I did not not even give this place a star, but had to, so I could post this.. Watch out for the owner/man who greets and answers phone. Very dishonest and unethical. Because we had gift cards from Christmas we have made two visits. Both times he charged and extra $10.00. But today I caught him in his little trick. My husband took our gift cards to pay and was told we owned $10.00 more and when he asked why was given the impression it was for tax (a lot of tax on $60.00 services). What happened next made me realize something was up when the owner came to the person who had done my feet and handed her money said something to her in their language, laughing look over at my husband. The lady he gave money too looked shocked as she knew I had tipped her well and so had my husband his lady. She had no problem taking the funds. When my nails we dry and I went over to my husband I asked if he double tipped and he said no, but had to pay $10.00 more. I asked for the receipt to see the actual charges there was no charge for tax. We left and I was so mad I went back in and confronted the owner. When I told him what I watched him do and that we had already tipped our ladies and my husband did not tell him to take $10.00 for tips he did refund the money. It's not right to rip off customers and mock them. He made fun of customers with his staff and they all found it entertaining. Sad way to do business. Read Less

They overcharge and there are plenty of other places that do better work for less. There is a man that is walking around looking over all of the techs work. If you ask questions he will step in and talk over the techs. It was a little strange. Also, when I went to pay he charged me far more than was on the menu which seems to be a common theme here judging by the other reviews. I have been here twice. I was not thrilled the first time but thought I would give them another shot- I won't be back. Gave 2 stars because the interior is nice and pretty clean. Read Less

Visited this place last week. The guy ( kinda owner) briefly asked what i need and asked me to go back?! pointing at some doors in the back. There was many customers in the saloon and they all had a smile when he said that because apparently he always says that leaving the customer(i) confused. To add to it now i was standing in the center with confused staff who didn't know where to take me to. Finally i got seated in the room and waited. Then a staff comes over and she was professional who was licensed in waxing. She was already working on a nail of a customer and had to drop it to come help me. I think it was unfair and there should be some clear direction from that man( kinda owner) who over sees the operation. Either he should say" not all staff are licensed and the one we have is with a customer who has an appointment instead of asking me to go no where and stand" . The gal who did the waxing did a good job but i doubt i will come back given the way things are operating in the saloon. Employees are rushed and i have seen them even skip meal breaks because the man calls out to them to assist without directions! Read Less

I normally have a decent experience when I come here but the last time I came in here was bad. I wear shellac nails and the gal that did my nails used a file to take off my shellac no cotton ball and foil at all, the manicure was horrible and every one of my nails was a different shape and length and she painted them the wrong color. The guy at the counter was less than helpful. I was in there an hour and half before they closed and was the only one there, I understand why. I won't be back either! Read Less

I made an appointment to get a shellac manicure and met Jenny, who was wonderful, friendly and funny! She did an incredible job on my nails and took her time to make my nails look nice! Lee showed me the new VIP Vogue nail color collection and it was hard to choose just one. The amazing part about this new product line is that there is no need for alcohol spray in the end. I went in with my bridesmaids for a mix of pedicures, manicures, and gel manicures. We had made an appointment and showed up on time. My fill with gel was done very quickly and sloppy- I am still picking pieces of acrylic off my skin. I was supposed to also have a pedicure, but as time went on and more people showed up, they were continually sat before me. I ended up bailing on my pedicure as all my friends were done and I didn't want them to be waiting for the staff to eventually get to me. After all this, my nails were $45 for a lackluster fill with gel polish. I had gone here in the past and it was always great. But needless to say, I will not be back. Read Less

So I paid for an acrylic take off and a basic French tip with regular nail polish. I asked him for fix my ring finger multiple times because it was crooked and he still left it messed up. Also it was expensive .. I paid 30 for what looks like a 15 dollar job . My friend got a very messy pedicure as well. Very unhappy with the job and I will never come here again. Read Less

Very lazy with their work. Ive gone a total for four times because its a very easy location for me to get to and each time it has been poor quality. First time I got gel all over my fingers, 2nd time gel nail polish did not even last 3 days for my honeymoon. 3rd time I did sns and they did not even want to push my cuticles back before doing my nails. I asked her to push them back and she said it would be extra. 50 dollar service and you dont even prep my nails!? Each time I had a different person, I thought maybe I just had a bad tech but ive had 4 different ones and they all except one did a horrible job. My first visit to this salon and got a full set of acrylics with regular polish in a coffin shape, done by Tony. Almost all of my fingers have cuts along the cuticles and HURT. The coffin shape is inconsistent among nails and the tops are not straight. I will not be returning. Read Less

