I do not post reviews usually, Unless I am very impressed. Which indeed I certainly am. Herbal Nails is very sanitary kept up on all maintenance. Their bathroom is so pretty! Nonetheless, I love the atmosphere.Everyone is so welcoming unlike a lot of the places in town. It feels like you are in an actual spa and pampered as every woman should. You're offered a beverage and the OWNER goes above and beyond for his client tell. He has great nail techs all around .However Susan is by far my favorite. Tracy and Jessie took great care of me. Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure and didn't realize how many pedicure options they have! Opted for scrub, mask, and hot stone massage. For nails I went with chrome like finish ($15 extra but worth it) and am very happy! Friendly, clean, and thorough. I never once felt rushed, nice and relaxing! I'll be back. Read Less

I wish I could have given them more stars. Absolutely above and beyond service and end product. I am IN LOVE with my nails the way Lilly did them for me! I came in originally asking for forms and a full color, but she asked me some questions, and we came to the conclusion that tips and a builder gel would be best. I've never seen another shop use the pink hardening builder gel yet. Ive only ever seen videos of professionals using it before, so I know it is great product. Which Lilly reassured me she ships in all the best products! The gel feels extra light and doesn't feel like pressure constantly like the acrylics do. She was very quick, but still made sure to go back and check everything, and go back to perfect every finger. Then to top it all off she rubbed my hands with lotion and it felt amazing! I have been coming here every two weeks for the past 6 months, and am NEVER disappointed! The shop is very clean, organized and cared for. I've had the pleasure of getting my nails done by several nail techs and each one is friendly, and very talented. I am usually one to go home and re-shape my nails, and I have never felt the need to do so after coming here! I will not be coming back to this salon. I have had acrylics off and on over the last 16 years. I went in t have a full set put on for my anniversary and they looked beautiful. That night one of the clear gem fell off. This could not be fixed as the gem went who knows where. I had them on each finger so it looked really funny to have an odd one. There was no time to call the salon as we left on the trip very early the next day and I was one of the last customers of the evening that I was there. A couple of days after the set is put on, one finger began hurting so severely I could not usr my left hand at all. I eventually found a nail file and with time filed that painful nail off. Once it was gone there was instant relief. This has never happened to me before with a set. Now my Hans look really goofy with 2 odd nails that don't match. Upon returning home, I went to another salon that was gracious and fixed the problem. Now all 10 nails match. Read Less

Had a bad experience a few weeks ago however the manager reached out to me immediately after I posted the review. He offered to fix my nails for free and was very nice. Got them fixed today and they look amazing very happy with this fix. Definitely making this my new regular. Also they have insanely clean equipment out of the 2 years I've been getting my nails done they have one the cleanest salons. 😁 Read Less
