I have been getting my nails done for 5 years and have NEVER been to a place as AWFUL as this. The worse place I have ever been to. Took them 3 hours to do a mani and pedi. They had me sit there for 45 mins soaking my feet while helping other customers when they said they were ready for me now. They were trying to go so fast they were hurting me and when they were done it looked horrible. 2 other women came to get a pedicure and asked how long the wait would be. They said 10 mins and put them in a chair to soak their feet and left them there for an hour before they got up and walked out while also giving them a piece of their mind. Read Less

DO NOT get your EYELASHS done here. She talks like she knows what or how to. But she has NO IDEA she glued all my eyelashs TOGETHER and if I wouldn't have gone to someone else the next day I would have no eyelash soon. DO NOT GET THE EYELASH EXTENSIONS. I am certified and licensed to do eyelashes and was having trouble nailing down a friend to do them before I went on a trip. Thus I went here cause I'm still on a tight budget. The lashes were sticking into my eyelid for the first couple days; they were stacked on not the 1:1 ration of natural to extension, it just to close and run my eyes. I'm not sure if that last one had more to do with the fact that the lashes were synthetic instead of mink but it was all around a bad job. Looked good, but felt awful. They are great and I've never had an issue with poor customer service. Many times I just walk in and I'm either taken right away or within a few minutes. They are amazing because regardless of how often I come, always remember my family and things that are going on and to me, that coupled with great service is a reason for me to always go back. Simple design but very sweet! They greeted politely when I walked in. I said that I always went out and my cuticle was dry and vulnerable and asked for solution. They give me to sit on the massage chair and applied lavender lotion on to then massaged on 30 munites. Felling relax! Plus, they shaped and polished my nails as my favarite style. Will come back! I could find high class services with soft price at this nails and spa. The owner was so friendly to ask if you want a complimentary drink right after I sat down. I could find so many pretty colors to choose for my nail. They also have Shellac. I love their paraffin service, I was so relaxed. I would recommend people to request for Nathan as he provide super services. They offer many services like body massage, facial, waxing, foot massage, eyeslashes extension.
