I went in for a pedicure left with half of one and a chunk of skin off the bottom of my foot I refused to pay the receptionist wanted me to pay half I said no I will never go back now I'm just worried that they don't sterilize there stuff and I'll end up with an infection to gets crossed that they do Read Less

PHOTOS IN COMMENTS. One star is being generous. I went in because they have nugenesis and my usual place was booked and I needed a redo before the weekend. First off I wait 30 minutes after my apointment time before even getting to sit in a chair, the woman doing my nails ruined them. She did not remove them properly, cut my natural nail, and did not listen to me. I left with old nugenesis all over my hands, none of my edges are straight, there is huge dents and bubbles in all of my nails, cut my cuticle and to top it off I paid 60$ (20$ more than my other place) for garbage I now need to go get taken off. As my feet were in desperate need for a pedicure, I decided while working close to this location that I would get a pedicure or on my lunch hour. I shall never make that mistake again! I too was rushed out of the chair for my nails to dry. The girl did not even take the oil off my legs that quickly got all over my long skirt. She instructed me to reset the button for my nails to dry three times she said. And the second time she came to look at my nails and turn the machine ...off and said I kwas done and ready to go. I asked her if she was going to wipe the oil off my legs and she looked at me quite confused. I swiped my fingers over my leg and showed her the mass amount of oil now on my fingers. I was handed a towel to wipe my legs off and was then asked good now? As I walk back to the office my feet slid in my sandals. Not very safe if you ask me. When I got back to the office I looked at my pedicure more closely and realized that she simply masked the hard surface with an abundance of oil! Called this place last minute after I was unable to get into my regular nail place and also had my 9 year old daughter along with me. Not only did they do an awesome job on both of us, my nails were finished 15 minutes sooner than what they usually take at my other spot. The salon was very clean and the ladies working were very sweet. This location isn't quite as convenient as my other nail place, however, I will definitely be coming here again! Read Less

First, they aren't called SR Nails anymore but the phone number is the same. They are open until 7pm everyday except Sunday they close at 6:30pm.I called on a Sunday afternoon to schedule an appointment for my friend and I. The website for SR said they were open until 7:30 so I asked for a 5pm or 6:30pm appointment. They scheduled us at 6:30pm. We arrived, were greeted and they got working right away. Both ladies were very nice and professional. While we were chatting my friend asked them "How late are you guys here tonight?" Only then did they tell us that they actually close at 6:30pm and didn't want to cancel our appointment. They stayed until 8pm to do our manicures and pedicures and did a great arm, shoulder and neck massage. They didn't rush at all even though they were staying late. Talk about above and beyond! I am very go with the flow but if I could I would give this salon a -star rating.  The salon is dirty, I question the sanitizing of their tools, and the staff are loud and obnoxiously unprofessional and inconsiderate in their conversations of personal relationships with their clients.  I have to say this was the worst mani/pedi experience I've ever had and will not go back. Went last week to get my nails done and they were done poorly. I paid 65$ for them to screw up my nails. My friend was told to go wash her hands, water was scalding and she burnt her hands. Then told to go out her hands under the dryer, she sat there for at least half an hour while her lady played FarmVille. My nails aren't clear, they are peeling and there is mass amounts of nail glue under my nails. Bent my wrist back the wrong way twice, blamed me for messing up a nail when she touched it. Laura and Alicia are a great team. Laura has been doing my mani-pedi for over 6 years. She is meticulous as she takes the time and attention to detail keeping my nails in the best health and appearance. She does the best massages for your feet and hands during the session and you just cannot beat her prices. Check out her new customer loyalty program. S&R is open 7 days a week and long hours. It is amazing that they are able to keep those hours. She takes walk-ins but I still like to call before leaving my house as I do not like to wait. Laura is the best pedicure in town by far.  Her leg and foot massage is the best.  I have ingrown toe nails and she will get in there and get it out.  She is the only one that will take the time to do it right.She is also reasonable in her pricing.  She always has specials available for her frequented clients.  She has long hours and takes walkins.  I always call in advance to see how busy she is and she always works me in no matter how busy.  She will come in early or late as a regular to accommodate my schedule if I have a quick trip.I have also had waxing done here.  The woman who wrote the bad review must be mistaken as to the name of the salon.  Although Vietnamese, Laura speaks fluent english.  I have not had a bad wax experience with her and she now does sugar for the same price.  Sugar is much better and easier to clean on the skin.  Her salon is not the fanciest but the service is the best and at the best prices by far for what you get. I've used SR's nail services a handful of times over the last year and I've never been disappointed! The prices are competitive and the nail technicians are always friendly and professional. I've received color mani/pedis and most recently a French mani/pedi and they always last at least a couple of weeks before chipping. The salon itself is very cozy and clean as well. Read Less

We Have been going to this salon for 10 plus years and we love the staff. They have excellent customer service and our opinion, the level of service that staff extended was far beyond our expectations. In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service has virtually disappeared from most nail salon, the work that the staff did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate! I have also had my nails done here for the past 7 years. I have to say that I have been to a lot of different nail places and SR nails is the best place I have ever been. Laura is such a sweetheart and will make sure you are totally satisfied with your nails ,waxing,or feet before you leave. They may not be the fanciest salon but the prices are good and they speak English so you don't feel like their talking about you. That's why you can feel totally relaxed there. I've tried many different nail salons in the past few years trying to find one that I loved. I tried SR Nails yesterday and had probably the best manicure I ever had. Also the ladies there were wonderful and we had great conversations throughout the whole time I was there. I felt so relaxed and the prices are very reasonable. Got off work early and needed a brow waxing. Traffic was way to bad to drive to my most favorite nail/spa in the entire world (Stop4Nails in Kent) so I decided that since I got a good pedicure a few weeks back and left my first 5 star review, why not try a wax? Walked in a asked if they had time for a wax. (If she said in 10 minutes or whatever... I would of waited) But she goes yes and stands ups and says follow me. Got into the waxing room and I told her I wanted a clean up. The wax wasn't hot so it felt like she was sanding me down with a Popsicle stick. She kept re-waxing the same spot since the wax wasn't even hot enough to remove it. Then she did a 10 second plucking with the tweezers which I felt no hair being removed. Afterwards she puts oil on a paper towel piece to rub over and irritate my brows. (I'm sure she knows what a cotton ball is but maybe they enjoy torturing skin that was just waxed) Shows me the mirror and I looked and said one is thinner and I have some stray hairs. She says, No its not... I measured. I'm like no this one is more curved and skinnier. She says no I measured. Well how do you argue with a person who doesn't speak that much English? So I paid the $10 and left. But I did notice she already had another girl in her station waiting. So I basically got a rush job. Got into my car and looked at the clock.
