I took my mother in law and 4 year old daughter for a pedicure for our girls day. They definitely way overbooked. They rushed through out pedicures in 30 minutes (2 girls did all 3) and then we had to move because they needed the chair. The staff was friendly but we just felt really rushed through out the whole experience. Went for a pedi today at 37 weeks pregnant for some pampering. My body was having a hard time in the chair and all 3 ladies who were working made me more comfortable so I could relax & enjoy the service. I forgot to ask their names but it was today, Feb 7 at around 11am. I hope their boss is reading this because I really appreciated their efforts. I want to love this place but just can’t. Came in 12/29, 3 days later called because my nails were breaking off on the sides and poorly done. This was my first time in years getting acrylics. The lady agreed the nails were botched. Begins to “fix” them, she sands them down and then shapes them. At this point my nails are down to their original thickness. She puts a coat of polish on and sends me on my way. As her usual customer comes in and rushes me out with yet again a half done job. Fast forward today a week after my nails having been done the original time. I call and the lady Jennifer tells me to come in because yes she didn’t put the powder which thickens the nail and makes them last. I want in 5 min after talking to her, she says she’s going to do them for me again. As I sit down she says it’s going to be $15 for a fill. The salon is full I don’t want to make a scene. I told her I just wanted the powder no fill as I had literally just gotten nails done a week ago. This was her mistake and should have corrected. Needless to say I paid and won’t be going back. 3 times to get the nails done correct is ridiculous. There are so many shops in this area no need to settle for a poor job. Read Less

Based on reviews and my own experience, walk-in seems to be the way to go with this location. Mary did a very thorough and professional job and they have an amazing number of colours to choose from. My daughter who is 16 and two friends went to get their nails done today. After 3 hours HER nails looks really good. (can't say the same about her friend) ... however, why bother booking an appointment when you spend 90minutes waiting and watching walks in get done before you. Read Less

I can't say enough great things about Cathy! I have been seeing her for my nails for over 3 years and she always does an amazing job! I have seen consistent staff at this location and if trained by Cathy or work alongside her I am confident they will also do a good job. Like any salon they have busy times and you might need to wait. However, they are always accommodating with a water or chat to ease the wait time if there is one. Horrible Service!! I Wanted to Try Something New for the 1st time Mind you I've been here Plenty of times .... So the lady starts doing my nails and ask " what shape I want" I told her ALMOND the first time ... she's doing my nails And they come out COFFIN! She also Was VERY CARELESS through out the whole process my nails hurt tbh 😫 & CUT me with that dirty Ass file 😮❗my Pinky's was Also 2 Different Lengths not good at all. I will never return to the salon ever again. I went in tonight for a manicure, I was promptly seated and an employee started working on my nails. Once she pulled my hands out of the water to start cutting my cuticles the towel that she had placed my hands on had someone's ripped off acrylic nails stuck to it. I was absolutely disgusted. At one point she wiped my nails with a part of the towel that had someone else's ripped off nails. To make matters worse I got a gel French manicure and she forgot to clean up my thumb before putting it under the light because she was busy talking to another employee. When she went to put the second coat of paint on she notice what she had done, instead of cleaning it and starting completely fresh she took the Dremel to try to clean it up. It looks absolutely terrible, I paid $30 for my nails to look awful and be disgusted because they don't clean their stations after they're done with their clients. Read Less

I showed her a style she said at the beginning she was able to do it and half through she admitted she didn't know what she was doing ... so ended up playing $50 for a horrible pink and white set and that was just for my mother in law and my set is plan pink and white set and I got charged extra for having "longer style " it's not even half a inch longer then normal length and $10 more for gel top coat ... may I add she didn't bother to tell me until after she swiped my card ... so a $100 for two messed up basic pink and white sets ... never going back Read Less

For my first time going anywhere else other then my original nail shop, I decided I would try somewhere close to home. So I called and asked if they had time to do a gel fill/pedi they said yes come on in. I went there they all greeted me nicely, very nice shop. And they did a AWESOME JOB ON MY NAILS/TOES!! And this is coming from somebody that is so DAMN PICKY I STAY WITH MY SAME LADY.. So yes my experience was GREAT!! Thank you ladies. I parked in front of Classy Nails and realized that I meant to go to a neighboring salon. I decided to give this place a try since I already turned off my car and the front door of the establishment was open and inviting. I am glad that I did. I needed a full set, but was asked to wait a few minutes for the nail tech to arrive, as the salon just opened that morning. The gal at one of the first stations did a great job, was attentive and accommodated me with my requests-shape, thickness, and color. I have been going to Classy Nails since I was pregnant with my son 7 years ago when another salon had messed my mani/pedi up really badly...they took such good care of me and have continued to do so through the years that I refuse to go anywhere else. Absolutely the worst nail experience I've ever had . I actually went here on accident before I don't know the area that well but I figured it would be okay and I was already there so I would give it a try . I asked for the pink powder and clear polish . I showed her a picture and she acted like she understood . The whole time she did my nails she was watching tv and cut me twice and didn't care or bother to say sorry. I asked if someone else could do my nails since she obviously didn't care enough to look while she did them and she said everyone was busy and I would have to wait ... I said I would wait and she said she would do them and pay attention so I was was just like fine . I told her short and she didn't cut then short so after she filed one hand I asked if she could do it a little shorter to which she rolled her eyes at me . I asked to see a manager and she said there wasn't one there and called me rude . I paid for what she had done and left . She also used regular powder and not pink my nails look like crap and she was almost finished so it's not because I left early . Oh and a side note : there was another employee there with her feet propped up on a seat right beside me without any shoes on .... Please save your time and go somewhere else . To the lady writing false reviews: I was there that day, I was there with my sisters and cousins and they handled the crowd like rock stars!!! My sister and cousin were sitting right next to you all and the comment that was made was that maybe the smell was bothering your newborn! There was not any rude comments made! We were all sitting around there and the only other child that was in there was my niece and she was not running around! I came into this salon hoping to get a full set, Nd I picked out my colors and proceeded to wait for 20 minutes. Then 2 other ladies came in and they immediately started working on them and told me I had to wait another 30 minutes. They had an appointment...ok....well I had been there for 20 minutes already and could have been half way done already but they needed 2 people to work on 1 person while another just sat on her phone. If I had an option to give zero stars I would considering I didnt even get my nails done.
