Went in for basic gel mani and pedi. Very polite service. Owner (male) is extremely nice and did wonderful job. They are prompt and honest about wait times whereas some salons tell you 5/10 minutes to have you wait m, they give realistic estimates. Best manicure I’ve ever received! Spent years getting acrylics, encountered a shop that just destroyed my real nails, then decided my nails needed a break. Well it took about 2 years for my real nails to grow back strong enough and be comfortable enough to even consider getting a manicure from a nail salon again. Found Nail Magic via google and I am so thankful! The owner was able to shape my real nails extremely well and did such a good job that there was very little to no clean up when she was finished!! This was by far the most clean, professional,and refreshing nail salon I've ever stepped foot into. The prices are very reasonable and the employees had incredible attitudes! As you as you walk in, you'll notice that it doesn't smell like your typical nail salon filled with the smell of acrylic.. they have a special ventilation system attached to their stations that takes the smell away so if you have asthma or get headaches easily like me, you won't here. They don't even wear masks here because they clearly don't need them. I was truly impressed by their kindness and professionalism and you can tell they really love their jobs. After speaking with the nail tech, (possibly the owner) he explained how he doesn't have a specific product I asked about because it was bad for my nails and stated that it wasn't always about the money but it was about making customers happy and not hurting their nails and that made me so happy.  Being a military spouse, it's tough moving and trying to find a new place you can become a regular at and I just found my new "go to" nail salon today. I've been here a few times.  First time was for a pedicure.  The environment is nice and Tyne man is very friendly but the rest off the women are quite rude. When I was getting my pedicure they barely gave me any soaking time so when she begins scrubbing my feet she literally only scrubbed twice and returned my feet to the water. I asked her if she could do more and there was clearly a language barrier because she just looked at me and smiled. Then while she was polishing my nails this happened to be the worst polishing job I've ever had. It was streaky, it was clumpy, it was awful.The second time I went I tried for a shellac manicure and lo and behold the same girl came and sat at my table to do my nails. I didn't want to be rude but badly wanted to ask for somebody else but I was like okay maybe she will do better with the manicure. Nope I was wrong. I have spent a lot of time growing my nails out from the damage that acrylic had done so when she began taking off the shellac with the same drill that you use with acrylic I told her to stop. She starts talking to the man next to her and he's telling me what she saying. I explained that I would like them to be soaked off to maintain my nail strength and length. Then I asked for her to make sure they were all the same length so she might need to cut down a few. I felt like that was a pretty common request but apparently she did not understand what I said and she cut all my nails off. Then she started talking to the gentleman next to her but he didn't relay what she was saying which always makes me feel a little uncomfortable. I will not be returning. Read Less

They were great here! They actually take their time and pay attention to detail. It's a great feeling knowing your nails aren't gonna break or fall off anytime soon. They definitely know what they are doing. Super friendly and nice prices. Would recommend to a friend. I left Nail Magic Salon feeling 110% satisfied and extremely happy with the services I received (Shellac Full Set and Shellac Pedicure). They were a little pricey, but that's typical when getting Shellac and then add a tip and in this case they charge separately so I ended up having to tip twice ($10.25 total). It's always a gamble when you're going to a new salon for the first time. Although, it was spendy Nail Magic delivers exceptional quality services and are friendly, welcoming, and professional. Would recommend them if you're looking for quality and money is not an issue. Unfortunately I won't be going back because I can't afford to tip twice and spend $35 (plus tip) on a basic pedicure. I have visited multiple nail salons over a period of 10+ years and there are few that meet my quality and customer service expectations. Only thing I disliked was the very basic pedicure for $35 not including tip (this did include Shellac polish though). I'm writing this review after just leaving the salon a few minutes ago so I can't say how long the color changing Shellac will last on my nails and toes, but hopefully it lasts as long as mine have in the past which is typically 2-3 weeks. I came in to get a gel pedicure and classic manicure before my trip in a couple days. Sadly, I'm unhappy with my manicure. Two different ladies did my nails. The lady who did my pedicure was nice and I'm happy with her service. She also did my manicure. The second lady, Tee, finished the service by filing and painting my nails, which I'm unhappy with. I showed her a photo of tapered square nails and she said she file it that way. Sadly, they look nothing like it; some are square and some are round. In addition, she didn't do a good job polishing my nails and there are spots that aren't painted. Overall, the employees were friendly and that's why they get 3 starts. However, I'll probably be removing my nail polish and painting and filing them myself. Read Less

Been getting my nails done professionally for at least 3 years now and have to admit fault when I say I've never left without a complaint or sometimes even just stopping them from wasting time, paying full price and then going somewhere else to get a 'finished fill' I even did it often enough for my usual back up salon to even put that option on their menu. SO BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY I have found the one. The nail shop to make you truly believe in the power of artificial American fashion and beauty trends. I had a amazing time.They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in they have a great nail polish selection and aforable prices .This was my first time coming here and they are the best by far I definitely will be coming back. Best nails I've ever had done! And I've gone to a lot of different salons over the years! I've been told my nails are difficult to shape due to them being rounded/curved in both directions and perfectly shaped, and that makes it harder to make them look good. But, Hai does amazing making them look natural and perfect every time...plus he's very creative with my Polish! I give him a color scheme and let him take it from there and always love it! AND, their prices are competitive and their salon is always clean and they are all always nice, friendly and professional!
