I have been coming to this place for 18 years then she treats my granddaughter like an ingrate. Made her pay for her nails before they were finished. My whole family came here all of a sudden Chrystal is talking behind my back again my younger daughter had 3 sets fell off. I think its because I they only use one primer now. She told her [ you only one with problem ] then basically told her to go somewhere else. I also have tried to do walk ins and she said I had to make an appointment that's treatment I got after 18 years. She always did walk- ins and made customers wait that had appointments. A lot of times even with an appointment I had to wait 15- 20 minutes. Imagine how much money I spent in 18 years. Then to be treated like less than. They treat people like ingrates. One thing I didn't know was they talk about you in Vietnamese while you are sitting in front of them. Yes I'm done . That is what you get for being consistant caring customer. They were quick to get me in a chair. Very nice, friendly. She rounded my nails too much when I told her I wanted squared. They are still squared, just not as much as I would have liked. I will be coming back here though, I really did love the service. Read Less

I've tried out nearly all of the nail salons in the area since moving here about a year and a half ago. Best nails is by far the best! I've been there over a dozen times and they've never made even a tiny mistake on my shellac manicures. They have a comfortable and friendly environment with great customer service! Read Less

I have been a customer there for years. It's still the clean place it has always been but the service has gone way down. You are greeted as an after thought and made to feel like your business isn't really necessary. The staff doesn't ask if you want a design on your toes, it's just change your color and out the door.Im  very disappointed Read Less

Nice people.  Not too clean.  Didn't use clean tools. Used their own fingernails to scrape off old shellac.  Didn't really listen to what I wanted but did a nice job.  I'm just used to salons getting their tools from the sanitizer and opening fresh packets to use on my nails.  Yelp review led me here but I don't think I will be back. I went here a little while ago to get my eyebrows waxed and did a great job. But I just went there and one of the lady's made my eyebrows look lopsided. She made it better but kept on making it look weird. Not going here anymore Read Less

Pros: friendly, very inexpensive (only $30 for pedicure with design), nice long massage and they did a wonderful job on my design!Cons: run down, I only saw 4 licenses and there were at least 6 people working, I'm skeptical about their hygiene practices, all of their implements seemed clean enough though well worn and I don't think they sterilize between clients, maybe at the the end of the day? I would love to give them a higher rating as I think the quality of their work is good, however the cons are a bit too heavy in weight, cleanliness matters. Read Less

I used to love this place, but after my most recent visit I'm kind of disgusted. My overall experience was quite poor, sadly. I was greeted with a less than pleasant attitude and nearly scoffed at for bringing my own polish. I had made an appointment for a single pedicure, because normally this salon is packed on Saturdays. Today was not the case. I was seated early, which was nice. My pedicure water was cold, even after asking the technician to adjust the temperature. The padding in the massage chair is completely worn out, so the seat was really uncomfortable. During my pedi, the girl was really aggressive with the pumice stone scrub - which looked less than clean to begin with. I'm no expert, but you don't need to scrub the arch of my foot. The skin there is pretty soft as it is, thanks. She was scrubbing everywhere but the places that needed it, so I finally just asked her to stop. Next up, massage. Again overly aggressive, digging her fingertips into my calf and down my shin. Eventually she rubbed so much/hard the lotion had entirely disappeared and it was rubber glove on skin. Not pleasant. Again, had to ask her to stop. Shortly after that she painted my toenails. No complaints. Then, escorted me to the drying area. GROSS. The floors need a serious deep cleaning and I was hesitant to walk barefoot across them. I sat at the drying station, and with nothing more to do started looking around. This is worst part of my review. I was absolutely mortified by the state of the carpet, and the corner of the salon near the drying area. Absolutely disgusting, obvious mold, and a chunk of the wall rotted away. The carpet had obviously not been vacuumed anytime recently, there is no way that the level of gunk on it came from the two hours they'd been open for the day. Never again will I return. Sorry, but there are much better salons in the area that are well kept and much cleaner than this. Read Less

