So I'm torn.The first time I came here, it was a walk-in on a Tuesday, had shellac manicure and the person who did my nails also did a very nice design. It was great.The second time, it was not so great. I called the night before to make an appointment since it's Saturday and it was recommended to make an appointment because they get busy. They said to come in at 1130, and I said great.I always get flowers or design in my toes. I asked the person doing my pedicure if she can add flowers she said she can't and I said okay, is there someone who can, she apologizes and said the person who can is very busy. I was like okay, so next time I have to specify that I want design in the appointment? Then she said yes.Then before I left, I asked the person who was helping around if there are only a few people who does design, so I know who to schedule it with then she said I quote "everyone does design". Yes I was confused. Then I think the owner chimed in and said, "not right now, we're very busy". Now, if I was a walk-in I can completely understand, but I also made an appointment, came in per their recommendation. I didn't know how to respond to that comment. It was also very just very strange for me to get two different answers. So do they all do or do they not all do designs? Also, it was very unusual for me since I have never been told that no they can't do the design because "they are busy" when I have come in for an appointment. Again didn't know how to respond. I left politely. Unsure if I'll be back, but next time I will specify and update this review and let you know that interactionResponse to owner:I think what doesn't make sense to me now, is on that day as well they were still taking many walk-ins, even though as you said and as I have mentioned they were very busy with all the current appointments, including mine. You do get a lot of customers, I hope that your business maintains it that way. Read Less
