This is by far the worst customer service! DO NOT GO HERE! I waited 10 minutes before anyone even helped me, then the lady told me they didn't have an appointment when I called two days ago and that lady took my credit card info and made sure to tell me I'd be charged a cancellation fee if I didn't show up. And specifically told me because I had a Groupon that I couldn't book online, which I preferred to do for this exact reason and because you get a confirmation. Kim was extremely rude and offered nothing or any solution to their companies mistake and had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule! WAY to overpriced & my lashes fell out like a week later and I took such good care of them. Then When I had my fill I asked for more fuller lashes and they convinced me to upgrade to the couture lashes which are $80 per fill, and they still came out looking bad and not dramatic at all. When I went here a few months ago I absolutely loved my lashes! As well as the staff, they were super sweet! Only problem I had was my lashes started coming out the second day I got them! I was following all the precautions as followed as well as making sure I took care of them in the best way possible. I'm kinda happy I got half off via Facebook promo cause if I were to spend 200$ An have had lashes coming out on day two it would have made me even more upset. After a few months of saving/budgeting, I finally got a micro-blade! I had an appointment with another person that was offering me a model micro-blade service for $250, but I cancelled at the last minute-and contacted Vanity. I'm so glad I followed my gut because I got to meet with the beautiful (inside and out) Meghan Hoang. This woman is a wealth of knowledge! I had some anxiety, but Meghan was so comfortable to work with, and super patient. She took her time with the prep work, and made sure it was perfect, and I was happy. Okay, I'm just gonna get the main points out of the way: Ashley is an eyelash goddess. I'd been shopping around for a good place to go to get my eyelashes done, and this was my third shop I'd visited. Well, I was SO pleased with my overall experience and results that I am officially DONE shopping - I'll be returning here to get my first fill done! The two places I'd tried before this one were good, but weren't *perfect*, and for how expensive eyelash extensions are, I wanted to be completely satisfied with the end product. The first place I tried was slow with unbearably uncomfortable beds, and produced lashes that were... lacking? Not as full as they should have been? The woman claimed she couldn't reach my inner lashes (closest to the corner of my eye). The second was fast and produced VERY full lashes - to the point of looking borderline unnatural. The lashes they used were heavier and *shinier* than natural lashes, and required additional money to get the more "natural" looking lashes. Whomp. Vanity Lash Lounge managed to take every negative about the past two places I'd visited and dealt with them beautifully - before starting, Ashley made a point to discuss with me what it was that I really wanted (I did come equipped with a picture of some lashes they had done from their Yelp page), took the time to make sure I was comfortable while applying my lashes (the beds are HEATED - how awesome is that!?!), and was meticulous and thorough with her job. It took right about 2 hours for a full classic set, but the set was FULL and it looked BEAUTIFUL - just like natural lashes, but, you know, BETTER. This place is amazing! To start off I was greeted right away with a smile and pleasant atmosphere. I went there for a Chemical Peel and from beginning to end was an outstanding service. Been going here for a few months for several services and I Love it! Its always a very relaxing and lovely experience. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Pam is fantastic at all waxing services and Maddy is excellent at lashes. I would definitely recommend coming here! The owners really care about their customers and treat you well. Made an appointment with Julie for a full gel set. Provided my credit card information (because they require this when booking) They'll charge your card if you don't call before 24 hours to cancel your appointment. However, in this instance they booked me on a day that apparently Julie is not even on the schedule. All I received was a "sorry" that didn't even sound sincere. I cancelled another appointment to be able to take this one. Again, they have a too bad attitude. They ...could "maybe" get me in next week. Let me also point out I received multiple text messages and an email confirmation of my appointment and it's 3 hours before I was scheduled to come in and they are telling me this. So, if you make an appointment here, don't expect them to actually see you but instead wait for a cancellation call 3 hours prior. Don't let t he glam or fancy look fool you. This place and it's staff are unprofessional. They don't give you their cancellation policy on the phone and nor do they care to take proper email from you so they can email to you their silly cancellation policy and they want to deny you service because you did not cancel with 24 hours. Even though they admitted that it is their fault for not properly taking down the correct email address they still will not schedule my appointment. I am so disappointed in their so call customer service please save yourself your time and money and go to a lounge place that knows how to treat their customers. I will not even send my dog there. I had my eyebrows micro-bladed by Meghan at Vanity several months ago. They are perfectly shaped and look great! I love them! I just went back for my touch up and am as pleased as ever! At 55, my eyebrows were disappearing and dull. I wanted a pick-me-up and to have my eyes framed the way they were in my youth. Meghan is very professional and pays attention to all the details, measuring over and over again to make sure they are precise. After contacting the salon with some questions/concerns about the products they used including glue ingredients- with no response.My lash associated wasn't able to answer them during my visit and not hearing back I unfortunately feel obligated to post a review.I am very disappointed in the level of client service offered, especially after reading all of the glowing reviews.My lashes are not the shape/length I asked for and I have only about 30% of the amount of lashes that typically get applied during a 1 hour fill.Hopefully they can improve on the level of client service they offer. When I was looking at prices online for lash lift and tint through facebook they had them at separate prices. Also receptionist did not inform me that they would charge me 100$ if I got them together (even though it is only 25 each separately) so when she told me my total (125 ) I was pretty shocked. Receptionist even told me it would only be 10$ extra for the lash tint over the phone. So I was expecting my total to be around 60. I think 100 is overpriced. You are charging 40$ more than it should just because I decided to get on the same day? I might as well have gotten lash extensions. I will probably not be going to get this done again. Read Less

