They do great work. Acrylic nails stay on along time and the workmanship is good. I have tried to get more detailed art work but they want to charge much more or I'm told that people to detailed work for photos, it's just not practical! Unless I want to pay almost double! I did not go here however a friend of mine did and she was treated so disrespectfully and discriminated against she walked out in tears! All because of a post another customer saw on facebook and recognized my friend, she decided to be rude to her and humiliate her in front of the entire shop. And THEN the owner instead of doing what he SHOULD have done which is to ask the rude customer to leave he told my friend "we don't like your kind around here i am going to have to ask you to not return" my friend being the person she is, still paid and left a tip for the technician as she left in tears. That is UNACCEPTABLE and i will make sure everyone knows not to go here and judging from previous reviews they seem completely irresponsible. Don't worry there are plenty of people doing the same and this will be shared on Facebook! Horrible people and horrible business and you should be ashamed and i hope you get shut down!! Read Less

What I wanted versus what I got. They have shellac colors in bundles which are incredibly difficult to go through to determine the color you want. They rush you. Don't try to converse with you. All they care about is making money not ensuring a good visit. Mandatory tip. Very disappointed in the service I got. Love it, love it, live it! I called in and a man answered, he spoke very good clear English, I met him later, seemed like the manager/owner.No appointment needed, almost full house, took me  right away. About a dozen staff members working hard, this place is the biggest salon I've ever been to. The staff members all wear matching aprons, so cute! ^~^ I got the Signature Pedi for $35 ( 1 hour long, includes mask, hot stone massage and paraffin wax) OMG! What an affordable luxury! This place is the worst money-hungry, churn and burn shop run by smack talking people with zero accountability. I'm so over this place. I've been going here for about 2 years and ask myself why I go here every time bc I listen to the owners talking smack about their customers every time I'm in there. Why would I keep giving my money to a place like this?I finally got my wake up call today to make the decision that I'm never ever going back to this shit-show.  A half hour after getting a shellac manicure, it started to peel off. I called and spoke to the owner-husband Ken who told me to come in. When I went in, I told the owner Terry, she wasn't capable of correcting the issue, but rather blamed me for not making an appointment. I told her I called and talked to Ken who told me to come in, so I came in. She then literally gave me the hand as she was yelling at me and walked away. She gave me the silent treatment and pretended she was on the phone when I called after the and said "Did you just give me the hand??" Lol, I couldn't believe this childish behavior from a business owner, so I then asked for a refund ($25). She then came back and literally started yelling at me about "No! No refund! We have a wedding! My husband wrong! You come back another time but you need to make appointment. If you don't like, then you don't come back."Holy moly! Color me shocked and appalled. Best mail place around Lynnwood/Everett area. Open every day. I can always get in quickly even though they are the busiest nail place I have been to. They do a great job on full sets and fills. Their shellacs are the best around. Seldom do I needed to get repairs, but the one time I did, they did it quickly and no arguments. Very gracious staff! Love this place! Read Less

This is a really good place very friendly and good quality work. I went there I only waited 10 minutes for a seat (because they had other people there) they give great massages and you can talk to them!!! I went with my hubby and they were very nice to him and he enjoyed himself. They are fairly priced 20 for a pedi and 10 for a mani, I will deffinitely go back there. Read Less
