I get manicures/pedicures every so often (I like contributing to the community economy and it saves me substantial time, a win-win), and I enjoy the service here. The environment is nice, there is a big TV with sports on, and the large # of customers is a testament to their recognized value in the community. I have gotten spa services at low-cost, moderate to very expensive places, and there does not seem to be a huge difference. Sure, at higher price points there are things like paraffin soaks etc, but for a basic non-polish manicure & pedicure this suits my needs just fine. For the folks who gave this place 1 star without engaging the proprietor, I recommend going back, showing them the issues, and asking for them to fix it. In my experience, businesses are generally obliging (businesses don't like losing customers, nor negative publicity) and if you show them their work was subpar, they are often willing to fix it or otherwise.If, after going back to a business and asserting your rights as a customer, and then the business refuses too fix it, well, then a 1-star review might be warranted. Clearly, when there is a packed house (nearly every chair filled on a Sunday afternoon), Master Nails is doing something right. Read Less
