasional manicures and pedicures. This time the manicure and pedicure were horrible. It’s been a few days and I am just now able to put a shoe and sock on my left foot because the man who did the pedi dug so hard on my toenails my toes got inflamed. My feet are still just as rough as they were before the procedure. My manicure was just as bad as I now have to go somewhere else and have it redone. The machine they use to trim cuticles has actually torn them. I called to let them know how bad a job the mani/pedi was and the man that answered the phone didn’t care. I will not go back!!!

Three times and never again. I liked the place and atmosphere. I didn’t like however that don’t let your nails soak in aceton before removing the gel. They just use these machines with buffers and put on these course settings and drill your nail down. Second time, it was the first time since I’ve been doing gel for 4 years that it chipped within an hour. I went back the next day to get it fixed and i got the impression they were pissed off at me. My nails have never been so brutal and even though the lady didn’t deserve a 20 percent tip and they were all rude to me. They are never getting my business again.

I get my nails religiously done every two weeks. I liked this place because of the decor but the customer service is horrible,they made me feel horrible for going back after 2 hours when my nail was chipped and they don't take off the gel nail polish properly, they just grind your nails down so they can finish fast. They ruin your nails and make you feel like crap for asking them to fix a nail or cut your cuticles. Apparently 30 dollars for a gel manicure doesn't get your cuticles cut.

Being new to the area I needed to find my go to nail salon and spa. I decided to try Isabella and was so pleased! I was delighted to smell fresh air and greeted by friendly staff. I live very close and they are always willing to take a last minute appointment. The work they do is exceptional. My nails always look fantastic and the pedicures.... so relaxing! They are very detailed and efficient with their work. If you're trying to decide which nail salon to try in the area don't even bother with the others come here! Kelly is like a nail wizard. See her for your nails if possible, but if not, all the staff is wonderful.
