DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. It took them 2.5 hours to do a full set, which turned out absolutely HORRIBLE. 3 of them were crooked, 2 of them were the wrong shape, and one of them was lumpy!! Got my nails filled here with shellac and devorative...cost 40! Had to comeback less then a week later with a broken nail, but had no time to fix it, but t had time to offer a manicure and a fill...when I said no I was here less then a week ago they no time for a one nail fix until the next day. We have been coming here for years. I have 3 daughters and this is the only place I allow them to go for their nails as well. At ProNails they are about healthy REAL nails. I’ve been to other places before here that grind Nails so deep and destroy the real nail to put tips on, here it’s about growing your real nails out. They are amazing to work with, listen to your needs and their work lasts a long time. I’m very hard on my hands and my ANC lasts every time. Had an amazing experience! The wine was amazing . the lady that did my nails was amazing. The wine was amazing. My bridal party enjoyed it... The wine was amazing. Used to come here all the time and the man working here was friendly and nice, haven't been in a few months and came back and he is no longer here. The girls here are rude and unprofessional. Came to get an eyebrow wax and pedicure and left with half an eyebrow missing and a bad paint job. Would not recommend. Read Less

I found ProNails on Instagram while researching ANC. I traveled all the way from Syracuse, NY to get my nails done here for my bachelorette weekend (also in Saratoga). I got a pedicure by Bill, which was the most relaxing one I've ever received (I usually squirm and dislike pedis because they're uncomfortable, but he was so gentle yet great at what he does!!). Then I got ANC from Tracey, who did an amazing job!! I let her get creative because I had no idea what to get, and she did a beautiful job on my nails. Classy, yet with a fun flare!! If I could give 0 stars I would! A group of girls and I went in last Friday to get shellac nails and pedicures. We all notices issues the next day with both toes and fingers- bumpy, wavy polish, holes from bubbles and shellac lifting. Being it was a holiday weekend we were out of town until Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning as soon as the nail salon opened and made 3 appointments for us to get our nails fixed that evening. I showed up about 5 minutes before the others girls and the owner (I'm guessing) began lecturing her employees about taking proper notes and making sure they understand what the customer wants etc...it was pretty intense and definitely super awkward. I was finally sat down and they still didn't know what I wanted I had to explain again that we were all here to get our nails fixed not new appointments. The owner started lecturing her employees AGAIN! So intensely that one of the employees turned to me and started yelling at me "you didn't say 3 people" "you said you wanted fake nails". When I said no I called said 3 and that we were her last Friday, she cut me off "oh so you call Friday not today"...at that point she was yelling at me trying to make whatever issue was going on, my issue. I had enough and walked out. When my friends arrived they convinced me to go in and talk to them about getting them fixed or getting a refund. She then accused us of just wanting a refund because the weekend was over. She offered to fix them but at that point I had been yelled at and made to feel super uncomfortable! They clearly have some communication issues within there store that they need to work on BUT not in front of customers and not accusing them of things. It was so bad that one of the employees was crying as we left...and it wasn't because of us, it was because of her boss screaming! Read Less

I had a not very good experience with one of the technicians on 3/25/17.  Shellac started pealing on 3/29, I went back into the salon and Linda was very pleasant to deal with and fixed my nails without question.  Very happy customer and will definitely be returning. Read Less