So i tried this place twice. The first time i got a deluxe pedi and gel nails. The pedicure was done average but the gel nails were done very sloppy. I had polish i had to scrub off when i got home. I complained to the manager and both nail techs said its not a big deal you can use alcohol to get it off. The nail polish was everywhere on the sides and tips of my nails. I was really disappointed because as a paying customer i should not have to clean up after their work. Despite my first experience i went back a second time for the sns nails. They are 50 bucks but one thing you should know is that the nsil tech told me they do not fix your cuticles when they do this service. I was surprised because at 50 your nails should look neat not just slap on some fake nails and call it a day. Won't be giving them a third chance Read Less

Mixed reviews after two visits. The first time I came here it was on Mother's Day with a friend and we were "walk-ins." I was surprised that we got in immediately even though they were pretty busy.  We got pedicures and got to sit next each other which we weren't expecting on this day but they made it work. The chairs are comfortable and they line the soakers with what looks like a giant shower cap so they remain sanitary.  I enjoyed the fact that they offer wine (red or white) and on Mother's Day, Mimosas.  First experience was relaxing from start to finish and cost was average.  My second experience was a big difference.  I will preface the second half of this review with this: it was a Friday afternoon during Prom Week.  I get it, it's going to be busy, but that's where a different level of customer service should kick in, like setting realistic expectations for your customers. If you tell me the wait will be 20 min and you insist that I can be helped at that time, please keep as close to your word as possible especially if I ask, "are you sure? Is that worst case?"I'm trying to plan my day and also let them off the hook if it isn't realistic. But they insisted. I was seated 20 min later, however, I sat at one station with half of my nails treated and was then abandoned without any information. I was then asked to move to another station with someone else until a person with an appointment came in. I was moved for a 3rd time just to sit and wait for someone else to help me. After my 4th move I tried to keep my cool and just push on, I was already committed. The nails came out fine but I hated the way that experience revealed this spas ability to handle customer service under pressure.  I'll come back in a pinch but will be returning to my preferred nail salon which is sadly further away. The salon looks nice enough.  The pedi chairs look good.  The place is large - lots of technicians so walk ins are fine.  My daughter was just wanting a change of pace from the salon she had been using for the last several years.  We came here for a fill and polish change.  She gets the gel, and she tried a chrome finish this time.  They charged us 60.00.  The menu of services is vague as hell.  It says things like "22.00 and up".  The same services cost 32.00 at our salon.  We will not be coming back.  I wonder if that one time scam that earned them 28.00 is worth a solid twice a month customer over several years?   These people are pretty dumb. EDIT - came in for a 35.00 pedi.  The chairs are good.  The people are very nice.  But I was in and back out in less than half an hour and my feet were still covered in dead skin, with major callouses on my heels (sorry for the graphics - first pedi of the year).  I asked for those problems to be corrected.  They didn't even put lotion on my feet before I left.  I would post a picture, but I don't want any judging.  I will get on it with my Clarisonic Pedi tomorrow.  Not what I paid for - no more chances.  This place is missing the mark. First time going here and this will be my nail go to. They're so kind and they make sure you're getting exactly what you want. The place is really clean and they check up on you to make sure you're comfortable. The nails turned out AMAZING and look super professional. This was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I even had the owner working on me, but apparently what the customer wants on their own feet isn't what this spa gives. I was outraged at the way I was treated. Not only was I told that my color choices were ugly and "not cute", but when I asked for a specific design, I was again told that it was "not cute", and then she did her own design, telling me "see, this is cute." When I specifically said, "no this is not what I want," she took off the nail polish all together, and she was not friendly about it in the least ... but she truly hadn't been friendly in the first place. None of the girls talked to any of their customers, I noticed, only conversing with themselves in their own language. I am completely appalled at this business and would absolutely tell anyone looking for a good experience to AVOID Casabella Spa and Nails at all costs. Read Less
