I've been having my nails done for 20 yrs and this I'd by far the best place I have EVER been! I drive an hour to go here. I'm never disappointed whether it's a pedicure or my nails! Clean, friendly and rarely ever a wait, very well staffed! I tried a place closer to home for SNS dip and it was horrible!! I have even got my friends driving out here and they love it! Hands down a star!

Came here for a shellac removal and regular manicure. The cheap price of $18.00 total reflects the quality of the service unfortunately. It was a busy Friday, I understand that it's been a long day but that does not excuse rude behavior. From my experience today, it shows that just because you have the word "master" as part of your store name does not mean you're going to receive any "master" quality service.
Upon arriving I am nicely greeted and sat down by a young man who's English is pretty fluent and gentle. He asked about my day and my preference of shellac vs regular, overall pleasant start. Amy I heard was the owner and she was the one who did the entire service for me. Let me start off by saying that I wasn't expecting much from a cheap $13.00 manicure. I have gotten my nails done from a range of super cheap to stupid expensive so I know my where to place my expectations.
Amy's cuticle care was harsh and her polish application with me was uneven, lumpy and lazily swiped on. When I noticed that the sides of my nails had only seen one swipe of polish and there was a clear lump distinguishing that, I asked her politely if she could apply a third coat please because it was uneven. She paused, explained why that would be a bad idea (I understood how the polish application would be thicker because of this) and asked if she can make the third coat application thinner, to which she replied that it wasn't possible while showing me the lump sized amount of polish on the brush she was about to apply onto my nails. She then goes on muttering in Vietnamese, insulting me under her breath and how difficult/crazy I'm being with a non shellac manicure. I didn't let on that I understood her because of how shocked and sick I felt experiencing that.
I've never once in the past 10 years of getting my nails done experience such rudeness from my technician. I've even worked at a couple different high end nail salons and I know the environment of catty women and what they say in the back about certain customer's requests but again that's not saying or expressing to their face.
I expressed my poor experience with Amy to the same young man that checked me in and all he could manage after i paid full price was "Here's a copy of your receipt. Thank you and have a good day." Amy came up to the tabe when she heard her name and started saying something about my nails to me in English but didn't finish her sentence. If this is what professionalism and customer service they have to offer, I'm not ever returning here again.

It was a busy Sunday but my husband and I did not have to wait long for a pedi chair. They were so nice and helpful. One thing that stood out was despite the fact that were busy, they took their time with us. At other salons I always feel rushed in and out so they can empty the chair for the next person. We both got the parafin pedis for a great price of $27 each. We felt relaxed, welcomed and appreciated. Will return!
Also, they have 2 deluxe pedi packages that include wine!!

She was very friendly, we had great conversation, and oh my word she was fast. I've had this done at other places and I left with major clean up work to do myself. SNS glue and powder stuck to everything! BUT NOT HERE! My nails were 5/5! The place was spotless. Warm fresh towels to dry your hands, everything clearly labeled, and they also serve wine. I don't drink it, but I saw other women enjoying the perk. A lot of the other patrons being serviced seemed to have a very long standing relationship with their service providers. Super important, cuz I know they come back. I highly highly recommend Helen at Master Nails. In and out, and feeling beautiful! Also, if you pay full CASH, they give you a small discount. ;)

I've come here for almost a year now and I love this place. The technicians are all so nice and very helpful. I always get great nail cafe advice from them. Today I went in for a new acrylic set and was extremely satisfied with my service. There was a horrible woman being very disrespectful to one of the technicians and I told the lady to stop being so rude or leave (in other words). After the horrible woman left, I was thanked by a few of the technicians and was given a discount. I will continue to go to this place happily!

My mom and I get mani/pedis together regularly (it's our bonding time) and this is the only place we'll go! We love Amy and all the other ladies who work there, as they are always friendly, and they consistently do a great job. Sometimes during the summers, Amy's son will be at the salon, handing out bottles of water to everyone. Now that's customer service :) Master Nails gets busy on nights and weekends (which shows how good/popular this place is), so be sure to make an appointment if you know you'll be on a time crunch. It's always annoying to see people come in without an appointment, and then give the employees attitude when they have to wait. Eye roll. We get Shellac manicures every time we go, and mine always last and look great until our next visit (2-3 weeks out). My mom picks at hers but if she didn't, hers would last too! I highly recommend this place.