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst shellac French tips. Looks like I painted the line for the white tips with my left hand, completely uneven and the line is messy (I could have grabbed the brush and done it better). Paint on my hand too. Okay service. I'm trying to find a place in Arlington but I think I'll just keep making the trek to Lynnwood to see my regular salon again.*I use to go here a few years ago and they were great but I definitely didn't get that service today. Love this place! They do amazing and everyone is really nice!! The prices are good pedi's are wonderful, massage feels great! They do a good job w/ waxing too!! I would recommend them to anyone!!  The salon is not a fancy spa, but it's clean and tidy. The bathroom is shared with all the business in the building which is odd, but it works. Read Less

This business definitely went above and beyond the call of duty in order to give myself and my best friend a good experience. It was a Saturday around 6:30pm (they close at 7). I was nervous that we were going to be a burden considering I had to get a full set, pedicure, and an eyebrow wax, as well as not get as good of service because they had to rush.This facility granted the exact opposite of that. First they welcomed us warmly and asked why we were coming in today ( I was getting married in a few days). They were so excited for us and had us sit down immediately. They chairs were a little outdated, as was the building, however still fairly OK considering some of the other places that I have been. They got to work immediately with our toes and took their time!!! They massaged our legs and put the paraffin wax on, and the water was at just the right temperature. At this point, they had us stand up in the paraffin wax (I thought it was a little unsafe but they made sure we were walking carefully) and start on our manicures. There were three total people who all worked on us, and each one showed a great deal of effort into my manicure. They made sure not to hurt my skin at all when shaping the nails, and took special care with each nail, taking a little extra time but making the manicure now last over two weeks. Why does this facility only receive four stars? Well simply because the facility was a little unclean in the back room. When I went to get my eyebrows waxed (they did a great job by the way), they didn't change out the towel that looked a little worn from the last person that used the bed, and there were stacks of clutter all around, with old wax stuck to the walls and old strips lying about. Not very sanitary. However they did an amazing job and went way over their closing time which I really did appreciate.8/10 would recommend this to others, their quality of work surpasses the cleanliness of this shop by far. Pros: Very sweet ladies. I really love my nails they shaped them perfectly. And the design is better than expected. Pedicure massage was very nice. Cheap prices, I got a pedicure,fill with design and wax for $48Cons: extremely dirty. Bugs and ants in the bathroom and salon. I not once saw them Clean pedicure bowls. My massage chair didn't really work. They bounce back and forth between clients and I don't like that. I'm paying for relaxation. Stay with me. I got a wax and the wax room was gross. I was recommended to this nail salon from a coworker. I am extremely picky with how my nails look. I'm pretty much seeking for perfection at all times and will continue to look for a salon that will provide that for me. As far as this nail salon it's looks are average, nothing fancy, but is kept clean. The nail techs speak good enough english(I point this out because I have been to places where their English is so broken, I've had to leave. It's fairly easy for me to understand majority of the time because my mom is Filipino & has an accent). Anyways, my first visit with was about a 1.5 weeks ago I went in, was immediately greeted and then I started to look at the polish. After some time of going back and forth I was offered to look at their collection of shellac colors. I've never gotten shellac and figured why not. Finally chose a beautiful vampy red. I had them put on a new set because the previous set was HORRIBLY done, glue under nails/ two broken nails(I've never had this issue), just plain yucky. I don't like the way she was talking my nails off, she tried to be as gentle as possible I could tell but it hurt like a mother f'er. She was literally just cutting it off and slipping a nail under the acrylic and pulling it off of my natural nails. Not cool. Anyways, after that everything was perfect. She gave me guidance as to each step that she was doing. This isn't my first time getting my nails done, but it was nice to have her explain her methods. My nails are shaped EXACTLY how I love them to be. I usually go home and reshape my nails because typically it isn't shaped the way I like them to be. After all this, I do recommend this place.
