Unhappy with the Mill Creek location for multiple reasons. We just moved into the area and I’ll have to keep looking for new nail salon because I wouldn’t return. Greeter was curt In her hello and a bit rude as she instructed me to a seat. It wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why she acted like she was inconvenienced. I was sitting kiddy corner to another gal getting dips for the first time and we started chatting about them. Towards the end of her visit, the manicurist went around to give her a shoulder massage. The gal turned to me and said, “This is my favorite part!” I was finished and gathering my things and said, “How do you get that?” -Because I didn’t get a massage. The manicurist jumped in and said, “We do this for our special clients... (awkward silence)...or when we have time. (Uncomfortable laugh)” My bill, which I had already paid, was $50, I tipped $12, I guess I wasn’t “special” enough... :/
To boot, one of my thumbs she shaped into a round style, the other a square. I didn’t notice till I got home. I’ll pass and go somewhere else where they are more professional.
(Picture is not of the polish they put on- that chipped within a few days and I slopped on the gold because I didn’t want to return and haven’t had time to look for another salon yet)

i got a full set here not even a week ago and last night i was half sleep and just lightly pushed the pinky nail WITH MY PILLOW and it popped clean off. Im going to go back today to see if they will fix this. Depending on the outcome i'll either add or take stars away. Update super late i know but i went in and showed them my missing pinky and my lifted ring nail and they fixed it with no charge. I did leave her a tip of $5 cause i felt bad but GREAT service

I was there recently to get a color change on my nails. They needed to be shorter, so the girl filed them, but they were really lopsided. When I mentioned it, she handed me the emery board and told me to file them myself and let her know when I was finished. WHAT??? Then she got the shellac polish on my cuticles and didn't even attempt to clean it up. I had to file it off when I got home. I always tipped well when I was a regular customer and we moved, so it wasn't that convenient anymore. The place has really gone downhill in the past year. The bathroom was dirty and there were heaps of towels that needed folding on a chair near the rear entrance. I will NEVER go back there again and I used to be a regular customer. Very disappointing.

I am always on the hunt for a wonderful nail salon and Nail Masters was pretty good. I went in okay and asked for a pedicure and shellac manicure. After looking around I noticed it was busy and said that I should probably just get the pedicure because I only had an hour. The lady assured me both could get done so I went ahead. The physical space isn't all that appealing, the massage chair didn't work very well, and the color choices for both regular polish and shellac were minimal. Those things would be have pushed this placed up to a 5 but alas. The actual mani and pedi were good. The massages were AMAZING, some of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely go back!

I went in today without an appointment I walked in and asked If I can get a pedicure now and they said yes. It was 5:30 when I walked in but they did not start until 5:55. I only walked in there because I was picking up food from dream dinners (next door) at 6 but got there half an hour early. I wouldn't have waited if they had told me I needed to wait 25min. On top of the wait, they didn't do a good job at all. My 5 year old niece can paint better than this. what a waste of $25. Be ready to wait here for a crappy job

I went in there and asked if they do design. They said "yes" and then I was in there forever as the guy tried to figure out how to do it because the paint kept sliding until a lady helped him. Then it took forever and it didn't look much like the photo I was comparing it to. He almost only put design on one nail but then my nails would have been reeeeeally ugly m. It costed me $13 extra dollars for mediocre design and I got gel nails just one week ago and they're already chipped on 70% of my nails.

They told me they have experienced people, as a guy, what do I know. I come out with two differently sized eyebrows! I asked her do you see what I see: "She said no" and laughed. Very angry I left because there was nothing else I can do. Please look at the picture and don't go to this place.

I don't ever leave reviews especially for nail salons but I had to for this place because they were over the top amazing! They were meticulous with my manicure, gentle, and all the employees were so kind! Usually there is always one or two things that aren't always right at any nail salon but everything was perfect. They're very clean too!They also have waxed my eyebrows a few times and they always turn out perfect!This place will always be my go-to for nails! Very reasonably priced too! For a manicure with shellac, eyebrow and lip wax it was only $48! Such an amazing deal!

Unhappy with the Mill Creek location for multiple reasons. We just moved into the area and I’ll have to keep looking for new nail salon because I wouldn’t return. Greeter was curt In her hello and a bit rude as she instructed me to a seat. It wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why she acted like she was inconvenienced. Im going to go back today to see if they will fix this. Depending on the outcome i'll either add or take stars away. I was there recently to get a color change on my nails. They needed to be shorter, so the girl filed them, but they were really lopsided. When I mentioned it, she handed me the emery board and told me to file them myself and let her know when I was finished. WHAT??? I am always on the hunt for a wonderful nail salon and Nail Masters was pretty good. I went in okay and asked for a pedicure and shellac manicure. After looking around I noticed it was busy and said that I should probably just get the pedicure because I only had an hour. The lady assured me both could get done so I went ahead. Then it took forever and it didn't look much like the photo I was comparing it to. He almost only put design on one nail but then my nails would have been reeeeeally ugly m. They were meticulous with my manicure, gentle, and all the employees were so kind! Usually there is always one or two things that aren't always right at any nail salon but everything was perfect. They're very clean too!They also have waxed my eyebrows a few times and they always turn out perfect!This place will always be my go-to for nails! Very reasonably priced too!
