The first time I went to Diva nails, the lady that did my manicure did a very nice job. Today a friend and I went in for pedicures. Mai did my friend's pedicure, and did a lovely job. A gentleman did mine, and he was very nice, but he spent very little time on my pedicure. He cut one of my toes pretty badly, and it really hurt. I know he noticed it, because he put something on it(probably an anti-bacterial) which really stung, but he never mentioned it and never said he was sorry. He wrapped my legs in hot towels, and then he went to a back room and didn't come back for a long time. When I thought he was actually coming back, he walked right past me and left the building. He never came back and no one explained why. I just sat there in my chair with my legs wrapped in what were by now really cold, wet towels and watched my friend get her pedicure. Finally another lady came over, put lotion on my legs and massaged them, then painted my nails. (My middle toe was still bleeding.) After that she stood up and pushed the button to push my chair back, and I assume she was letting me know it was time to leave. Meanwhile my friend was just beginning to get her legs massaged, although we'd started our pedicures at the same time and were paying for the same services. I stayed and waited in my chair until my friend's pedicure was done, which was something like another 20 minutes. All-in-all- we were in there maybe an hour and a half, and my friend got great care the entire time while I was ignored more than half of that time. My friend said I should just pay for the $22 basic pedicure since I got barely even that, but when I tried to pay them $22 I was told that I got the more deluxe one that was $30 I tried to explain that I really didn't get a deluxe pedicure, but still had to pay the $30. At first I figured that I'd just ask for Mai next time, but now I don't think there will be a next time. I prefer Galaxy Nails in Lacey. They always treat me well there. Read Less

Each time I go in to Diva I am greeted with a friendly hello. They ask what I need, and are always honest if there is a wait. When I need to be done in a certain timeframe they always accommodate my schedule. They do a great job. My polish/shellac last at least 2 weeks if not longer, depending on how hard I am on my hands. I recently moved here in September and it was really hard for me to find a nail technician that i trust doing my nails. Workin everyday I use my hands and I enjoy having my nails done. When getting my nails done I feel less stress and I feel better. But the other day I made an appointment for when I got out of work. The same day before I went to work I got my credit card statement in the mail. It showed that I had a charge for 50 dollars for my nails. I was surprised because I got a fill and change of color. I decide to ask Lily about it and I didn't care about the money but I felt over charged for the service I got. She tried to give me excuses and embarrassed me in front of everyone. I'm not rich but I am wealth for my age so money was not the issue. I loved the way she does my nails usually but customer service was terrible. I was so overwhelmed with her and left. I refuse to belittled and treated that way. I was not looking for an argument just informing her with my last appointment because she did my nails and the guy charged me. But the guy charged me for the wrong service. I even tip all the time since I've been coming her more then I should. I have been going to nail salons for years...I have never been to the same place twice...then I found this place. Vee did my nails and she did an amazing job. Usually acrylic nails are so thick but she made them the perfect thickness and made sure they look perfect. I didn't get any designs this time around but will be experimenting when I go back. I went in because my regular nail salon was closed. I would give them zero stars if I could. I stated that I need this to last for 2 weeks. I went in to get gel manicure for my 2 week vacation in Europe. The associate was polite and very gentle with my manicure hence the one star. The manicure started to peel on the third day of my trip!! I wasted money here. I had to purchase nail polish in Europe, which is expensive because everything is expensive there. Don't go. Read Less

This was at one point my go to nail salon however lately every time I go something takes away from how much I once enjoyed them. Lily and Tee are amazing however if one of those two are not my technician then I have a rather awful experience. Last time I went in it took THREE hours for a regular polish fill and I ended up paying $25... it used to be $15 for a regular polish fill and their price board doesn't indicate otherwise. Read Less

I come here every 2 weeks to get my acrylics done by Lilly. They are always flawless and exactly what I want. I have never found anyone else who makes them as resilient and long lasting. I get compliments constantly. As for pedicures, you will not find a better treatment for the money in this area. New massage chairs and the hot stone massage are the perfect touch to an already reasonable treatment! Clean spa, great service options and calm ambiance. Upon paying for my services, they handed me a gift card to come back and said 'Merry Christmas'. I recently moved here from NC and I can not find any nail salon that does nails like they do back at home. The nail technicians didn't understand what I wanted at first, but after a few minutes she understood. I didn't have to wait long, but once she started it took her 2 hrs & 30 mins for a fill in. They look decent but they aren't symmetrical to my other hand (I'm picky/weird). If you don't have long nails and aren't picky about the shape I would recommend. Read Less

Horrible service and they were extremely rude to my wife and I . My wife waited 2 hours for a fill and we ended up having to leave and then come back . We paid for the half finished fill .. that was sloppy. Well I thought the first time being here was bad, however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back again. First time I came in it took 2 hours to get my toes done (basic pedi) and to fill my acrylics. Today I've been here now for an hour and they've only taken off my old polish. Looks like it'll take another hour before I'm hopefully done. What a joke. Last time I give them another chance. Only have one day off this week and I'm spending over two hours on a fill. Read Less

I am giving 5 stars based on my visit, the way my nails came out, customer service and cleanliness. This was my first visit and it won't be my last. I went on a Friday morning and was seen right away. Everyone was nice and welcoming, my nail tech (or nailist) was wonderful. She and I had great conversation and she made me feel comfortable. Which is good. I showed her what I was looking to get, from a picture I took off Pinterest and she was able to do exactly what I asked for. When I washed my hands the sink area was clean And there were clean towels to use to dry them. After my nails were done, I ft a wonderful hand massage, paid then went on my way. I wish I got the nail techs. Name, but I forgot to ask. She was super great. It's been awhile since I have had an opportunity to get some me time, it was well spent here. I came here based on the reviews I read on yelp and I'm so glad I did. (I feel like, not many people yelp here.) lol but, I'm so glad there were enough reviews for this place and I took a chance and went. Decided to start taking my girls there as well. Sometimes people my not see location from the street but you can find them in same parking lot as KFC next door to Pizza Hut.Read Less

I went in to get an eyebrow waxing based off the reviews that I read. The lady got me in very quickly which is always a plus. Soon after, she put scorching hot wax on my face which was extremely painful! All she could say was "Sorry". Afterwards my brows looked the same as when I first came in. I will not be returning.
