I love what the new owners have done ao far, been going to this place for year and very pleased with the service. Great pedicures and manis. I'm my go-to place for waxing. The only thing bothers me is seeing news on the TVs. The place should be a place to relax, I could watch news at the dentist but not in a place that should be a getaway from stress. Wasted my time i was generous enough to lay 40 they didn't even do classic pedicure the manicure wad done twice they had a picture to go off of and still couldnt accomplish it was not fancy design. Not very happy with my nails or my experience there. I got a full set of a acrylics & when we were getting started he asked me what shape I wanted them so I told him I wanted coffin shaped nails to which he replied "Oh no, not coffin, those are ugly"... He also did not listen to me when I tried telling him a couple of my nails were uneven in length & just continued on without fixing them... I asked for glitter polish on just the bottom half of my nails (showed him a picture & everything) he applied it almost to the top & very splotchy... I also ended up with multiple lumpy feeling nails. All in all I just felt like he was rushing through the whole thing & didn't care about taking his time to give me good quality work. Went to get a brand new set. Haven't had nails in about 4 years. I asked for pink and he said you'll get white. He rushed threw me to get to the next customer. He handed me off to another girl to paint my nails and I asked her to even them out cause they were crooked. He didn't use the drummer under my nails to even out the real to the acrylic. And not even a week later they are lifting...... I will never go here again. They're just worried about the buck not the work..... And they over charge. Read Less

Stopped in for a much needed pedi, as it was convenient in location from where I was at. Friendly greeting at the door, clean salon and nice selection of colors to chose from. Basic Pedi was 45 min ($22) with a great foot & calf massage. Toes look great! I'll be back. :) Read Less

I had meteocre service at best today. I got a mani/pedi, the place was empty, but I feel like my service was rushed through. I got a half assed massage, and a half assed nail job. She rushed doing the base coat, and didn't cover my nails completely, so after the polish and top coat went on it looked like I painted over a bad polish job under. If I wasn't under a time crunch I wouldn't have had her do it over. Not worth my money. Never going back. Read Less

Two things to know in advance, I'm a guy; and I've never had a manicure before.  Until very recently, I had the awful habit of biting my nails.  When I had oral surgery that had me sore for a few weeks, it was long enough to let me finally kick my terrible habit for good!  So I was in the weird position of being an adult that had never learned how to trim and file his own nails appropriately. A female friend suggested a manicure, and since Nail Masters is right next door to my barber, I figured "why not?".Although I was a bit nervous at first, I dropped in after my next haircut.  Amy met me at the door and put me at ease right away.  I thought no appointment might be a problem, but they said as long as they can fit me in, walk in's are fine.  From there on, everything was great.  She took the time to explain what each step was about, and I now return twice a month to keep looking clean and neat. My nails look so much better now (and don't worry, men - not the least bit feminine).  The hand massage sure helps forget sitting at a computer and typing all day too.So,my recommendation? For the reasonable cost, easy location (in the Fred Meyer strip mall, right next door to the Barber Shop), and the pleasant people there - you should trying adding an few more minutes to your grooming efforts and visit Nail Masters.  It's well worth it.  I've enjoyed the positive comments I've received too...! Based on the earlier reviews I felt pretty safe about trying this place.  Having recently moved to Lynnwood, I decided the trek to see my usual nail tech in North Everett would be a stretch.  Boy was that a mistake!  Without doubt, this was the WORST mani/pedi I've ever received.  My toenails look like they were painted by a 4 year-old, and my fingernails are jagged and keep catching on everything.  All my nails are at odd angles and have uneven lengths.  I suppose I should have walked right out when I saw the negligent manner they keep their polish station -- complete with some very OLD bottles of Avon polish and a serious layer of dust in the display cabinet.  Yet I stupidly stayed.Do yourself a favor and stay far afield of this place.  Lesson learned for me - I paid $35, and will likely have to pay that amount and more to get this mess fixed.  Honestly, if I could have given a negative star rating I would!!! I love this place and am a regular. They are very affordable and the ladies are very nice. It's very clean and not cramped at all. I love getting pedicures here. I've gone to a few other more expensive places in the area and my polish chipped within a few days. I never have that problem with Nail Masters. The massage chairs are great too. Read Less

These girls are amazing. Not a lot of people know about them, they're just right across from LA fitness in the Mill Creek Town Center. Great service and every single lady had a smile to their face. BROKE FEET TRYING TO LOOK CUTE.I went here this past weekend with 3 of my girlfriends. We absolutely loved their service. 2 of the 4 of us get pedicures but 2 of my other friends never had. I've had different experiences when getting a ped. Good and... bad. But at this place, LOVE IT. Love the little asian ladies who took care of us. They were so friendly and sweet. Love the prices, $27 total for a spa pedicure with airbrush design of a flower. Love the chairs, they have back massaging (usually nail places dont have that). Loved how they hand massage my legs. The other place I usually go the ladies massage my legs too hard and bruise my legs. But this place, gentle! We plan to go back here every other week to get our pedicures done. I'd drive the distance from w. seattle to lynnwood. This place is very well recommended to whoever. Read Less