I came here for manicure not too impressed After our lady experience we will never come back here again. My nail polish chipped on most of the fingernails in less than a day (usually it lasts for over a week). Perhaps they haven't wiped off the lotion well before applying the polish. He finished my manicure in10 mins and moreover he dint even cut my cuticles. Now I understand why the salon is often so empty and will drive an extra few miles to a much better place. I asked him to do remove cuticle then he removed some and charged extra for that. I also felt bad the way he treated me.. it was so uncomfortable. Seriously I suggest not to go to this. Read Less

The most frustrating part was not being able to make an appointment cos...Hate how they NEVER pick up the phone or call back. I called multiple times and receieved no response then finally tried messaging them thru Yelp and receieved a reply back after a while. Its still quite hard to reach them. And they need your CC info just to make an appointment unlike every other salon or nail place I have been to.I had to walk in to make my appointment finally and was asked to come back anotehr day . I had Louise and she did my shellac manicure and it was awesome(3 stars for that) but she's left the business so I most likely wont bother returning..its too much of a pain. Read Less

Love coming to Vanity Lash Lounge. Getting my lashes done for a wedding in Hawaii and Kim really makes sure that they get done right. She's super friendly, always fun to talk to, and does her job amazingly well. I have gotten nothing but compliments on my lashes and she made sure that they were exactly what I was looking for. You can get I believe $5 off if you like them on Facebook or follow on Instagram, but that's only a one time thing. However the first time I came here it was because of a screaming deal they had on Groupon for a full starting set for $89. They prefer if you just mention that to them at the desk instead of actually buy the Groupon but it's a great deal! The only reason this is a 4/5 star review instead of 5 however, is once I went in and my normal lash aesthetician was booked, so I got another girl who was super sweet, but didn't do my lashes as well at all. They fell out quicker, were clumpier, and did not seem as long or natural as the other sets I've gotten. Maybe it was a one time thing, maybe it was just her being new, unclear, but that's why it's 4/5!**Update 5/17** Meghan, the owner of the store sent me a message thanking me for the feedback, and offering a complimentary fill to make up for the not so great one that I had previously. As I was getting my lashes done in preparation for a wedding in February, I no longer have them in and won't be using the free fill, but it is a great example of how awesome their customer service is, and how they actually care about their customers.
