Loved my experience with the Herbal Pedicure! I couldn't really smell the oil they put in the water, but that doesn't mean it wasn't working wonders. I left feeling so relaxed! ...the only draw back was that I put my regular shoes on TWO HOURS after my pedicure, for only 45 minutes and my polish got completely destroyed (pictured). Came here for the first time today, March 2, for a spa mani with a fun birthday motiff paint job. I wasn't thinking and didn't research any designs, but Ann looked on her phone and we chose a birthday balloon design. It came out REALLY cute! This is the BEST places I've had my nails done. I only go to Mi who worked with me and tried a couple different methods to see which my nails best responded to. The place is on the more expensive side but Its worth it because I don't feel rushed and my nails always last. They give you a glass of wine, pedicures are awesome and best of all they have online booking! Read Less

Very clean and nice facilities. I like that she put a base coat on and took the time to prep the nails appropriately, my nails look beautiful. They could improve by offering hand lotion with hand massage or neck rub and trim up cuticles as the place I've gone in the past does provide these extra touches and I like part of the experience. They are a bit more costly by $5-$10 for the area, but the color selection, attention to client (they were not answering phones or talking to other clients too much) and cleanliness make up for that. *UPDATE - I went back to the shop to fix nails and I must say it was ALOT better. Trang was great! She explained what she would do to fix the nails and showed what she would do next. It was very helpful. She reshaped my nails to make it more almond and then continued to correct the smile line. In the end I am very happy with this outcome! * First time getting white tips and I must say it was a good experience.Mind you I did not have an appointment but I DID call ahead to see if they would even have the time for a pedicure and manicure, thus I was very grateful that they accommodated me as a walk in. There was 1 other person being serviced so I was able to be seated quickly. During the pedicure, it was very relaxing but my focus was on my nails because it was the first time ever getting white tips. When my pedicure was done, I moved to the nail area to finish up.During the entire thing, I noticed that they did try to fix their mistakes but the over all look was still not perfect. I unfortunately don't know how to address this as it is my first time going through this process.In the end, my pedicure came out nice for 30$. But the white tips with gel coating was something of a miss for me. For 40$ You can see the imperfections, the smile line on my right hand is not clean, there are bubbles in the gel, and there are places that the gel was not applied correctly. I started coming here last December when my usual place was too busy to do a fill & color design for our annual Christmas party. Trang did the fill and nail color. First time in years I didnt have nicks in my cuticles, and she did an awesome job on the snow flake designs. She is my nail gal! including my pedicures.  Everyone here is just wonderful. The owner is great and every gal in there seems to have their specialty from nails, to waxing, to lash extensions and eyebrow tinting. I have been in for just about every service except the lash extensions so I cant attest to anything other that what I have seen on others and they look awesome! I moved to Maple Valley a little over a year ago and tried several local nail salons to find the right one. Bellissimo Lashes and Nails wins hands down. The salon is modern, kept very neat and clean, and the women in there are always friendly. Trang has been doing my nails for several months now, and she does a fantastic job with my acrylic gel nails. I've also used their services for pedicures and waxing. However, I have been visiting this shop more because of their great customer service as well as their friendly staff, especially the owner Sa who is very good listener and give good recommendation on colors choice since I m not good at picking color. Thank you Mai for my wonderful lashes! I came to Bellissimo a few months ago. Mai has worked on my lashes several time and has done amazing work! I don't have much to work with as far as my lashes but she has made them look healthy and full!! Bellissimo overall has excellent customer service and care! I've been coming to this place for months now to get lash extensions and I could not be more thrilled! I have a standing weekly appointment with Mai that I try to never miss. She and the owner always make me feel relaxed and comfortable (they're pretty funny too)! Mai does great work and continually checks to see if I am happy with my services to which I say YES! :)  My clients and people comment on my eyelashes all the time. I'm often asked if they are real and that's because they look so natural and good! On top if it, they are comfortable. I typically forget I even have extensions on until someone asks. Have been to so many different places in town for pedicures. This is by far the cleanest, friendliest and value for money in Wellington. Their polish lasts ages and they tidy the feet amazingly. Great staff, the only thing missing is the bubbles . Will keep coming back for sure! Read Less

My first time getting eyelash extensions. The place is nice and clean. Sa was very professional and made me feel comfortable. She also has experience in putting a variety of lashes on for Vegas performers and people like me who want a subtle look. The eyelashes are flattering, yet very natural. I've been getting a lot of compliments on them. I also like how the products are safe and non-allergenic. Definitely recommend this place! Read Less
