I had such a horrible experience. They do not do what they say they do. Let’s start with the pedicure... it said I was going to get a 22 min massage and it was more like 5 mins each foot. They didn’t even clean my toes I had to ask them to do it. The only painted a one coat no top coat and by the time I left on two of my toes the nail polish chipped off. The. I realized they didn’t even paint my one side of my toe. Then My manicure i asked for a trim (I have long nails) and they cut it all the way down to my skin to the point where they couldn’t even file it without filing my skin. I asked if they could do a specific design and showed them my grandmothers nails they said yes. They put the gel base on all my nails and then did one nail design it wasn’t at all what I asked I said it doesn’t look like what I showed can you look at it again(my grandma was right there)? They spoke to each other in Vietnamese and the they took it off and yelled at me (after spending 2 hours there) saying ok I take it off and you go just pay $12 for manicure! By that time I lost my patience with them..... I said you mean to tell me im going to walk out without any painted nails and she said yes ylu nkt happy with your design. I said hell no you didn’t even try. Another woman came sat down painted my nails and askedis this what your looking for? I said yes thank you. My mom walked in and this lady 3 times said to my mom (I’m a 35 year old grown woman) you look nice your daughter she’s mean. 3 times. My mom asked after the 2nd time what happen? I told her everything and the last time the lady said that my mother told her she is only mean if your nasty to her! She checked on my grandma and asked me did you choose purple for your grandma I said no. And they her nails seeing they only did half a had and didn’t even change her toes. So....... if there was a zero I would choose a zero but they don’t. My recommendation is do not go there they say $35 but you walk out paying $100 for nothing they do. They are awful. If you want just a one coat of paint no top coat and pay an arm and a leg the by al means this is the place for you!

First time here. I like how many steps they took for the pedi, but the sign outside says "Tues $15 pedi" turns out they have an everyday express pedi for $15 and that's what they meant. Opted for the $22 one. They did a good job except the girl trying to cut my ingrown made me bleed, so someone else had to do it.

I absolutely do not recommend going here. I got my nails done here last week. 3 days after, I went back because all of them were bubbling and peeling. They fixed them, and now a week after getting them done, they’re popping off. I have never had nails pop off a week after getting them until now. Extremely disappointed and upset about the money I spent.

We called to set up an appt for 4 people for their 35 dollar mani, pedi & eye brow wax special.....well we waited about 15 minutes in the chairs for anyone to start our pedis...pretty much long enough...
We called to set up an appt for 4 people for their 35 dollar mani, pedi & eye brow wax special.....well we waited about 15 minutes in the chairs for anyone to start our pedis...pretty much long enough for the water to get cold! By the time we were on to the manis we had to wait longer since they kept taking other people that was after us first! My nails look just horrible very sloppy & messy !! Anyone can get their certificate to do nails but not everyone does a good job...they charged 20 dollars to paint my 7 year olds feet and hands...no message or anything...I'm sorry but that is outrageous!! Let's us say I will never ever go back here again...it's a half ass nail salon...the people aren't friendly they don't make any conversation with you at all....I had to give them a 1 star but if I could I would of gave no stars!!! I got my nails done on Monday the 22nd soooo 3 days after!!

One of the young girls cut my toe pretty bad when I got a pedicure. They are really nice though. Just not the best. Looks like I will be finding a new nail salon.

New nail salon. I debated on coming here due to some bad reviews. I told them what I wanted and that’s what they did. For once, a nail salon didn’t sound like a car dealership. I’ll be back for sure!

Overall a good place. Though, depending on who does your paint job is the final product "great." I have my choice few who I love getting my nails done by. There's one specially who puts too much on making it a long wait to dry. But overall this is my go to place now and it prevents driving all the way to Parkland. Prices are fair, and I never feel like I'm over spending. They are so nice- not just on some days like other places, but they're always willing to get you in and taken care of.

I had trouble finding a nail salon opened on Sunday in Lakewood so I ended up giving this place a try. I would give them a higher rating but the young guy who started my nails really cut up my cuticles. I even got burned a few times. I think he is learning but he definitely isn't ready to work with the drill. But when the older gentleman stepped it, everything went a lot smoother. They have a lot of options for color and a military discount.

First of all, they made my moms feet bleed during a pedicure. Then, they were extremely rude, pointed at my moms feet, and were talking about them in another language. That usually doesn't bother me but it's the fact that they had people looking at them while not explaining it to us. They didn't try and talk to us at all. Not to mention they use cheap nail polish on manicures. I asked for a design on my ring fingers and they whipped out the .75 cent paint from Walmart.... I left to go to the store and had to come back because it was gooey and messed up.

Since I don't have or want acrylic nails, my (barely) 19 yr. old male nail tech reviewed the menu of services card with me and offered me a manicure, spa pedicure and eyebrow wax for $32. That price was confirmed by an older nail tech. working at the next station. However, half-way into my pedicure, the boy went into the back room and came out informing me I would have to pay an additional $7, now the stated services total$39!!!I refuse to be taken advantage of...left with a basic $15 pedicure and T Spa Nails lost a faithful (and generously tipping) new customer!!!

