Still loves this place! Rebecca and her staff knows me as soon as I walk in they know when I was last here which is funny cause it's been more than two months , I went to give another location a try located next to sushi place and Mexican place .. didn't care for service and the work that the other did was crappy they only did one coat of shellac I asked them about it and they said they only need to put  one coat.. well my nails were chipped and cruddy on third day, I gave them a try because a friend took me there so sorry to say no one has compared to Rebecca's nails by far! Love this place and who ever rated poorly for this location I'm truly sorry but you should speak up as well.. go back and tell them, they are really good with making sure your happy with finish product ! Just moved out to the Monroe area and was looking for a nail salon to get a pedicure and manicure and saw that Rebecca's had the best reviews for service and pricing! So I decided to give it a shot, good thing I did, they are so pleasant, nice and did a great job! Got a shellac pedi and manicure for $48, not to mention the pedicure was a deluxe pedi with scrub, paraffin wax treatment and hot stone massage! I really needed it after all the moving in the last few weeks! I will be back again for the same services, if you're in Monroe that is the place to get your nails done! Read Less

Rebecca's is awesome! You should definitely make an appointment but the wait is worth it! I am very picky about my nails and they are really good sports about it! If you think something is wrong with sour manicure within a few days like my clear coat got pretty snuffed they redid the clear coat at no cost and I am so happy with my results! Use to love coming here but had a horrible experience the last time! The woman seemed in a complete rush on my shellac manicure last week. She was talking to her co-workers so much and not paying attention she hurt me with the cuticle trimmers twice and almost drew blood! I told her I was getting this done for my engagement photos, hoping she would slow down and do a more quality job, but no. There are ridges that are peeling up a week later near my cuticle and 2 nails have already chipped. I've always been able to go at least 2 weeks with a shellac, after 1 week they are a complete mess! Going to get them redone at another salon tomorrow. I will not be back to Rebecca's! Overall, was once my favorite place but they no longer do a quality job. Read Less

Was pretty excited to go here after reading reviews. My shellac manicure was not done well at all. It was weak and chipped the next day. They did not file the top of my nails and over all, didn't give me a great manicure. I almost had to go get them redone right away. Made me appreciate my regular place. Read Less

Not sure why anyone would give this place 5 stars. I made an appointment and they were full when I got there so I had to wait 15mins. They put me in a pedi chair someone had just gotten out of. I asked if it was cleaned and the lady mumbled something and said it was fine because the use disposable liners. I should of just left then, But I was already running behind because they were late. My pedi was rushed and not relaxing at all. My shellac was horrible. I have polish still on my fingers and bubbled polish. I've always heard people talk about how great Rebecca's is so I finally went in to get shellac acrylics. Most nail places lack hospitality and customer service, Rebecca's proved me wrong the second I walked in. They came up to me and greeted me and walked me to my chair (at this point I was already loving the place). We actually talked and did a consultation about what I wanted (never have had anyone do a consultation at a nail salon, which you are always supposed to have. Before we began she even told me what the price would be. Love it!!!). The amount of detail and perfection they do on your nails is amazing. Even though the lobby was filling up she took her time and didn't rush at all. I noticed all of the technicians were doing the same with their clients. The staff is very friendly and courteous. However the results of my hair were not to my liking. I've seen pictures of beautiful results and I was in the hopes of being one of them. I have come here on 2 separate occasions and have been turned away both times. The first time I had visited it was very busy and I was told she didn't have time today and I was very understanding about that, however today when I arrived she had 3 people getting pedicures and one little girl getting her finger nails painted with 5 people working, I was told there was no way she would be able to do a new full set and after I had asked how long the wait would be I was told 15-20 minutes (I've waited longer before) but once I had told her she would need to take off my FOUR remaining nails she kept trying to push me to just leave and not wait... Fine if you don't want my $45  full set then I will gladly walk away, to me it seems like if you are not already a regular here you will be turned away. Giving a 2 star because she does many of my friends nails and they are fantastic and look great but I do not appreciate her not so great customer service skills. Read Less

I love the fact that they care about their clients!! If it wasn't for Kelsey my hair may be a mess, but instead she took me from washed out blonde to a healthier head of browns and reds!!! I just started coming here beginning of this year, and I would not go anywhere else now. The ladies there have been great! I've always been greeted and given a cup of coffee before my appointment. The atmosphere in the salon is calming and beautifully done up. I came in with a grown out faded black box dye, hoping to becoming a white platinum blonde. It has taken three appointments and many long hours with Kelsey Smith as my stylist, but and I am now at my long time dream and goal! She made sure I never left if I wasn't happy and the prices are quite reasonable for what I got done. Highly recommend! Read Less

We all know there are nail shops on every block in every town. I have been a nail tech for many years and like other women I want the chance to sit and be pampered just like other people. My fear is going in and getting more than I came for...meaning fungus a mungus. I was told about Rebecca's by a friend and then my daughter went in and give it a try, after good service I felt confident enough to give it a try myself.I checked the state stats and found that Rebecca's had NO state violations against the shop(unlike many in town). Upon entering I was very pleased to see plastic one use  liners in all of the pedicure tubs. Wow... definitely worth the $24...great pedicure with hot stone  massage and sanitary personal paraffin in a bag. I have worked at a major high end company charging MUCH more. They have several who do pedicures. Rebecca and one other seem to be the only ones who do artificial nails. You will need an appointment to ensure a fresh nail fill. I live east of Monroe and usually go to Lynnwood for my acrylics and Pedis.   Thought I would see if there was a good place closer to home.   Just walked in to see if they had any open appointments and was offered a spot for a pedicure.   I only needed a fill however and was promptly told they had NO open appointments today but might be able to get me in on Monday.   I explained that because of work schedule I couldn't do weekdays to which the response was,  "We are open till 7. Sorry."   Strange that they have spots for Pedis but not fills.   And poor customer service to boot.   HEAVENLY NAILS in Lynnwood it is,  and will continue to be.   They understand the concept of customer service. Such a fabulous job, and my manicure/pedicure, especially the gel shellac, lasts and lasts.  The people here are so friendly and I love the interesting nails designs they come up with.
