I wanted stiletto nails with this irradesent powder over a pink polish. I got these done on 7/2/2018. These are gel nails. Upon getting this done, the lady made my cuticle bleed and went on as if nothing happened. She rushed filing down my nails and are uneven where she filed them. When she put on the powder, she did it very fast and is not only streaky, but is not applied on the edges/tips/base so it looks really tacky. It is now 7/6/2018 and for the last 2 days my nail on my middle finger is already beginning to peel. This was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. The final cost was about $55 for it to turn out like garbage. I guess this was a mistake on my part for thinking Walmart would have something good to offer me at a decent price.

7:05pm No other customers present. I just wanted a basic manicure and was told they were closed. Confused I checked on Google and it said 7:30pm. 7:10pm I returned to inquire. The lady present grabbed my wrist (I pulled my hand away and told her not to touch me) and told me her manager had gone to SeaTac and told her she could close 7:15pm.
I'd like to "zero" star if possible!

this place is the only salon I go to and it’s amazing. They do a nice job on both pedicure and manicure. The employees are nice and joyful. I have never had a bad experience. Lovin it.

If no stars was an option I would have given it. Extremely disappointed in their work. First of all the place looks run down. Second I asked for a brand new set of acrylics which seem to be fine, but the nail polish looks horrible. I even spent the extra money to get the gel nails. Ugh my nails look horrible.

Nice folks. I felt they rushed me for my experience. When the gentleman put on my shoes it was too soon. Why? Because the polish was not dry. Sure enough when I got to my car and removed my shoes a couple of my nails were smudged. I think they need a drying light to cure the nails.

After 20 years of searching for a good nail technician in Ottawa, I finally found her right here at Naturally Nails and her name is Summer. I moved from Toronto to Ottawa 20 years ago and kept having to book flights back home to see my regular amazing Nail technician Vicky at Vicky nails who's well know for the best nails in Mississauga. But it was ridiculous having to spend money on flights or gas just to get my nails done. I tried so many nail salons here in Ottawa and went through so many different techs and FINALLY I found Summer! Summer does exactly what you tell her you want and doesn't try to convince you that get way is better. I'm so happy to have finally found her. Thank you Summer and keep up the great work.

Every time I told the lady I wanted her to fix something she would say yeah okay and then not do it and I had to keep telling her and then she only rounded one of my nails after I told her to round them ALL. Also it's only been a week and one of my nails fell off and then it was extremely easy to take off my other nails as if I've had them for 4 weeks. Would not recommend going there, and I would not go again

I was recommended to this place by a co-worker (several actually) and I have always been very impressed by their customer service. The first time I went all of the ladies introduced themselves and every time I have been back they always remember my name and even my husband's name. It is a 20-30 minute drive for me to go here, but I really like the way Tracey does my nails and they have a large color selection for my gel tips.

I've been to this nail salon several times, although I hadn't been here for several years. When I went in today the place was pretty crowded with it being the day before Mothers Day. I was seated right away and David did a fill on my nails (which I originally had done somewhere else). He did an o.k. job. Not too special, not too bad. He was obviously in a hurry and was a bit rought when working the files, but overall it was just just alright.

Every time I told the lady I wanted her to fix something she would say yeah okay and then not do it and I had to keep telling her and then she only rounded one of my nails after I told her to round them ALL. Also it's only been a week and one of my nails fell off and then it was extremely easy to take off my other nails as if I've had them for 4 weeks. Would not recommend going there, and I would not go again

I was recommended to this place by a co-worker (several actually) and I have always been very impressed by their customer service. The first time I went all of the ladies introduced themselves and every time I have been back they always remember my name and even my husband's name. I've been to this nail salon several times, although I hadn't been here for several years. When I went in today the place was pretty crowded with it being the day before Mothers Day. I was seated right away and David did a fill on my nails (which I originally had done somewhere else). He did an o.k. job. Not too special, not too bad. He was obviously in a hurry and was a bit rought when working the files, but overall it was just just alright.