After 20 years with the same lady, I have been forced to find a new tech because my gal retired!(Sucks for me but so happy for her) I have been bouncing around looking for a place to call home. I pass by this place often daily, so today I decided to stop in. A pedicure on a rainy day is all this gal needed. Easy enough right? Wrong! 5 minutes into my pedicure (Im talking feet soaking in the bubbly blue water) another tech that works there poured the water from a manicure bowl that someone had just soaked their fingers in! You read that right! SHE POURED SOMEONES USED MANICURE WATER INTO THE PEDICURE WATER WITH MY FEET STILL IN IT! I immediately said, did you just pour someones manicure water in my pedicure water? She says no no, it was only water. Not used (all while the girl who was getting the manicure was drying her hands) I take my feet out, ask for a new pedicure chair with clean water! At the very least with my OWN bacteria! After that my pedicure was rushed, heel not properly scrubbed, no lotion on my feet after wards and globs of clear top coat over my polish pouring off the side of my nail onto my skin and even shoe. Im mortified and disgusted!

The only thing I didnt like was that I had to wait a really long time. When I got there I had to wait because I didnt make an appt, but that is normal. Once I was taken back and seated for my pedi I had to wait at least 25 mins before my feet even hit the water and I waited in between sections of doing my toes, nails, and eyebrows. I might return because the price was respectable (and my eyebrows cute) but it has to be on a day when im free unless I make an appt. They also do this moisturizing hand mask dip that was really cool and I feel like my hands are still silky from it.

The owners (middle-age couples and siblings workers) are really greedy, and has one very noticeable and questionable service pattern regarding the customers's appearance (which includes ethnicity, I won't elaborate because I don't want to appear racist and offend readers.) And I said pattern, because with these owners here, it occurs on a daily basis. And I'm NOT talking about greeting and general courtesy, because that's usually fake and obviously not important anyway. It has to do with them/owners serving customers who look like they can generously tip (although, it's supposed to be the employee's turn to serve), and they would stall or pass on to somebody else, if the customers look like they won't tip a lot.

I honestly hate giving bad reviews but this was just my personal experience this was a while back when I got my nails done for a dance and went in just for a color and that was all pretty good price not gonna lie but when the guy was cutting my cuticles he ended up cutting off too much and ended up making me bleed and it was very painful and he just dabbed it with some tissue and muttered an apology the nails came out pretty good but I won't go back because it's a very worrisome to see that he was kind of nonchalant about it

My first visit to this nail salon was last month, when I got a coupon in the mail. I went there for the holidays to got a full-set of french tips put on my nails and was VERY happy. Today I thought I'd go have a pedicure while I was waiting for my dog to get groomed at Petco (they share the same parking area). Well this time I had a male and he barely scrubbed my legs & feet with the citrus scrub, and barely massaged them with lotion. He took out his cellphone an stopped working on my pedicure to text and would look down and read his incoming texts, which I find REALLY rude! I even took a pix of him, which I hope I can attach so that maybe the owner of this salon will implement a NO CELL PHONE rule while employees are working with a client.

We called to set up an appt for 4 people for their 35 dollar mani, pedi & eye brow wax special.....well we waited about 15 minutes in the chairs for anyone to start our pedis...pretty much long enough for the water to get cold! By the time we were on to the manis we had to wait longer since they kept taking other people that was after us first! My nails look just horrible very sloppy & messy !! Anyone can get their certificate to do nails but not everyone does a good job...they charged 20 dollars to paint my 7 year olds feet and hands...no message or anything...I'm sorry but that is outrageous!! Let's us say I will never ever go back here again...it's a half ass nail salon...the people aren't friendly they don't make any conversation with you at all....I had to give them a 1 star but if I could I would of gave no stars!!! I got my nails done on Monday the 22nd soooo 3 days after!!

Been coming here for a while. I had a horrible experience with the lash extensions she used way too much glue and applied them to my eyelid. Ripped out my damn eyelashes. One of the young girls cut my toe pretty bad when I got a pedicure. They are really nice though. Just not the best. Looks like I will be finding a new nail salon.

Three stars because I’ve been here a few times. It’s a hit or a miss. Usually the acrylics are really good, I got my lashes done here and it was horrible she put them on my eyelid.. it depends on the day you go. But the special is an unbeatable deal. 35$ for a full set,pedi and brows.
Whenever they do mess up, I come back the next day and they fix it no questions asked

I asked to get a little more strength in the foot scrubbing and was told that's all they can do. My foot soaking water went cold midway. They didn't cross check my acrylics so I had one had a full size longer then the other

I told them what I wanted and that’s what they did. For once, a nail salon didn’t sound like a car dealership. I’ll be back for sure!

