The place is really clean. The man who did my nails was very kind. Took extra time to focus on what my needs were. I tipped extra this time just because I felt like all my needs were met and he made sure I was satisfied. TONS of colors to choose from with shellac. This place will most likely be my new regular. The only down fall was I felt it was a little more expensive than I'm used to. $30 for a fill. I normally pay $22 at my other spot. No wait time was a huge bonus for me tho. I'll be back. Read Less

they fixed there mistakes for free.I went in an was very unhappy with how my nails were done. they refused a simple design and used the wrong type of polish and it was coming off as soon as i was home. my mom went there and told them about it, and they were very apologetic and fixed my nails, and did the design i wanted for free. Would be 4+ stars for me but some things took a toll. Today was my second time coming in. The first time I went, I just came in for a simple manicure and one of the ladies there did a terrific job, so I decided to come in again for acrylics to see if they would do a terrific job again! This time the male owner of the place did them and overall he shaped and painted my nails exactly how I wanted them. The reason why I'm giving them 3/5 is because when he was shaping my nails, he started filing the sides of my nails a little too rough to the point of making 4/10 nail beds bleed. I told him to go lighter on the filing but maybe he didn't hear me or tried and didn't succeed. I would suggest getting them done by one of the female workers there. This place was okay. I came in for a pedicure with some family. The staff was nice and I liked that some of the tools were sterilized. What I didn't like was that one of the tubs that was filled was cold. My son also received a pedicure (he's only 10) and I was charged the full pedicure price for him even though he was done in half the time and didn't receive any polish. I'm giving a review for three people!! Her: it wasnt that bad, the sugar scrub got a little rough but otherwise okay. My feet are still broken on the heals and aren't as smooth as I would like but it wasn't horrible. Him (she made him do it!): he has ingrown toenail and she didn't remove it like he asked, he also wanted it shaved down cause it's thick but she didn't. He wasn't very impressed for his first manicure. Him (she made him do it!): it was okay for him. He wasn't that impressed either, didn't do much for his callous. He only got a 20 min pedicure, not 30 like we got. (other people came in) One thing I'll mention is the pedicure chairs are really really uncomfortable and seem outdated. Otherwise the establishment Seem clean and nice. Price was decent, around 65 for all 3 of us with tax. Read Less

Very impressed. Went today, daughter got a full set of acrylics $25 and I got a manicure $14. Very friendly employees, made us feel very welcome. Clean space, lots of color options. They took extra care to ensure that my daughter's nails were designed just the way she wanted. We are both very happy with our nails! We will definitely go back! Very clean and the employees were friendly. I had a manicure with shellac and Kim was the nail tech. I was very pleased. Kim used 3 coats which most places normally don't do so it was nice. I used to goto Best Nails on smokey pt blvd. I had such a bad experience there that I decided to try out Pro Nails. I was skeptical, but with how my nails look and feel now, I will definitely be going back. They feel smooth and even, the lady listened to what I wanted, I had such a great experience. I went in to try this place out at 10:00 a.m. on a Monday and it was surprisingly busy. They had a good choice of polish colors for my pedicure. The lady who worked on my feet was very friendly and thorough. She used brushes, files, clippers, etc. The lotions they have smell wonderful. You get a foot message with your pedicure and the large chairs they have give you a back message. Good service at a great price! I walked out very happy! Read Less

Took my Grandaughters in. All 3 of us to have mani-pedis. While the girls (8 & 10) had their feet soaking, their fingernails were painted. No soaking, lotion or massage.  We each had 3 different people working on our feet. All three got different treatment. One got no leg/foot massage Anyway, all three of our feet were done and their hands were done (no drying lights, etc) and they had totally forgotten my hands. I decided not to remind them since I just wanted to go.Folks were friendly enough but inconsistent with their care.  Went there last spring and they spent lots of time with us.  This time we were in and out. If I could rate this place any lower I would. I visited this place a few months back and had the worst experience ever. I figured I would give them another try thinking maybe it was an off day!!! WRONG!!!! This place is so terrible I went in for a simple shellac and had nail polish everywhere but on my nail. I don't even believe the people working are licensed. Anyhow after telling her multiple time she didn't get all the old shellac off my nail she continued to tell me it was my skin. Omg I am so angry. The outcome was red nails that were painted unevenly and not painted no where near close to my cuticle with sides missing paint as well. Pro Nails:  11603 State Ave # C  Marysville, WA 98271(360) 651-7397The absolute worst manicure service, I have ever received.I was in and out (picking a color, manicure, paying and drying time) withing 20 minutes. Seriously.She started to file my nails and then just stopped at the second hand, first nail in and picked up the cuticle pusher which she only pushed 4 nails and then picked up the cuticle nippers. She cut back all my cuticles and then grabbed the debris on the nipper and threw it over her shoulder.Absolutely disgusting!!She took my hands, dabbed them in water, buffed them and literally, SLAPPED lotion on my hands. It felt like I was being beat up. Several times, as she was slapping the lotion on, my hand would get caught in her movement and jab myself.
