The more I think about my experience here, the less stars I want to give.Two of us came here for pedicures and we both asked for the Signature. Problem #1: No consistency between the two pedicures. We were sitting side by side and the quality difference was very obvious. Problem #2: When the person working on my feet was scrubbing them, she hardly did anything to the calloused parts, but she did manage to scrape the side of my heel where the soft tissue is. Two weeks later and it's almost healed.Problem #3: The nail polish application was very sloppy. She put it on and left. When I looked at her work I noticed that the skin on my toes was covered in polish. I waited to see if the woman would return. She did not, so I tried to fix it myself unsuccessfully. TERRIBLE PLACE First issue is the place is not very professional there was a dog running around then the lady who owns the shop unbuttoned her pants saying they were digging into her stomach she could have simply excused her self but she didn’t I wanted a full set and I wanna ombré and studs on my nails she said it would be 55$ I asked multiple times if she could and she agreed she couldn I said that’s fine I then picked my color then they took my acrylics off and they did not treat my reall nail well they make there nails bleed they finally got started after makeing my nails bleed she fish’s putting my acrylics on and shapeing them after they are about to start painting they say can you pick a different color and I’m really annoyed at this point they get a different color that they think match’s it and it dose not then she puts the nail polish back with all of the nail polish she paints my nails the color is off from the one I picked she does the ombré and this lady did the worse ombré it was not grandint whatsoever it looked as if she painted white just on the top no blending she starts to put sparkle powder on top she asks me if I like it I say no I don’t the picture has stud this is sparkles the lady says we are going to put studs on top I said why would u do that if your just gonna cover it she try’s to tell me in the photos it’s sparkle powder I said no it’s studs we are going back and forth she then tried to snatch my phone because I’m showing her the photo and how it dosent look the same as what’s on my nails she says well what do you want me to do I say don’t charge me for the studs or sparkles just for the full set she gives me back now it’s 25$ for the full set 5$ for ombré so in reality I should have been charged 30$ so I should have got back 25$ but I only got 10$ back and she still proceeded to argue with me even when I was getting my money back whatever you do please don’t give this nasty unprofessional rude business your money Read Less

I came in for the first time last Friday during lunch hour. I asked for a fill and the first nail technician was removing the old polish and the owner was watching over her giving her pointers. I like the fact that she corrected how the lady was holding the tool so she wouldn't knick me. Joanna the owner took over and asked me what I didn't like at my last nail place so she can do better. She didn't put down the other nail artist, in fact she said she did a good application. She is a respectable business woman, fun to talk to so I definitely will be seeing her again for my 2 week Fill! Read Less

The people were so nice and the end result was great! My pedicure was really relaxing and even though the wait time was long, the owner gave me a discount due to it. The best pedicure and shellac mani I've had in a while. The older man (owner?) did my pedicure massage and it was amazing, and whoever did my pedi was great too! Jessica did my shellac manicure and she did an awesome job. They were thorough and took their time. Found my new nail spot close to home! Read Less

I made an appointment at 2:15 for two full sets. Arrived at 2:19pm. Someone rudely, said that I was late so she had already 3 people in front of me. Had a shellac manicure on Friday, didn’t even last 24 hours.. I’ve never had a problem with shellac manicures. Went back today for them to fix it because all 10 fingers were chipped- the lady had an attitude the entire time as if it was an inconvenience- if it was done correctly the first time she wouldn’t have to fix it. I hate my nails, they are spotted and uneven. The worst part was when I paid for them on Friday the lady charged my card an amount more then she quoted then had the nerves to say “ oh metallic is 30” that’s not ok - she should of told me before and let me make the decision if I still want it. Love love love this nail salon haven’t had my nails perfected like this in a long while and it was much needed. The staff was polite the manager was very helpful and the lady who did my nails put lots of attention to shaping my nails in the end they looked flawless. Bad experience!!!!. I made an appoiment for first time. The owner was really rude woman. She let me with one hand in the water, and she went with other customer, no explanation. Horrible!!! This place is the real deal!! Today is my daughter's 13th birthday and they quickly accommodated our group of 4 right at opening. Each of the gals was precise and very sweet- even doing a beautiful flower for my daughter. My friend and I have been on a hunt for a nail salon that will get creative with us and do a great quality fill at the same time, and this is the place!I came in with caked-on glitter polish that was a real bear to remove, but Rebecca patiently worked through until my nails were back to perfect.The whole team works really well together, switching out as needed so that you always have the person who is best for what you need, and they were great at communicating what was possible and what we would need to work with them on.All in all, a perfect experience! My nail Artist Annie was out of town and I rarely go anywhere else to get my nail done. I have sensitive skin and many specific needs for my nails. I told them I do not like the harsh grit files for acrylic and the had noo problem switching files. All there files are brand new. They offer Arizona Green tea and water if you would like, and they also take the time to give you exactly what you want. The photo I post was the one with Chrome nails. They do an excellent job.. This is my new favorite nail salon to go to! It's close to home and everyone is very friendly! I told them I wanted a fill and black shellac over my acrylic and white flower design with glitter and some bling. I told them no tropical flowers..they did an AMAZING JOB! After carefully checking all the reviews on various sites, I decided to call and make an appointment. The saline has the highest ratings of all the bussiness around. As a result I am in love of my nail on hands and toes. I felt like e prince in the 30 min pedicure procedure. Then I was off to my manicure station.
