Horrible place. I am not even that picky when it comes to my nails. Went there today, got shellac manicure, the lady had me out the door in 20 minutes. Rushed me to pick the color and did a HORRIBLE job. Looked like a kid painted my nails, my 3 year old can color better within the lines . Never coming here again. Read Less

I am very picky when it comes to my nails and Tracy did an outstanding job on my acrylic set. I had my nails done somewhere else and the guy there made one crooked and they were longer than I wanted after asking three times for shorter...well Tracy fixes the crooked one with ease and made them the perfect length and they look real! Best nail place I've ever been. Anne is my she knows exactly how I want my nails done. I have never broken a nail, popped a nail off or lost a nail because of poorly done nails. Anne is gentle with my hands and friendly and has always done my nails the way I like. Lynn is also very good to. Great place to go highly recommend to anyone. It's worth alittle drive. At first I was impressed with my nails and was happy, but one day later my shellac nail polish started peeling off! I was very upset because I never had issues with shellac. They said they would re-do my nails and the polish was expired in 2014! 5 days after getting my shellac nails done they started to break! I never had this happen from other salons while getting shellac. I called and told them and they said I would need to pay to get them fixed! Never again going there! I too had thought I had found a great nail salon, been going here for almost about a year. I was told today someone complained about children being there and not getting services. So , my Lil one is not welcome with me anymore cause they want to create a spa like experience. Its a nail salon, not a fancy spa...DON'T BRING KIDS HERE! I thought I had found my salon. Good color selection, looked clean and well run. Lin did my nails first time in. She did a good job but showed a bit of attitude the way she pushed my hands around. Annie did a great job the next 2 times. Then I got another woman who showed major attitude. She put on the base coat in a circular motion, quickly. Then she put color on one finger and put that hand under the light alternating from one hand to the other. Too many times in and out of the light! Bad attitude when I bumped one nail. Also pushing my hands around with attitude. There is a sign on the wall indicating that there are no screaming children allowed as they want to provide a spa like experience for their clients. BAD attitude is not consistent with a spa like experience! They can do a good job here if they choose. If they wanted to give me the "go away" manicure, it worked! I would not recommend going to The Salon With Bad Attitude as there are too many others to choose from. Read Less

NEVER GO HERE. Was charged 40$ to have my set LITERALLY pulled off, WITHOUT soaking and replaced with a worse looking set. And the Lady was rude.Update: Went somewhere else and the said they had left parts of the old nail on.  Save your nails.  Don't go here. Read Less

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... i took my daughter (3) to get her nails painted as a mother daughter date, i usually go to HAPPY NAILS IN MUKILTEO, but there was horrible traffic on I5 so i passed by this place and decided to go in and that was a mistake, the owner was very rude and charged me extra because i didnt want a full set! she charges you extra on top of a regular nail polish for kids "cause they dont stay still"  my daughter always goes with me and our nail lady loves her and she always stays still we have never had an issue!!! If I could give negative stars I would. The experience I had just now was ridiculous. Took my little sister here to get her first set or acrylics and it looked like a toddler painted them. I will never come back here again! When I pointed out all the mistakes they at first tried to fix it but made it worse. I had set my card down on counter and walked back over to them and the lady couldn't run my card fast enough. I was going to let it go and just never come back again but after I left and she was balling in the back seat I just couldn't. I called and asked them to cancel the transaction because I could not pay for something that looked so terrible. But she didn't know how to do it. I asked for a manager but the lady said she conveniently won't be in until Tuesday. Left my name and number to have her call me. Hands down the worst place I have ever gone to for nails. Read Less

I love coming here. The owner and staff are very friendly and professional.  I've had my nails done here for years.  I always receive compliments on how my nails look and people want to know where I get them done. Today, I got the worst manicure/pedicure ever. Even after scheduling an appointment they were still running behind - because of this my manicure took maybe 5 minutes total (not including paint time) - as for the shellac application, super rushed and sloppy - very disappointing. Next, my pedicure - after sitting in the lukewarm water, everything was again rushed - except for the paraffin wax, which was left on my feet for 20 minutes while they "fit in" another customer - and then there is the application of the paint - again, sloppy and rushed.  Overall, a disappointing 70$ trip... Went in for a pedicure and nails with my daughter and they were very rude (yes we had an appointment). Waited a half hour before they got to us then took one of us for pedi the other for nails. I politely asked if we could do pedis at same time (since I did request this during the appointment setup) rudely told no. Got through everything and my nails were so horrible.. Chips in French part.. Rough edges every where.. I started filing them during my pedi.. No one ever else was there and three people working. Constant talk in other language. Will not go back! My friend and I went there for pedicures and the design was cute but that's about the only good thing I got from my experience at us nails. When the woman was shaping and filing my toenails, my big toe had a deep nail on the side. She dug into my skin to cut it back. I said "ow" and it was obviously painful but she did not stop nor ask if I was ok. It was not excruciating so i let her continue with the pedicure. My toe was sore for about a week after the pedicure and about 2 weeks after, my nail started to grow under my skin and not just deep, making an ingrown toenail. I had it for about 2 months. It was ridiculous. I have since gone to another salon for a pedicure and did not have a single problem like I did here. I will not be going back. Read Less

Just went in, and Lynn did my nails. She was fabulous and spoke to me when doing my nails. it was nice to go to a place and be acknowledged by the person doing my nails. I decided to go here yesterday. Another place in Smokey Point  I have frequented the most seems to be going down hill. My last time there I got a broken chair, the whole place was dirty and I got one really thin coat of polish.  So US Nails in North Marysville looks like my new place!  Very clean and well decorated, Friendly staff, Good prices, I almost fell asleep while I was having my  Pedicure. My nail girl closed her shop after 8 years, i tried several other places and was not happy. Finaly went to us nails and have been there since. Love the people and the service! I went to Us Nails on a Sunday Feb 6, 2011 with my roommate. We both got a full set done. The nails turned out really good. They looked great. The people who work there are very laid back, nice personalities! The only problem was that both mine and my roommates nails started to coming up within 3 days. You can visible see on every nail the gab between the nail. It is now 8 days later and we both have multiple nails about to fall off. Very disappointed they have not lasted longer. All our other experiences at other places, the nails have stayed on a lot longer then these have. Because of this we will not be going back, also the fact that this is the most i have paid for nails at any place. Also, when my nails were drying a girl had come in to get her nails redone because she had nails coming up after just 3 days. If i would have known this before, i would have not gone there.