First time here, and I was very pleased. I got the basic pedicure, and it was incredibly relaxing, and very competitively priced. They don't skimp on anything, the foot and calf massage was the best I've ever had with a pedicure. Staff was very nice, the owner brings everyone bottled water. The massage chairs were excellent. My back feels like it got a legit massage. Relaxing atmosphere and music. They gave me a punch card when I checked out as well. I'll definitely be back!

I don't even know how they have 4 stars. If you go there you pay to be mistreated by those rude ladies. From all of them there are just 3 ladies you can work and be very happy but the rest are rude and unprofessional. I have been going there for more than a year and on my last visit I realize that is not worth it. Nice place, looks clean, costumer service seems very nice but when it comes to the nail technicians you have to think it twice. They literally grab your hands and feet like they are mad at you. Not going there anymore is very sad for the 3 girls there that really do a good job.

I arrived just after opening at 9:15 am and it was very quiet and relaxing. It's not a loud place with a lot of chatting between the team which makes for a great experience. This is my new go to nail place. Love it!

I've been coming here for several months now and they've been nothing but professional, caring, and extremely clean. I have been seeing Amanda for my pedicures and shellac manicures. She's amazing! But honestly, anyone you land with you'll be lucky to have! Whether you are doing something basic, sparkly and full of glitter, or an intricate design - you're in the best hands. Definitely my favorite nail salon! Amy is a wonderful owner and always checks in to make sure you're pleased and getting the most of your time there. Oh, and you can sip on a glass of wine while you get your pedicure! Need I say more? I'll keep coming back!

I get manicures/pedicures every so often (I like contributing to the community economy and it saves me substantial time, a win-win), and I enjoy the service here. The environment is nice, there is a big TV with sports on, and the large # of customers is a testament to their recognized value in the community. I have gotten spa services at low-cost, moderate to very expensive places, and there does not seem to be a huge difference. Sure, at higher price points there are things like paraffin soaks etc, but for a basic non-polish manicure & pedicure this suits my needs just fine. For the folks who gave this place 1 star without engaging the proprietor, I recommend going back, showing them the issues, and asking for them to fix it. In my experience, businesses are generally obliging (businesses don't like losing customers, nor negative publicity) and if you show them their work was subpar, they are often willing to fix it or otherwise.If, after going back to a business and asserting your rights as a customer, and then the business refuses too fix it, well, then a 1-star review might be warranted. Clearly, when there is a packed house (nearly every chair filled on a Sunday afternoon), Master Nails is doing something right.

Let me start off by being clear: my manicure turned out wonderful. It really did. And it was quick and comfortable too. I previously had acrylic nails on and I hated them and tore them off myself (awful idea lol). I only came in because I had a coupon to this place. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the woman doing my nails was able to take the awful state they were in and make them look nice. For that, I am grateful :) What led me to a two star review was while my nails were under the LED light for the final 60 seconds, the woman doing my nails picked at a sore on her arm repeatedly... and once it started bleeding, which it did - a lot, she wiped it off with her hands and casually picked mine back up and started rubbing her blood mingled lotion all over me.... I don't feel like I need to explain the level of nasty that is.... Afterward, I politely asked if I could go back and wash my hands one more time and she gave me this really annoyed look as if I was in the wrong... I don't know... I feel pretty justified in saying that that kind of behavior is not sanitary AT ALL, or acceptable, especially when I tried to be low key about it as to not embarrass her... Don't know if I'll be back. Probably not.

I've been getting my nails here monthly on a regular basis for pedicures and shellac manicures for the last few years. Amy and her staff are fabulous! Nicest Vietnamese ladies ever, such a positive crew! They have a wide variety of polish colors, and what I love is that they take their time, especially with the foot rubs!!!! For a regular pedicure, they use hot towels and hot stones, and that's standard! They can get busy so I like to go early mornings or during a football game!

My nails experience was normal at the salon, a shellac manicure. It was quick and comfortable. However it's two days later, and my nails are chipping and there's massive discoloration on my nails. I haven't used any cleaning products or harsh chemicals to mess with the nail polish, but is more likely from low quality polish or polish that has been compromised by acetone. I'm not at all happy with basically wasting my money here.

