Two of us made an full set appointment for 930, one wasn’t seen until 10 and the other until 1045. We didn’t get out of there until just before noon. When we started I specifically asked for acrylic tips, no UV gel or powder. My friends technician gave me a hard time about the length of nails we wanted. When I was asked to move to a different chair I asked if I could stay to sit next to the friend I booked with. I was able to stay for a few more minutes before having to move.... My friends technician than made a comment before moving her a few minutes later saying “let’s move over there since your friend can’t sit alone.” They openly mocked us and our style decisions and told my friend that her nails didn’t look good but didn’t offer to fix them. When we went to pay they said it was $50 each plus tax. The pricing chart said a full set was $30. I questioned this and the woman ringing us up said “yes for the UV gel” and I said I specially asked not to have that done. She then says “oh it’s for the shape... and shellac” and we said “you charge to shape the nail? And how much is shellac?” And she kept fumbling with prices until she managed to add up to $50. I left feeling sooo pleased with my nails although it was expensive and some of the workers were kind of rude. Not even 3 days later and my gel polish has already chipped off... 5 days and one broke off at the top. Read Less

Love this place! Won't go anywhere else. Stumbled upon this place after having a terrible experience at another local nail salon. Every time I go in, the ladies remember me and what shape I always get my nails. I don't even have to say I'm there to get a fill anymore! Always professional and hardworking. Why doesn't this place have better reviews?! Or an overall rating?! My friend and I went to get our nails done for homecoming. I now love this place and I've only been here once. It is decently priced for a shellac manicure at $26. They lasted longer as well. The staff is very friendly but not as talkative, but that's ok! The radio station they play is good too and not that basic instrumental tunes you hear at other places.10/10!!!I'm satisfied and I hope to go here again soon:) Read Less

These ladies are amazing it was our second time going here and they did even better the second time I didn't think they could do better. The ladies are very nice. Even when they're busy they do not try to rush through doing your nails they do a very good job still.very happy we found our new nail place! Read Less

horrible experience . I was there 3 days ago after reading the very good reviews but had a very bad experience probably the worst ave ever had with eyebrow waxing. the lady sounded very pleasant in the beginning but things changed when I asked her to do an adjustment. she was very angry and rushed through n within no time she walked out without saying a word after giving me a dirty mirror to check my eyebrows . my face was all red! i can never go back. I got my nails done tonight for the first time here in Washington. I am so pleased with the job they did. I made an appointment for after work, and didn't have to wait at all. I'm on my feet 10 hours a day, so the massage with the pedicure was just what I needed. I got a gel manicure, and the lady did such a great job. Took my 7 year old to get nails painted. The staff greeted us upon entry. My daughter was services right away. The nail tech did a neat job painting her tiny fingers. The cost was only $5. The shop was clean. The pedicure chairs have disposable liners. The one thing that I wasn't pleased with is when I asked how much the service would be the lady said $5 then immediately started laughing and speaking in another language. She quickly corrected her behavior. I will try Yes nails again. My fingers are crossed that this will be my go to place. Read Less