Overall a good place. Though, depending on who does your paint job is the final product "great." I have my choice few who I love getting my nails done by. There's one specially who puts too much on making it a long wait to dry. But overall this is my go to place now and it prevents driving all the way to Parkland. Prices are fair, and I never feel like I'm over spending. They are so nice- not just on some days like other places, but they're always willing to get you in and taken care of.

I had trouble finding a nail salon opened on Sunday in Lakewood so I ended up giving this place a try. I would give them a higher rating but the young guy who started my nails really cut up my cuticles. I even got burned a few times. I think he is learning but he definitely isn't ready to work with the drill. But when the older gentleman stepped it, everything went a lot smoother. They have a lot of options for color and a military discount.

First of all, they made my moms feet bleed during a pedicure. Then, they were extremely rude, pointed at my moms feet, and were talking about them in another language. That usually doesn't bother me but it's the fact that they had people looking at them while not explaining it to us. They didn't try and talk to us at all. Not to mention they use cheap nail polish on manicures. I asked for a design on my ring fingers and they whipped out the .75 cent paint from Walmart.... I left to go to the store and had to come back because it was gooey and messed up.

Beware!! "Bait and Switch" pricing???First time here. Tried this salon because of the $35 Special: pedicure, short full set and eyebrow wax. Don't be fooled by the hype! Since I don't have or want acrylic nails, my (barely) 19 yr. old male nail tech reviewed the menu of services card with me and offered me a manicure, spa pedicure and eyebrow wax for $32. That price was confirmed by an older nail tech. working at the next station. However, half-way into my pedicure, the boy went into the back room and came out informing me I would have to pay an additional $7, now the stated services total$39!!!I refuse to be taken advantage of...left with a basic $15 pedicure and T Spa Nails lost a faithful (and generously tipping) new customer!!!

I wish that I could give a negative ten stars about my experience at this place! After 20 years with the same lady, I have been forced to find a new tech because my gal retired!(Sucks for me but so happy for her) I have been bouncing around looking for a place to call home. I pass by this place often daily, so today I decided to stop in. A pedicure on a rainy day is all this gal needed. Easy enough right? Wrong! 5 minutes into my pedicure (Im talking feet soaking in the bubbly blue water) another tech that works there poured the water from a manicure bowl that someone had just soaked their fingers in! You read that right! SHE POURED SOMEONES USED MANICURE WATER INTO THE PEDICURE WATER WITH MY FEET STILL IN IT! I immediately said, did you just pour someones manicure water in my pedicure water? She says no no, it was only water. Not used (all while the girl who was getting the manicure was drying her hands) I take my feet out, ask for a new pedicure chair with clean water! At the very least with my OWN bacteria! After that my pedicure was rushed, heel not properly scrubbed, no lotion on my feet after wards and globs of clear top coat over my polish pouring off the side of my nail onto my skin and even shoe. Im mortified and disgusted!

End up paying $45 because I got gel polish instead of regular polish, but I didnt get a full set which I thought shouldve made it cheaper but whatever. The only thing I didnt like was that I had to wait a really long time. When I got there I had to wait because I didnt make an appt, but that is normal. Once I was taken back and seated for my pedi I had to wait at least 25 mins before my feet even hit the water and I waited in between sections of doing my toes, nails, and eyebrows. I might return because the price was respectable (and my eyebrows cute) but it has to be on a day when im free unless I make an appt. They also do this moisturizing hand mask dip that was really cool and I feel like my hands are still silky from it.

The owners (middle-age couples and siblings workers) are really greedy, and has one very noticeable and questionable service pattern regarding the customers's appearance (which includes ethnicity, I won't elaborate because I don't want to appear racist and offend readers.) And I said pattern, because with these owners here, it occurs on a daily basis. And I'm NOT talking about greeting and general courtesy, because that's usually fake and obviously not important anyway. It has to do with them/owners serving customers who look like they can generously tip (although, it's supposed to be the employee's turn to serve), and they would stall or pass on to somebody else, if the customers look like they won't tip a lot.

I honestly hate giving bad reviews but this was just my personal experience this was a while back when I got my nails done for a dance and went in just for a color and that was all pretty good price not gonna lie but when the guy was cutting my cuticles he ended up cutting off too much and ended up making me bleed and it was very painful and he just dabbed it with some tissue and muttered an apology the nails came out pretty good but I won't go back because it's a very worrisome to see that he was kind of nonchalant about it

My first visit to this nail salon was last month, when I got a coupon in the mail. I went there for the holidays to got a full-set of french tips put on my nails and was VERY happy. Today I thought I'd go have a pedicure while I was waiting for my dog to get groomed at Petco (they share the same parking area). Well this time I had a male and he barely scrubbed my legs & feet with the citrus scrub, and barely massaged them with lotion. He took out his cellphone an stopped working on my pedicure to text and would look down and read his incoming texts, which I find REALLY rude! I even took a pix of him, which I hope I can attach so that maybe the owner of this salon will implement a NO CELL PHONE rule while employees are working with a client.