One thing that stood out was despite the fact that were busy, they took their time with us. At other salons I always feel rushed in and out so they can empty the chair for the next person. First time here, and I was very pleased. I got the basic pedicure, and it was incredibly relaxing, and very competitively priced. They don't skimp on anything, the foot and calf massage was the best I've ever had with a pedicure. Staff was very nice, the owner brings everyone bottled water. The massage chairs were excellent. My back feels like it got a legit massage. Relaxing atmosphere and music. They gave me a punch card when I checked out as well. I'll definitely be back!

I don't even know how they have 4 stars. If you go there you pay to be mistreated by those rude ladies. From all of them there are just 3 ladies you can work and be very happy but the rest are rude and unprofessional. I have been going there for more than a year and on my last visit I realize that is not worth it. Nice place, looks clean, costumer service seems very nice but when it comes to the nail technicians you have to think it twice. They literally grab your hands and feet like they are mad at you. Not going there anymore is very sad for the 3 girls there that really do a good job.

Amazing place! Very relaxing and the team here are all super nice and friendly. Perfect balance of professionalism, friendliness, skill and fun. Perfect after a long week. I arrived just after opening at 9:15 am and it was very quiet and relaxing. It's not a loud place with a lot of chatting between the team which makes for a great experience. This is my new go to nail place. Love it!

I've been coming here for several months now and they've been nothing but professional, caring, and extremely clean. I have been seeing Amanda for my pedicures and shellac manicures. She's amazing! But honestly, anyone you land with you'll be lucky to have! Whether you are doing something basic, sparkly and full of glitter, or an intricate design - you're in the best hands. Definitely my favorite nail salon! Amy is a wonderful owner and always checks in to make sure you're pleased and getting the most of your time there. Oh, and you can sip on a glass of wine while you get your pedicure! Need I say more? I'll keep coming back!

I get manicures/pedicures every so often (I like contributing to the community economy and it saves me substantial time, a win-win), and I enjoy the service here. The environment is nice, there is a big TV with sports on, and the large # of customers is a testament to their recognized value in the community. I have gotten spa services at low-cost, moderate to very expensive places, and there does not seem to be a huge difference. Sure, at higher price points there are things like paraffin soaks etc, but for a basic non-polish manicure & pedicure this suits my needs just fine. For the folks who gave this place 1 star without engaging the proprietor, I recommend going back, showing them the issues, and asking for them to fix it. In my experience, businesses are generally obliging (businesses don't like losing customers, nor negative publicity) and if you show them their work was subpar, they are often willing to fix it or otherwise.If, after going back to a business and asserting your rights as a customer, and then the business refuses too fix it, well, then a 1-star review might be warranted. Clearly, when there is a packed house (nearly every chair filled on a Sunday afternoon), Master Nails is doing something right.

Let me start off by being clear: my manicure turned out wonderful. It really did. And it was quick and comfortable too. I previously had acrylic nails on and I hated them and tore them off myself (awful idea lol). I only came in because I had a coupon to this place. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the woman doing my nails was able to take the awful state they were in and make them look nice. For that, I am grateful :) What led me to a two star review was while my nails were under the LED light for the final 60 seconds, the woman doing my nails picked at a sore on her arm repeatedly... and once it started bleeding, which it did - a lot, she wiped it off with her hands and casually picked mine back up and started rubbing her blood mingled lotion all over me.... I don't feel like I need to explain the level of nasty that is.... Afterward, I politely asked if I could go back and wash my hands one more time and she gave me this really annoyed look as if I was in the wrong... I don't know... I feel pretty justified in saying that that kind of behavior is not sanitary AT ALL, or acceptable, especially when I tried to be low key about it as to not embarrass her... Don't know if I'll be back. Probably not.

I've been getting my nails here monthly on a regular basis for pedicures and shellac manicures for the last few years. Amy and her staff are fabulous! Nicest Vietnamese ladies ever, such a positive crew! They have a wide variety of polish colors, and what I love is that they take their time, especially with the foot rubs!!!! For a regular pedicure, they use hot towels and hot stones, and that's standard! They can get busy so I like to go early mornings or during a football game!

My nails experience was normal at the salon, a shellac manicure. It was quick and comfortable. However it's two days later, and my nails are chipping and there's massive discoloration on my nails. I haven't used any cleaning products or harsh chemicals to mess with the nail polish, but is more likely from low quality polish or polish that has been compromised by acetone. I'm not at all happy with basically wasting my money here.
