They scheduled us for an 11 am pedicure on Mother's Day and we were seated in the massage chairs a few minutes early. They had Fixer Upper on the television and a nice assortment of nail colors. The shop appears to be run by a nice couple - they seemed a bit short staffed that day; there was a bridal party ahead of us that ran long. They started working on our feet around 11:30 (3 of us, so 1 had to wait) and we were back in the car at 12:40. The massage was delightful and the three coat polish turned out perfectly. I have been going here since the first week they opened. I moved to Kitsap county and still came here to see Lee. I have been to so many bad salons and I was so happy to find this shop. Sweet folks and I'm a loyal customer. Clean, very talented, nails and feet are treated to the best care. I have my nails last and never fall off, no chipping and most times each set lasts 3 weeks if I need to push it. Very good prices. Read Less

Alex and Lee are the owners of the nail shop. They are the nicest people you will ever meet, they do a fantastic professional job. it's not one of these shops quick in quick out. they really care about what your nails look like when you leave their shop. I've been going up there for 14 years and I'd never go anywhere else. and I have in the past and strade to other places and then regretted it. BEYOND AWFUL.Incredibly lazy, hideous color selection, no "adult colors" all very neon and child like. My polish is bumpy, uneven, the wrong color, looks awful and tacky. The news was playing in the background. I expected to come in for a relaxing half hour and all I experienced was having my skin clipped and alcohol poured on it, with the news and shop owners discussing all of the dead bodies being found.CLASSLESS, TACKY, AND HALF ASSED. It makes me sad that this place has such a low yelp rating, because my mom and I had a wonderful experience here! We went in for pedicures on a Saturday night and they had a few people in the chairs getting their nails done. They asked us to come in and choose a polish color and take a seat in one of the AWESOME chairs. I've had dozens of pedicures done at several different places and these were the best massage chairs I've ever been in by far. As we were getting our pedicures, the man and woman who work there (and may be the business owners?) started asking us questions about ourselves. We ended up having a fun conversation about summer and our families. The pedicure was really relaxing and wonderful. They gave a great foot massage and even used hot stones and towels. Do not go here! Went in for a full set and the powered file that they use was held for too long in the same spot on my cuticles multiple time to the point where my cuticles have tears I them.  My nails turned out all different shapes and as soon as I got home I took off the color refilled them and re did my color myself. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! Went in and had schlack nails put on ($35.50) by the second day they were already chipping. On day seven I was so irritated at the sight of my nails, I went back to have the schlock removed, little did I know it was going to cost me $10.00. I have had schlack / gel nails put on at least 30-40 times in my life and I have never had that happen. I did not expect them to be removed for free but who would of thought $10.00. I went to Lee's mails and it is the worst place for nails that I have ever been to. The girl did seem to take her time, yet none of my nails were filed straight at all and they are way to thick. Also, she did not clear the material from underneath them very well. A few of my nails feel  like there is a bunch of dried gunk ( if that's a word ) underneath them.My other negative experience was she asked far too many personal questions which I thought inappropriate since she has never met me before. She was nice enough just awfully curious about my personal life.Last but not least, I only needed seven nails done, not 10, yet she charged me for a full set. I did not say anything and did include a tip, but I will never go back there again even though it is the closest nail salon to my house. Read Less
